We stayed at the hotel for two nights and had only positive impressions. The room was clean and tidy, very comfortable, but there was a niggle with the bathroom doors; I'd prefer solid doors instead of just glass partitions. The hotel's location is a bit of a bummer: you have to take a bus to get there. Otherwise, everything was great, and the reception staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We'll definitely return to this hotel on our next visit.

막내아이가 해양대재학생이라 분기마다 가족들이 여행겸 학교일로 영도를 내려오는데 영도쪽 숙소만 이용했는데 이번엔 학교에서 가까운 송도숙소를 알아보다 퍼스트오션을 이용하게됐네요 일단 바다가 한눈에 펼쳐진 비쥬얼이 너무좋습니다 영도숙소도 하리항 풍경이라 좋았지만 이곳 송도는 또다른 풍경을 재공하네요 관광지라 주변 먹거리도 많고 케이블카 할인도 받고 휴양기분 맘껏즐기고 갑니다 시설 깨끗하고 언제든 입실할수있는 비대면 체크도 대기시간절약 되고 다맘에듭니다 주차문제는 제차가 suv라 영도숙소보다 빠듯하긴한데 2박하는동안 주차관리하시는분이 불편함없게 자리를 내주셔서 좋았습니다 자주오는곳이라 다음에도 꼭 올계획입니다

Trip.com had a mismatch with this booking and I stayed at Hyoi Stay Busan Songdo. It's the same hotel as they said, just a different name. It's also the same building and room type was identical. So my review is for Hyoi Stay.
Great hotel, new, very clean room with a washing machine and a dryer. Location is also great, view from the room was beautiful. Hotel is like airbnb, room also had a kitchen and a balcony. Very helpful and nice manager met me near entrance of the building to help find the office on 3rd floor to check-in.
Now, if you don't have a car and don't use taxi, be careful as the walk from the bus stop is going downhill and if you have a heavy bag coming back up can be hard. Even with this it's only 10 minutes walk from bus stop.
Overall 5/5 loved it, would gladly stay again.

The hotel was clean, the room spacious with a beautiful sea view. The location is perfect for public transport! The only slight drawback is that if you stay for a long time, you'll have to pay extra for cleaning as it's not included, which I find disappointing in a 4-star hotel. But otherwise, I highly recommend it for women traveling alone.

Нам повезло и удалось забронировать этот номер по очень доступной цене в мае. В нашем номере был потрясающий вид с балкона. В номере были все удобства, все новое, чистое. Можно было постирать и высушить свои вещи. Готовить еду. Кровати в разных комнатах. На первом этаже есть продуктовый магазин. Мы остались очень довольны проживанием здесь.

Брали номер с панорамный окном. Вид из него крутой! Из окна слышно шум моря. Только из-за панорамного окна по утрам в номере становится жарко, если забыть его зашторить, но в номере кондиционер, запускается с пульта от телевизора. Убирают номер каждый день, меняют белье, полотенца, выносят мусор. Каждый день выдавали одноразовые принадлежности. В целом, все достаточно комфортно и удобно, только далековато до центра добираться, но автобусная остановка рядом. Рядом также много рыбных рестиков, где можно вкусно покушать. Прикрепляю вид из нашего окна

It's a lovely hotel a bit hidden away in the port. It has a lovely rooftop terrace, accessible for everyone! And is also not too far away from Songdo beach and the cable cars station. The breakfast is super basic but for this price you expect world class meals. Overall a very pleasant stay

Everyday was great. But there is no 24 hr reception. I luckily met the reception lady as wanted to store my bag there.
Location: great for the specific activities but it is not very central. If I have limited time and want to see multiple places, I would sat very close to bus station because getting a bus is not difficult but sitting in that bus is.

PPengguna TetamuJust a minute from the subway and convenient to go to any attractions in Haeundae. However, it takes plenty of time to get a lift up or down as too many hotel guests share in the same building. As such, it is not easy to get in the lift particularly during the peak hours. The hotel room size is average but the blanket is a bit hot to cover. We were staying 2 nights there, the 1st night is so far so good. However the 2nd night is a nightmare and we could not slept for the entire night. As the stove ventilation pipe has ”tart tart” sound continously since 23:05 till more than an hour. We have not used it before but the sound came out suddenly. However, the receptionist desk closed since 23:00 so we have no way to voice out our condition. Honestly, we will not put it in our list in the future.

Sstev.changI stayed in a Standard Single Non-Smoking room for one night. The service and cleanliness were consistently excellent, as expected from a Japanese hotel chain. Like most Japanese hotels, the room is compact but has everything you need.
The location is unbeatable—it’s right across the street from Busan Station, making it incredibly easy to catch the metro for my flight the next morning.

MmelissasunshineWe had such a positive experience staying here last March that we booked another stay for December, drawn back primarily by the excellent location. Unfortunately, our second visit was quite disappointing as the rooms were showing significant signs of neglect, including mould growth throughout the space.
While the room itself was spacious enough to accommodate the three of us, the overall condition left much to be desired. The bathroom in particular is in urgent need of upgrades, and the lack of adequate table space was a major inconvenience. We struggled to find places to keep our belongings, with only a small front table available. This led to us having to charge our devices on the floor, which created a tripping hazard near the power sockets; adding to the problem, the sockets were inconsistent, with some being loose or non-functional, meaning we had to test each one to find those that worked.
The property appears to be falling into disrepair in several areas. The bathroom doors were misaligned with nails sticking out, and the floors had uneven bumps that could become dangerous if they wear down and expose sharp edges.
On the positive side, the location remains incredibly convenient. It's just a two-minute walk from Nampo Station, Exit 3. The availability of a washing machine and dryer is also helpful for travellers, though there are limitations here too. The facilities are only accessible until 9pm, which clashes with the schedule of many guests who return later in the evening, shower, and then the need to do laundry. With only one machine and one dryer available, wait times are often long, and by the time it’s our turn, it’s nearly time for the facilities to close. Adding more machines or extending the operating hours would make a significant difference to guest comfort.
We sincerely hope the hotel invests in renovation and regular maintenance work soon. The property has great potential thanks to its prime location, but without proper upkeep, it risks becoming unsafe and unappealing for visitors.

PPengguna TetamuRoom – The room is amazing, with plenty of space for the two of us. We each have our own bedroom, which is great. The only downside is that the toilet is located inside one of the bedrooms, so if your friend needs to use it in the middle of the night, it might wake you up.
Kitchen – The kitchen looks very fancy and fully equipped at first glance, but surprisingly there’s no kitchenware at all. No plates, forks, spoons, or cups. We had to buy our own. There’s also a stove, but no pans, so cooking isn’t really possible. You can only reheat food using the microwave or oven.
Laundry – A washing machine and dryer are provided in the room, which is very convenient.
Balcony – The room also has a nice balcony, which is a lovely bonus.
Staff – Most of the staff are friendly

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel was location is an excellent location. Very convenient and nearby to shops and the haeundae beach with mrt less than 7 mins walk which makes it very convenient.
I booked a twin room - double and single bed. Room is new, clean and a good size for city. This room does not provide unobstructed Seaview.
Whats disappointing:
1. We needed to change cash for laundry which was part of the hotel. The reception say no change.
2. We initially reserve 2 night then extend a further 2 night's. We requested for cleaning on 3rd day. Whilst they replace the towels, wash the cups and provided free bottles of water,
- bed not made,
- floor not vacumn( hairs visible) and
- toilet not cleaned ( hair in the shower cubicle)

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel provides the basic amenities that you will need. The hotel was more like a boutique hotel located along a restaurant district. It provides good access to the subway and the grand Lotte mall. Unlike what people had commented, the hotel was easy to locate. We were greeted by a beautiful row of cherry blossom trees the week of our stay. The owner of the hotel was very responsive to our needs and gave us what we needed to make our stay comfortable. We had difficulty trying to hang out clothes or bath towels in the bathroom as there are no hanging bars or hooks. There is also no shower curtain so do request for more floor towels to prevent the water from getting to other areas of the bathroom. The host had found a side table for us to use in the bathroom. A point to note is that you would need to climb a flight of stairs to get to your room. The owner was very kind to help us carry our luggage to our room. The hotel is not for the fussy. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

PPengguna TetamuFantastic location. Hotel is located right behind the main shopping street is a quiet area. Basic amenities like auto refilling drinking water machine and coffee machine. There is also a small 'hole in the wall' shop just outside the hotel selling fabulous French crepes.
Only complaint is the lousy attitude shown by the manager. I booked for 3 nights with another extension for 4 nights (7 nights in total). I stated that I use a mobility device because of my disability in the booking. During check in, upon seeing me, he made feel very unwelcome. He told me to find other hotels and asked me to cancel my booking, claiming that my mobility device will spoil the room. Such a ludicrous remark to make. We had a heated argument eventually as I was very upset a him for being discriminatory. i insisted in staying as it was fully paid. It was my first time in Busan, thus I don't wish to spend my holiday looking for hotels. Btw, the room was perfectly fine. Never felt so unwelcome in my life.
Location is its only saving grace. However there are numerous hotels around the area after we got to know the place better.

Kami mendaftar masuk sendiri dan tidak pernah bertemu sesiapa pun yang agak menyedihkan. Terdapat banyak mesej mengenai peraturan dan banyak peranti pengawasan. Kita boleh menggunakan dapur berkongsi dengan microwave, air panas dll.
Bilik itu ok, bersih, bebas rokok (seperti seluruh rumah tamu) dan mempunyai apa yang kami perlukan: pemanasan, air panas, tingkap.
Dari segi lokasi, terletak berhampiran dengan banyak perhentian bas dan metro juga.
Keburukan:
Bau kumbahan yang kuat datang dari bilik mandi yang tidak dapat ditanggung.
Tuala kecil.
Tingkap tidak terlindung dengan baik, pada waktu malam ia sejuk.
Dinding nipis, kami dapat mendengar tetamu yang bising dari bilik berdekatan.
