PPengguna TetamuFantastic stay in Yeosu – Spacious villas and great service
We enjoyed a wonderful 5-night stay (May 14–19, 2026) at the Marine Terrace Pool Villa. This 3-star property is perfectly located on a beautiful bay. We stayed in the Ocean 4 and Marine 4 villas; they were very spacious, featured 2 large beds, and had equipped kitchens.
A real highlight was the private pool in each villa, which we could heat to 36°C—the perfect way to relax after days spent hiking and visiting temples. The only downside was that the main swimming pool wasn’t open yet during our visit.
The 2 staff members were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Communication via translation apps and gestures worked perfectly well—definitely better than our Korean! It was a pleasure to stay in such a setting; we were the only Western guests among several local Korean families.
We highly recommend this resort for anyone visiting Yeosu!

PPengguna TetamuWhat a beautiful hotel. The location was perfect near several walkable sight seeing destinations and attractions. Beautiful time of year to see blooming cherry blossom trees. Love the spaciousness of the room we were in that had two beds. We did book the room with an ocean view. Which we got to see fireworks, Odongdo Island and Jasan Sunrise Pavilion area. They do have great restaurants and cafes very near by. To include the very lovely cafe on premises which we enjoyed indulging on their chocolate ice cream they served so beautifully. The only thing which is out of the hotels control is its SLOW moving elevators which they only have 3 for its grand size. Other than that, the staff were super friendly and the free parking was a plus. Also a plus, is they have a few restaurants right out its doors to include a GS25 convenience store. I definitely would recommend this hotel for your Yeosu adventures.

CCindypapaI went on a 2-day business trip to Utop Marina Hotel in Yeosu, and it was such a pleasant experience. The hotel offered a free cocktail and a complimentary yacht tour, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The view of the marina was beautiful, and everything was relaxing from start to finish. Highly recommend it for both business and leisure trips!

PPengguna Tetamu가격이 저렴하고 주차공간 넉넉하고 바닷가와 가까워 좋긴 하였으나, 각티슈, 컨디셔너가 채워져있지 않았고 커피포트도 사용후 세척하지 않은 그대로여서 청소후 마무리가 되지않은 듯 느껴짐. 냄비. 후라이펜, 도마, 칼 등 요리도구가 전혀 갖추어져있지 않아 인덕션이 있는데 쓸모가 없었음.
당연히 취사가 가능한 줄 알고 예약했는데 없는게 많아 취사는 포기하고 4박5일 지내다 감.
그래도 저렴한 가격에 만족하고 잘 쉬다갑니다~
뒤에 이용할 손님들을 위해 조금만 더 객실관리에 신경써주시면 좋겠습니다.

♍♍️The location is not too far from the downtown area. It's near but far enough. I had a beautiful view of the harbor and was able to see the sunrise without leaving the room. It is near a convenience store and bus stop. Also a lotte department store. The staff is nice and helpful.

냉장고에 물도 있고
트립닷컴에는 체크인 시간에 대한 자세한 안내가 없었어서.. 10시 조금 넘어갔는데 셀프 체크인이라고 하규 사람은 없어서 당황했네요,,
카운터에 있는 바구니에서 알아서 카드키 가져가는 방식은 조금 놀랍긴 했지만
1층에 편의점도 있고, 편하게 잘 이용했습니다.
방음이 약간 안 좋기는 하고
침대맡에 콘센트가 없는건 조금 불편했어요

PPengguna TetamuA great motel in a good location - 10 min walking to the Dolsan bridge, 15 min to Lotte mart, buses to Dolsan island and Yeosu Expo Station. Very friendly staff, they don't speak English, but are good with Google translate.
The room is standard, though a bed is narrow, be prepared. There is a fridge in the room. The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The room floor is heated at night time. At the 1st floor there is a kitchen with hot water, kettle, microwave. On the roof there are 2 laundry machines, the guests can use them for free. The last but not the least, managers called us a taxi at 5:00 AM, so kind for them! Thanks a lot!

PPengguna Tetamu아이셋이라 항상 호텔방 잡을때 고민이 많았습니다. 여기는 우리 디섯 식구에게 딱 맞는 그런 곳이네요~ 통창을 통해 보이는 바다뷰가 환상적이었습니다. 사진은 창에서 찍은 뷰입니다.

※ 인근 다이소 도보 13분
※ 상당히 넓고 바다뷰로 야경 좋음
※ 호실 내부에 정수기 있음(냉수 불가)
다만, 노후 문제로 아쉬운 점은 있습니다.
※ 냉장고 쪽 문이나 도어락이 꽉 닫아야 닫힘
※ 지하주차장이 좁아, 초보는 이용 비추천
※ 집기 등에 세월 흔적이 남아있음

PPengguna TetamuThis was a nice place to stay with a wonderful view. Though you have to be aware it is not close to the main touristic attractions. Moreover, the building is quite old and you shouldn’t expect perfect cleanliness. Indeed, I would have appreciated the hot tub to be cleaned before we arrive, and there were some cobwebs on the mezzanine. With such a wonderful view, it’s too bad that the windows are not well cleaned either. Last negative point, the ”curtains” don't block out the light so you shouldn’t be too sensitive if you expect to sleep in the morning.
Regarding positive sides, beside the view and quiet location, the fully equipped kitchen is really convenient. You can also control the heating system which is very efficient to warm up the whole room. The electric heated blanket was very comfortable in winter as well!
I guess you get what you can expect for this price!
