Hotel berhampiran Rumah APEC Nurimaru, Busan

New hotel that is in the same building as Hyatt Place. Same facilities, similar room, but cheaper. There is a little kitchen, but the cooking top is not working, and there is no dishes or pots, not even a spoon. So I find this a bit misleading. The only thing is a big fridge with freezer. Big TV but I couldn't figure out the remote controller and for me was completely useless. Breakfast is OK, but everyday exactly the same.

Kali kedua datang ke Busan, saya sangat suka bandar yang ada gunung dan laut ini. Toyoko Inn seperti biasa memang sempurna, dan keluarga kami bertiga masih teringat-ingat dengan kebebasan makan eomuk (kek ikan) semasa sarapan. Stesen Busan sangat dekat, bas dan kereta api bawah tanah hanya 50 meter. Kadang-kadang saya rasa hidup patut dihabiskan menikmati pemandangan yang menenangkan seperti ini. Berharap dapat berjumpa lagi pada masa akan datang.

Housekeeping & Communication: During a multi-night stay, housekeeping missed restocking facial tissues. With no in-room phone (only an online AI chatbot), we had to visit the front desk in person. We only learned about the water dispenser on the 29th floor (which is not open 24 hours) after asking the AI assistant. Breakfast Schedule: Last entry is 9:30 AM, but cleanup begins around 9:40 AM, quickly limiting food options. Arriving by 9:00 AM at the latest is strongly recommended. Self-service tray return is required. With minimal staff interaction beyond requested housekeeping, this property is best suited for independent guests who prefer autonomous digital check-ins. Those traveling with elderly family members or seeking traditional front-desk hospitality may want to consider other options. 優點：空間很大、環境乾淨、入住舒適、隔音不錯、吹風機很強，有冰箱可冷藏冷凍還有一機多用的微波跟烤箱可以加熱。 住宿體驗感不錯，但如果是不習慣全自助，或是無卡用手機刷門禁的可能不太推薦。 這次入住一些比較差的體驗感想： 感覺不太適合老人家入住 自行辦理入住及退房需透過手機處理 電梯需使用QR code通行， 每次進電梯前都要先重新打開QR code， 截圖的話有時候掃的到，有時候不行。 然後電梯內訊號較差會有點難開，小麻煩。 房間電燈都是觸控式面板 研究了一下才知道怎麼開關 然後是因為連續入住，有申請打掃房間， 結果打掃後房內沒有補充桌上紙巾， 沒有電話可以聯繫前台， 只有看到ai回復的幫手， 室友到前台詢問， 前台說有替換一開始沒有要提供的意思， 提出需求卻先被懷疑的感覺不太好， 雖然紙巾問題有得到解決。 然後紙張說明只寫說需要瓶裝水跟毛巾跟前台領取 並未說明需要額外付費，或是一晚僅提供兩瓶，未在紙面說明。感覺應該是提供給連續入住沒有打掃的房客領取使用，入住並未說明。 需詢問飯店AI助理才知道可以上29F飲水機裝水， 且非24小時可裝水。 然後早餐最後入場時間是9：30 基本上東西都還有，但是大概9：40就開始徹餐，選擇越來越少，建議大家最晚9：00就要到比較好，然後餐盤也是自助回收。 所以服務的部分基本上除了連續入住要申請的打掃服務，基本沒有，所以我無法評價，幾乎都是自助詢問求解。

Кондей работает на отопление нормально, но ходить только в тапочках (выдают). В душе горячая вода с перебоями. Душевую лейку держать только в руках, закрепить на стене нельзя. Из плюсов - местоположение прекрасное. В номерах кушать нельзя, с третьего этажа предполагалось ходить на второй в зону для питания (не очень удобную). Зато прям под боком улица со стритфудом, можно на берегу моря посидеть)

Comfort: The beds are comfortable and provide a good night’s rest. Condition: While the room is clean, some of the furniture is starting to show its age and feels a bit dated. Facilities: Basic toiletries, drinking water, tea, and coffee are all provided. Note that the toilet and bathtub are in the same space (not separated). Climate Control: Be aware that during winter and early spring, the air conditioning is disabled. If the room gets too warm, you’ll need to crack the window to let the crisp Busan air in. The restaurant is on the 24th floor, meaning you have to wait for the elevator to go up, and then wait again to get back down to the lobby to start your day. You’ll save money and time by eating at one of the many local spots nearby. Location & Accessibility The location is a strong point for shoppers and explorers: Metro: About a 7–8 minute walk to Nampo Station. Shopping: Very close to Lotte Shopping Mall and the famous Gwangbok-ro Shopping Street. Note: The building is shared with another hotel (North Harbor Hotel), which contributes to the high foot traffic in the lobby and elevators. Bilik okay, kemudahan asas yang diperlukan semuanya berfungsi dengan baik. Satu-satunya perkara yang saya rasa kurang selesa ialah kami perlu menukar tuala lama untuk mendapatkan yang baharu. Tambahan pula, semasa musim puncak, kawasan makan pada waktu pagi sangat sesak dan tiada ruang yang cukup. Lebih teruk lagi, sistem ekzos semasa penyediaan sarapan sangat teruk dan tidak dapat mengeluarkan asap sama sekali. Ini benar-benar perlu diperbaiki.

Peralatan elektrik sangat lengkap, mesin basuh, pengering, peti sejuk, ketuhar gelombang mikro jenama Samsung adalah nilai tambah yang besar. Mesin basuh sangat senyap. Lokasi strategik, tetapi bau renovasi sangat, sangat, sangat kuat, terutamanya di atas katil. One of the best features is the separate toilet and shower area, which is quite rare in Korea. Essentials like shampoo, a hair dryer, and other toiletries are provided. They also have a handy machine that removes dust and dries your clothes—perfect if you don’t want to do a full wash but still want your clothes fresh and clean. The only minor downside is the uphill slope leading to the hotel, but it shouldn’t be a problem for most people with luggage.

This hotel provides the basic amenities that you will need. The hotel was more like a boutique hotel located along a restaurant district. It provides good access to the subway and the grand Lotte mall. Unlike what people had commented, the hotel was easy to locate. We were greeted by a beautiful row of cherry blossom trees the week of our stay. The owner of the hotel was very responsive to our needs and gave us what we needed to make our stay comfortable. We had difficulty trying to hang out clothes or bath towels in the bathroom as there are no hanging bars or hooks. There is also no shower curtain so do request for more floor towels to prevent the water from getting to other areas of the bathroom. The host had found a side table for us to use in the bathroom. A point to note is that you would need to climb a flight of stairs to get to your room. The owner was very kind to help us carry our luggage to our room. The hotel is not for the fussy. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
