I had a very pleasant stay at Prana Hotel in Hyunpoong. The hotel is very new, and you can immediately feel the modern and well-thought-out design throughout the entire property. Everything is clean, fresh, and maintained to a high standard. What stood out most was the friendliness of the staff - very fluent in English! The reception team in particular was extremely welcoming, helpful, and professional, making check-in and the overall stay very smooth and comfortable. The hotel also offers very convenient parking, which is a big plus if you are traveling by car. In addition, the fitness center is well-equipped and perfect for maintaining your routine while staying there. A nice extra is the small bar, which provides a relaxed atmosphere in the evening. You can enjoy a selection of drinks like beer and gin & tonic, along with some snacks — a simple but very appreciated touch. Overall, Prana Hotel is an excellent choice in Hyunpoong if you are looking for a modern, comfortable stay with great service. I booked already another stay next week.

A 5- minute walk from Dongdaegu KTX station and city subway station. Premium Deluxe Room is extremely spacious, and suitable for family with children. Location is good. The Shinsegae department store and a lot of restaurants are just neighborhood. The City Tour bus stop is at the Bus Terminal outside the KTX station. A very pleasant stay at Marriott Bonvoy.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Daegu and had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers a superb view, making the stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. One of the best things about this hotel is its strategic location — it is conveniently surrounded by several tourist attractions, all within walking distance. This made exploring the city very easy and stress-free. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Daegu, especially for those who appreciate a great view and easy access to nearby attractions.

空港からタクシーで15分ほどの東大邱駅のKTX側から徒歩10分弱です！ 高架下にあり周辺のホテルや外観、フロント、内観、アメニティからして恐らくあっちのホテルですね笑 近くにコンビニもあり助かりました！ 清潔で風呂も大きく快適でした！ 受付の方も一生懸命コミュニケーションを取ろうとしてくれて たすかりました！ 2階がフロントでお水のペットボトルも自由に取れるシステム、 鍵が不安定で開かなくなり少し焦りましたが しばらく頑張れば開きました！ デリバリーも部屋まで頼むことができ満足でした⭐︎

I stayed at Hotel Noblestay in Seoul, and it was an excellent experience! The hotel seamlessly blends modern comfort with a touch of Korean elegance, creating a cozy and sophisticated atmosphere. The location is ideal, situated in the bustling Jongno district, within walking distance of major attractions like Gyeongbokgung Palace, Insadong, and Myeongdong. It’s also close to subway stations, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the modern bathrooms came with high-quality toiletries. I also appreciated the small details like complimentary water, tea, and fast Wi-Fi. The staff were outstanding—professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. They provided great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions and ensured my stay was smooth from check-in to check-out. The breakfast offered a delicious selection of Korean and international dishes, which was the perfect way to fuel up for a day of exploring. The dining area was cozy and well-maintained. Hotel Noblestay offers fantastic value for its central location, exceptional service, and comfortable accommodations. 【Great Location & Cozy Stay – But Shower Needs Work】! I stayed here with my mum for 5 nights over Christmas. The location is fantastic—just steps from Daegu Station and Lotte Department Store, with convenience stores nearby. The room was spacious, clean, and warm, with plenty of space for luggage. Beds with electric underblankets were amazing— we slept so well and felt refreshed for the next day! Staff were friendly too. The only downside was the shower experience. The bathroom ventilation fan couldn’t be turned off, so it felt cold. The shower head holder was positioned too high, so we had to hold it by hand. The water pressure was intense and strong—honestly, it felt like needles hitting the skin, which was bit painful when the shower head was close...we had to hold it farther away, but then the cold airflow made us shiver. Shampooing and washing became a juggling act between turning off the shower (and feeling chilled) or holding the shower head with one hand so it was hard to shower comfortably. Finally, we ended up trembling while getting dressed. Overall, this hotel is excellent value for money given its location and cleanliness. Despite the shower issue, we would definitely stay here again and hope the bathroom gets warmer next time with a gentler shower head!

While it is a budget hostel, and the location is a bit of a walk inside the back street, I did not expect it to be too luxury or anything special. What was strange was that eventhough I arrived before 10PM, there was nobody at the reception desk, and I had to call to be able to speak with someone for check in and being directed to a self check in machine. With my broken korean language skill, it was difficult but I made it at the end. The room has some black moulds and I had to plug off the mini fridge to be able to use the power point to charge my phone, mini fan and whatever else. And in the morning that mini fridge has produced some water on the floor after being thawed. Towels were provided but they were smelly. The bottom of the toilet were not sealed properly to the floor (the sillicone joint has worn off). The room is in need of renovation. I managed to do the self check out when I went downstairs the next morning (with the same machine). Then I realised I couldn’t get out via the entrance door that I got in the night before, because it was locked at around 11AM. After I rang the owner again, he directed me to leave by the back door. Then I was trying to find my way at the back area to go out to the street and catch a taxi. This hostel by far was the worst place I have stayed ever. I was glad I only booked for 1 night.

I gave 1 extra star because the man at the desk kept my bag safe when it needed to be. So he did the job well. Otherwise, zero stars will be given for the service of the old lady at the desk. She was unfriendly and insulting!!! First, she doesn't speak English, so she should use a translator to communicate with the customers. Instead, she started talking in an unfriendly way in Korean when she knew I couldn’t speak Korean. Second, because I don't understand and she doesn't understand me, I have to ask my Korean friend to talk with her. She is still not friendly. And not try to understand for me, because I don't know what my friend and her were talking about. So she showed me that she got annoyed with my misunderstanding of her. Third, and the most horrible of all. She was very rude the next day. I came to her desk, because I needed something. I have just shown my face and wanna say hi, with a friendly look at her. But she started to behave rudely right away before I could say hi. By saying something loudly in Korea and weirdly using both hands and looking angry. So I felt very uninvited to ask something. So I go away from her. Back to my room. I found my stuff (toothbrush and other things of mine) that I forgot in the other room. That I forgot to take with me, on the floor!!!!!! The worst there is a desk for face washing next to the door. So she could put it in there. It's so onhygien with my toothbrush without a cover put on the floor. I have never gotten that horrible service before. Even when I go the a very cheap hostel! I was in a good mood to discover this city. And these are bad memories I got from her. She has just ruined my good mood for the holiday there. My friends suggested that I go to this Motel. Now my friends know how stupid this service I got from this lady. They won't come anymore in the future! If the old lady doesn’t like foreigners then she shouldn't work there. So it won’t ruin someone's holiday. I hope the manager of their company does something with the service that the lady gave to the customer. I don’t complain usually. But this is unacceptable! I am planning to go regularly to Daegu because my friend lives there. This motel is in a perfect location for me. But now I would rather go to a hotel that is far away than this Motel. So you have just lost 1 regular customer because of this stupid service. I am still angry if I think about this service with my toothbrush on the floor.
