Hotel berhampiran Stesen Mangpo, Suwon

I had a very pleasant stay at the Marriott Suwon. My daughter and I received a warm and attentive service—special thanks to Manager Owen, who kindly assisted with my early check-in. After a long journey, this thoughtful gesture made a big difference and set the tone for the rest of my stay. The hotel’s location is another strong point. Situated by the lake, it offers a scenic atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxing walks or simply unwinding with a view. At the same time, it’s conveniently linked to a mall, making dining, shopping, and daily necessities easily accessible without having to travel far.

The room was clean with basic amenities. Housekeeping however was almost nonexistent for our 10 day stay. Someone came once in a while to empty the trash bins but the sheets were never swapped out nor the floors ever cleaned. All communication was done via text messages. I called the number on the booking confirmation and got a text almost immediately asking me to text any questions. My biggest problem I had however was the fact that episode does not have en elevator. I was put on the 4th floor and hauling up my huge check in luggage’s were no joke and hauling back down on check out day nearly broke my back. All in all, episode stay is located in a quiet alley with a CU located just steps away for store runs. If you need to take public transportation, the bus stop is close by. If you travel with a lot of baggage, pray that you get a room on the 1st floor.

룸이 넓고 깨끗해서 좋았어요! 바로 앞에 큰 편의점도 있구요. 근데 복층에 있는 침대에 과자 부스러기 같은게 있어서 쫌 찝찝했습니다만 밑에 층 침구류는 깨끗해서 잘 이용했습니당

I had an amazing stay here. Room was spacious and clean, everything worked and there was no trouble checking in or out. It's tucked away from the main road but that is one of it's good features as it's distanced away a good amount to keep the traffic noise down. Within a one minute walk there's a convenience store for late night snacking. The rooms have USB-A ports for charging next to the bed so no need for your own bulky charger to be used. Overall I highly recommend you choose this hotel when staying in Suwon. I stayed with young family members and luckily there were no overally amourous couples to the left or right of the room. No photos needed go see it for yourself.

Не могу посоветовать данный отель. Проблемы начались с заселения, никого не было на стойке регистрации. Я с ещё несколькими гостями ждала заселения. Мне пришлось найти других работников и они уже нашли работника стойки регистрации. Постоянно в номере был ужасный запах сигарет. За 7 дней не было ни одной уборки номера, возможно это из-за того, что я ключ не сдавала, но меня никто не предупредил об этом. В номере были все удобства. При заселении выдали косметический набор. Звуки 18+ я слышала только один раз и возможно просто кто-то смотрел телевизор. Местоположение у отеля хорошее. Недалеко метро и тусовочный район.

This hotel was amazing, like wow. It was in the heart of the busyness which I kinda liked. It almost felt like New York, no-one really sleeps. If you're into street food, walking and just good vibes, then this hotel is for you. The room was massive and well designed. Huge uhd TV. Espresso machine which I found to be cool. Just the aura of this hotel was stunning, modern and clean. Came with lots of snacks and teas.

Everyone here, from the owner to the staff, is incredibly kind 😊. They’ve been so helpful, and I truly appreciate the great service 👍

Pemandangan Haengridan-gil, Janganmun, dan Suwonseonggwak-ro sangat menakjubkan. Kedai serbaneka di tingkat satu, bersama-sama dengan ruang legar, menawarkan kopi, teh, penulen air, ketuhar gelombang mikro, dan barang pakai buang seperti cawan kertas, yang saya gunakan dengan baik untuk snek lewat malam yang lazat. Bekalan dapur Seyeon lengkap, dan bilik itu hangat dan selesa. Walau bagaimanapun, sinki bilik mandi tidak mempunyai penyumbat air atau rak tuala, dan jubah mandi tidak mempunyai tali, yang agak mengecewakan. Namun, saya berpuas hati dengan lokasi dan kebersihannya, memandangkan harganya, dan pasti akan kembali.

I have been coming to this hotel for a little over a year, and I never had any problems until they started making changes. I understand charging for basic amenities, but can you at least put a bar of soap in the bathroom for handwashing. I also didn't have the nice LG clothes closet that refreshes your clothes. I wasn’t able to freshen my jacket, and the mattress is also harder. They did install a bigger TV and added better TV remote directions in English with a channel listing. But what did it for me was during the checkout. In the past, when I had a lot of bags to carry to the KTX or Bus Terminal, they always were helpful in calling me a taxi. I asked like I normally do, and not only was I denied, but I was also waved off as if he couldn't be bothered. I tried to tell him that I was going to the KTX, but he kept saying airport taxi across the street. Due to frustration and time constraints, I left. I didn't want to miss my train. I will definitely patron another hotel after this. Disappointed.

Spent three nights here, overall good especially considering the price, just 10 min walk from the station, walking distance to all attractions Self check in, no staff Bed is nice, comfortable and clean, the bathroom is too but walls, bed's headboard and chair are incredibily dirty, clearly a mistake to get textured/cloth-covered walls and chairs because the stains are almost impossible to clean, the overall vibe of the room feels dirty even if it's clearly been cleaned (and floor, bed, bathroom are clean).
