Hotel berhampiran Kuil Okryeonseonwon, Busan

This hotel is rated 4+ stars on most platforms, but in my opinion, it does not deserve more than 3. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. The first issue was at check-in. There is no proper lobby at all—the reception is small and hidden under a staircase, and it’s hard to even notice when you enter. Since there’s a café and a supermarket right across from it, the whole place feels more like a shopping mall than a hotel. The receptionist was quite unfriendly. She told us she couldn’t find our reservation and asked us to show our confirmation email. While we were waiting, she kept sighing and making rude facial expressions, which made us feel very uncomfortable. For a hotel that claims to have 4 stars, the level of service and professionalism should be much better. The room was also disappointing. It was visibly dirty, the furniture was old and stained, and the terrace was dusty and unclean. The towels were worn out and even torn in places, which is simply unacceptable. The breakfast was okay, but nothing special.

Super nice location...close proximity to shopping malls (Lotte and Shinsegae), and many restaurants & shops. Professional staff and good customer service. Overall, a fantastic hotel… Especially great for the price… Only a few items that could be improved... wished they had faster elevators and the parking garage was ”very tight” with narrow passages and small parking stalls.

O hotel é bom, mas foi complicado encontrar o andar certo já que a placa com o nome era minúscula. Ele fica no prédio A, terceiro andar e o quarto não era o mesmo das fotos, ficamos em um quarto sem vista e bem menos do que o esperado. A parte boa é que é de frente pra praia (sem vista) e tem o CU no térreo é um G20 do outro lado da rua, além de ótimos restaurantes ao redor.

Literally a couple of steps and you end up at Haeundae beach! The location really impressed me. My room was cozy, but the bed was soo insanely squeaky, haha! I didn't mind, but it can get quite annoying. Especially for roommates I guess.

Location of the hotel is greater than, between Gwanganli and haeundae, gain access to famous travel destinations. The hotel price is decent and equipped with fundamental things you will need.

I had a really great stay here. I was hesitant to book hostels because it was my first time traveling solo, but this place is the place to be. I love the lounge area because the area is big and comfortably welcomes you. The room I had stayed in was the 8 bunk bed room and it was really spacious inside. I requested a bottom bunk bed and I was accommodated with it. The bunk beds were spacious as well, but the wifi was kinda laggy in our room. There's also a GS25 just across the street. The only think I'm sad about is the lack of laundry facility. But overall, I would recommend this place, and I would also book here again some time in the future.

Lokasinya hebat dan biliknya sangat besar. Sarapan pagi pun sedap. Saya bercadang untuk melawat lagi lain kali!! Ia adalah perjalanan yang sempurna terima kasih kepada penginapan yang baik.

I wasn’t thinking too much before I booked travelodge. This is likely the first time and the last time I stay in properties from this brand. Upon check in, they tell you cleaning is only available once every 3 days. They don’t even empty the garbage bin. And leaving you clean towels and bottled waters at the door. I booked a loft for 4 persons to stay so it is supposed to come with futon beds.. after I entered the room, someone delivered a bag of pillow, futon bed and blanket so I have to make the bed myself… I wasn’t expecting 5 star services but I expected the room to be set up the way we booked it for?  Cleanliness was okay except that the bedsheet was a bit stained. I didn’t bother to call the front desk though cause I don’t think they will exchange it for me.

Ia mengambil masa kira-kira 5 minit untuk sampai ke sana dengan pergi terus dari Exit 11 Stesen Centum City. Dalam perjalanan ada Oriyang, Starbucks, kedai serbaneka, dan di sebelah stesen ada Shinsegae Department Store dan LOTTE Department Store, jadi tiada masalah untuk membeli-belah. Lobi terletak di tingkat satu, dan kaunter penerimaan tetamu adalah sama dengan Travelodge. Saya tiba awal, tetapi saya dapat masuk ke dalam bilik saya dengan segera, dan memandangkan hari itu adalah hari bekerja, saya telah dinaik taraf kepada bilik pemandangan laut di tingkat tinggi. Bilik itu luas, dan pemandangannya menakjubkan. Saya mahu tinggal lagi hanya untuk melihat pemandangan ini! Peti sejuk adalah bersaiz keluarga, dan kemudahannya dilengkapi dengan dapur mini, mesin basuh, TV pintar dan mesin basuh. Cermin di sinki sangat bagus! Ia terang dan besar, dan lampu dihidupkan, menjadikannya tempat paling mudah untuk mekap semua hotel yang saya pernah menginap di Korea. Tekanan air di bilik mandi agak lemah, dan walaupun terdapat sekatan antara bilik mandi dan tandas, lantai bilik mandi akan basah jika anda tidak berhati-hati. Selipar tidak pakai buang, dan tidak ada baju tidur, jadi anda perlu membawa sendiri, dan semua kedai adalah gaya Korea. Tidak ramai orang di sekitar pada waktu malam, jadi wanita harus berhati-hati ketika berjalan sendirian. Secara keseluruhan, saya sangat berpuas hati! Saya pasti akan datang ke sini lagi lain kali saya di Busan!

깔끔한편이고 사장님 정말 친절하셔서 기분이 좋았어요^^ 주차공간도 넉넉합니다. 골목 사이에 은근 맛집도 많아서 야식먹기도 좋아요 실내가 생각보다 넓어서 편했는데 다만 연식이 좀 있는 곳이라 부분부분 보면 노후된 곳이 보이긴 합니다 그래도 성수기에 광안리에서 숙소를 못 잡고 있었는데 외곽에 잡을 수 있어서 잘 사용했습니다^^
