PPengguna Tanpa NamaFamily room is big with 2 queen beds. Room is clean and amenities provided is good with water dispenser machine, teabag and coffee mix at floor level. Newly built located next to arte hotel.
However, there is no shower curtain, as such the floor is pretty wet after each shower. It may be good that there are more hooks or hangers provided in a family room for 4 pax use.
Location - near many good eateries and restaurants, and drinking places. CU is just opposite the hotel which is a plus. For travellers who are not driving, its a hassle to pull your bag through uneven pavement to find the hotel. (Nearest suwon city hall stop). We requested for leave luggage at reception which was obliged before and after check in and out.

SSueCsieThe Marevo Hotel is surprisingly comfy and low-key classy. Room was clean, modern and had everything we needed without trying too hard. Location is super convenient, staff is sweet, and the vibes are calm and cozy. Nothing over the top, just a really good stay that makes you want to come back

PPengguna TetamuI stayed at Homes Stay Suwon, and while it may be fine for solo travelers, it wasn’t the best fit for my stay. The room felt very small, and it was difficult to fully open a suitcase. The bathroom also lacked privacy, which made it uncomfortable for staying with more than one person. That said, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, which was convenient. Overall, it might be a better option for someone traveling alone.

Pemandangan Haengridan-gil, Janganmun, dan Suwonseonggwak-ro sangat menakjubkan. Kedai serbaneka di tingkat satu, bersama-sama dengan ruang legar, menawarkan kopi, teh, penulen air, ketuhar gelombang mikro, dan barang pakai buang seperti cawan kertas, yang saya gunakan dengan baik untuk snek lewat malam yang lazat. Bekalan dapur Seyeon lengkap, dan bilik itu hangat dan selesa. Walau bagaimanapun, sinki bilik mandi tidak mempunyai penyumbat air atau rak tuala, dan jubah mandi tidak mempunyai tali, yang agak mengecewakan. Namun, saya berpuas hati dengan lokasi dan kebersihannya, memandangkan harganya, dan pasti akan kembali.

SSparklee14The room was clean with basic amenities. Housekeeping however was almost nonexistent for our 10 day stay. Someone came once in a while to empty the trash bins but the sheets were never swapped out nor the floors ever cleaned. All communication was done via text messages. I called the number on the booking confirmation and got a text almost immediately asking me to text any questions.
My biggest problem I had however was the fact that episode does not have en elevator. I was put on the 4th floor and hauling up my huge check in luggage’s were no joke and hauling back down on check out day nearly broke my back.
All in all, episode stay is located in a quiet alley with a CU located just steps away for store runs.
If you need to take public transportation, the bus stop is close by. If you travel with a lot of baggage, pray that you get a room on the 1st floor.

SSolo AceI have been coming to this hotel for a little over a year, and I never had any problems until they started making changes. I understand charging for basic amenities, but can you at least put a bar of soap in the bathroom for handwashing. I also didn't have the nice LG clothes closet that refreshes your clothes. I wasn’t able to freshen my jacket, and the mattress is also harder. They did install a bigger TV and added better TV remote directions in English with a channel listing. But what did it for me was during the checkout. In the past, when I had a lot of bags to carry to the KTX or Bus Terminal, they always were helpful in calling me a taxi. I asked like I normally do, and not only was I denied, but I was also waved off as if he couldn't be bothered. I tried to tell him that I was going to the KTX, but he kept saying airport taxi across the street. Due to frustration and time constraints, I left. I didn't want to miss my train. I will definitely patron another hotel after this. Disappointed.

PPengguna TetamuThe guy not speak any word in english and even if I said that a booked a room he wanted to make me leave the hotel ! So, don't try to speak with him, just show your name and the reservation, he will give you the key and at your depart you have to leave it in the elevator, it's cold but that's how is it. We sleep in a ondol room (matress in the floor) ; the room is not pleasant (rather dilapidated) but the matress is confortable, you have kettle and one time coffe-tea-water, hot water in the shower ; it's enought to be in good condition. The localisation is pretty good, not too far from the citadelle maybe half an hour of walk.
