Hotel was quite adequate for simple stays. Had netflix to keep the small ones occupied. Microwave oven and a coffee machine at reception. The location was still a bit of distance to attractions but to the city centre, its just a 15mins drive.
Amenities was clean but amenities can be done better. Towel provided was only small size, dont have large towel.
Hotel room was cleaned everyday and there is a charging station at the carpark.
Can see the horses lighthouse from the balcony of this building.
Overall stay was good.

I have to be honest. I don't like it. I mean this place is nice.. but I have problem talking to one of the staff that cannot speak in english. And there is jacket in my room.. i dont feel it completely clean the room.. but I have to give credit to one of gifl staff who are very polite and sincerely apologize. I change my Accomodation while staying here.

Check-in is exactly at 3 p.m., at 2:40 the room was still not ready. The room is spacious, with a refrigerator, kettle, and hair dryer. The entrance door didn’t work well — the lock closed only every other time, so it. The large bed had a firm mattress, which might not suit everyone, while the small bed was fine in that regard. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute taxi ride to the airport.

공항이랑 가깝고, 건물은 좀 오래돼보였지만 내부는 정말 깔끔했어요! 방도 화장실도 넓찍해서 좋았어요. 8월 중순 제주 날씨가 너무 습했는데, 에어컨 계속 틀어놓으면 춥더라구요. 창문은 없고 공기청정기? 같은게 있더라구요. 그거 켜놓으니까 좀 덜한 것 같기도 하고.. 주차자리도 널널해서 좋았어요. 다시 가면 또 여기 묵을 것 같아요! 전반적으로 완전 만족입니다 :)

Stored my bag here before check-in so I could bike around the area to explore. There is a great burger place nearby too, Instant Burger.
Staff was friendly. Didn’t eat breakfast there, but they offer it at a cost. Room was decent and clean.

The location is great, not that far from the airport, there's plenty of busses that take you directly from the airport to the hotel. The room is amazing, clean and has a really cosy atmosphere. For breakfast I suggest you pay at the hotel one day before it's cheaper. The pool is also great and open until 22:00. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Self check in with the kiosk was difficult for me since the machine did not initially scan my ID properly. Luckily, staff stepped in to help me. Inside my room, the bedding was clean, toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, face lotion, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner/bodywash) were provided. The toilet is at a slightly weird angle where it's pressed against the wall so sitting down can feel awkward or uncomfortable.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hill Estate Hotel.
Excellent Service
Our flight was delayed and we missed the check-in time, but the front desk staff kindly ran down to assist us immediately. We truly appreciated the quick and warm response. If arriving late, you can contact them in advance via email or WeChat to arrange assistance.
Clean & Well-Equipped Room
The room was very clean and thoughtfully equipped. It included body wash, shampoo, and conditioner (good quality like Asoap), floor heating, and a TV with Netflix. The facilities made our stay comfortable and convenient.
Convenient Location
The hotel is very close to the airport. It takes about 10 minutes to reach Airport Entrance 3 from Eundamdong Bus Stop, which makes traveling very easy.
Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

The location is amazing; I appreciate that room service checks in daily, providing bottled water and coffee regularly while also changing towels. We were there for 7 nights, by the way. I rated the service a 4, not due to the room service or location. I believe extending early check-in would enhance the experience. We arrived at 9 AM since our flight landed early, but early check-in was not permitted. After the 12-hour flight, we were exhausted and intended to rest that day, but we lounged on the couch until 3 PM before checking in. What frustrates me is the male receptionist. We sat on the couch for more than 6 hours, just waiting until people showed up around 2 pm, and I noticed that they let them check in immediately despite it being 2 pm. So, I approached the receptionist, and to my surprise, they allowed us to check in even though it was still 2 pm. The receptionist showed no courtesy to inform us, even though they were aware that we had been waiting. In general, the location is excellent, the bed is cozy, the area is tidy, it's unfortunate we didn't take advantage of the pool. However, everything, including the view, is absolutely worth it. A tip for future bookers, especially if you can't speak Korean: always use Google Translate.

PPengguna TetamuLove the sea view! Very clean, cosy sea-facing stay with heated flooring. Friendly & helpful owner Mr Yun who speaks English. Free parking is available if u drive. However do note the main road in front can be quite heavy traffic.
Things to note: no toothbrush bring your own. 4-storey high walk up home stay, no elevator means u have to carry your luggage up the stairs. Clear your own trash which is not difficult, just need bring it down to trash bin corner.

JJordan’sWe stayed here for 6 nights and had a very comfortable and pleasant experience—it truly felt like a home away from home.
Housekeeping is done daily, which was a big plus. They replenished one 2-litre water bottles, provided four small towels, and emptied the trash every day, keeping the room consistently clean and tidy.
The room comes with a small kitchenette that is well equipped with cutlery, drinking glasses, shot glasses, a kettle, microwave, and a full-size household refrigerator with both freezer and fridge compartments. There is also an electric stove, though the only downside is that no pots or pans are provided, so cooking is limited.
One of the highlights is the large, human-sized window that can be opened to let in fresh air, along with an amazing scenic view outside. The bathroom is clean and modern, designed in soothing neutral tones. They provide good-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and the high-pressure shower is excellent—perfect for a refreshing bath after a long day.
The TV includes Netflix access without needing to log in to your own account, which is very convenient.
The owner is extremely kind and friendly. Since we had a longer stay, she kindly allowed us to use the washing machine, provided clothes hangers, and arranged a place for us to air-dry our laundry, which was very thoughtful.
The location is excellent—directly opposite the property is a 24-hour 7-Eleven. In the early morning, there’s also a café at the lobby selling coffee and baked goods, which is especially helpful as many eateries in Jeju only open around 10:30 am.
One thing to note: check-in should be done early, as the staff do not work overnight. After 7:30 pm, there will be no one available to hand over keys.
Overall, this is a very welcoming place, and we truly appreciated the comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. We would definitely return and stay here again.

JJulietteLI had such a wonderful stay at Mir’s! First time in Korea so wanted to familiarize myself with locals by starting off staying at a shared dorm. Eventually chose Mir’s over other hotels! First night at the place was greeted by Kevin, a very sweet boy who’s been so helpful and kind. The owner of the place is also very welcoming and polite.
The whole building is well designed and very clean, smelling good. Rooms are quiet and people are respectful! Very happy with the stay. The location is so amazing as it’s close to the ocean and many cute coffee shops and delicious restaurants. Thank you!
