Hotel berhampiran Taman Hwaseo, Suwon

Stayed at Novotel Ambassador Suwon and loved the convenience. Rooms were clean, modern, and quiet with comfy beds. Staff were friendly and efficient at check-in. Great location near the station and shopping. Overall, excellent value in Suwon for family trips.

Saya dijangka mempunyai penginapan yang baik di Marriott, namun orang yang menerima tetamu membuat saya sangat kecewa dengan Marriott semasa proses daftar masuk. Nasib baik, apabila saya menyemak, wanita yang bertanya kepada saya ”ada apa-apa yang boleh dia bantu?” Itu hanya bahagian Soal Jawab biasa untuknya, tetapi bagi saya, dia membantu saya menempah tiket bas ke ICN dan menyelamatkan/membantu saya untuk bersenang-senang -- Dia sempurna untuk memperoleh 100% mata! itulah sebabnya saya memberikan 3 mata kepada Marriott *****tara rakan sekerjanya tidak, ini adalah skor seimbang... Namun, apa yang saya rasa pada hari pertama ketibaan adalah mengerikan. Marriott, anda perlu memikirkan tentang sikap perkhidmatan anda dan sebab mengapa anda Marriott?

The Marevo Hotel is surprisingly comfy and low-key classy. Room was clean, modern and had everything we needed without trying too hard. Location is super convenient, staff is sweet, and the vibes are calm and cozy. Nothing over the top, just a really good stay that makes you want to come back

Family room is big with 2 queen beds. Room is clean and amenities provided is good with water dispenser machine, teabag and coffee mix at floor level. Newly built located next to arte hotel. However, there is no shower curtain, as such the floor is pretty wet after each shower. It may be good that there are more hooks or hangers provided in a family room for 4 pax use. Location - near many good eateries and restaurants, and drinking places. CU is just opposite the hotel which is a plus. For travellers who are not driving, its a hassle to pull your bag through uneven pavement to find the hotel. (Nearest suwon city hall stop). We requested for leave luggage at reception which was obliged before and after check in and out.

The room was clean with basic amenities. Housekeeping however was almost nonexistent for our 10 day stay. Someone came once in a while to empty the trash bins but the sheets were never swapped out nor the floors ever cleaned. All communication was done via text messages. I called the number on the booking confirmation and got a text almost immediately asking me to text any questions. My biggest problem I had however was the fact that episode does not have en elevator. I was put on the 4th floor and hauling up my huge check in luggage’s were no joke and hauling back down on check out day nearly broke my back. All in all, episode stay is located in a quiet alley with a CU located just steps away for store runs. If you need to take public transportation, the bus stop is close by. If you travel with a lot of baggage, pray that you get a room on the 1st floor.

건물은 좀 오래 된 거 같기도 하지만 방은 욕실 침대 테이블 다 깨끗해서 위생적인 걱정은 아예 안 하셔도 됩니다. 사장님도 친절하셨고요. 저는 체크인 전에 짐 맡겼는데 그 때 동네 치안은 어떤지 여쭤봤더니 안전한 구역이지만 혹시 무슨 일이 생기면 전화하라고 호텔 명함을 주신 거 정말 감사했습니다. 우연일 수도 있지만 체크인 해보니까 제 방도 프론트에 가까운 걸로 해주셔서 밤 늦게 들어와도 안심감이 컸습니다. 여성 혼자 숙박 하는 데에도 추천합니다. 사장님, 감사했습니다!

We had a wonderful time. From the moment we arrived until we left, Manager Lee was kind and helpful, from calling taxis to finding information for attractions and knowing where to eat. He even gave us his number if we needed his help while we were out.  The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Very nice bathroom too. We ordered breakfast as part of our reservation, and in the morning, it was delivered to our room.  It was from a local bakery, Paris Baguette. Very filling and satisfying.  When we come back to Suwon, we will definitely stay at Hotel Insta again. 이 부장님, 고맙습니다. 정말 잘 했어요. 😊

Everyone here, from the owner to the staff, is incredibly kind 😊. They’ve been so helpful, and I truly appreciate the great service 👍

호텔 위치는 영통역에서 두블럭정도 거리여서 전철이용하기 용이하고, 주변에 음식점이 많아 괜찮은 위치입니다. 내가 묵었던 객실에 창문은 있어도 바로 옆건물이 있어서 뷰를 기대할 순 없습니다. 침대와 가운에 머리카락이 많이나와 청결도는 낮은수준이고, 방안온도는 따듯해서 잠자는것은 나쁘지 않았습니다. 방안에 조명을 끄는 장치가 고징나 안꺼져서 카드를 빼서 전체 조명을 끈 후 잠을 자야했던 것은 ....... 그냥 그랬습니다.

The guy not speak any word in english and even if I said that a booked a room he wanted to make me leave the hotel ! So, don't try to speak with him, just show your name and the reservation, he will give you the key and at your depart you have to leave it in the elevator, it's cold but that's how is it. We sleep in a ondol room (matress in the floor) ; the room is not pleasant (rather dilapidated) but the matress is confortable, you have kettle and one time coffe-tea-water, hot water in the shower ; it's enought to be in good condition. The localisation is pretty good, not too far from the citadelle maybe half an hour of walk.
