Hotel berhampiran Jambatan Buluh, Vang Vieng

The hotel is a little away from the city centre. Clean but not super neat. I stay there with kids which I found the place is not very suitable for me since they allowed their guest to use large speakers until 11 pm and it was in front of my tent. I told them to manage but I lastly need to get involve and confront them myself to sort it out. Not very well managed on this matter but they tried to do everything to apologize in the morning. The hotel was ok the view was exceptional only if they manage this a little bit better would be superb place to stay. [I stayed there late of the year it might be the party timing may or may not occur all the time of the year]

Probably the best value for its price. I great lounge zone with tables, the hotel is new. The owner and the manager guy are always trying to be helpful, very responsible. The hotel is super clean, they provide all the services starting from bus tickets and motorbike rental to hot air balloon and blue lagoon tours. Though there’s a better price for the buggy rent in the other places. I had a gigantic cockroach in my room once, I told the stuff they were very concerned, gave me poison and offered to change the room. Since I demolished the gigantic cockroach I haven’t seen any since but you have to remember that you are in Vangvieng, the insects are everywhere you can reduce the risk by keeping your door closed and keeping the light on

My stay at ViengTara VangVieng Resort was truly relaxing. The resort is surrounded by rice fields and mountains, creating a peaceful atmosphere that feels close to nature. The room was simple yet comfortable, perfectly blending with the environment. Breakfast was tasty and enjoyable with a wonderful view. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience very pleasant.

My friend and I recently enjoyed a stay at this hotel in Vang Vieng, and it truly was an unforgettable experience. The hotel offered a breathtaking view that set the perfect backdrop for our getaway. One morning, we were treated to the magical sight of hot air balloons drifting across the sky, adding an extra layer of wonder to our stay. The location couldn’t have been better, providing easy access to local restaurants and cultural sights. The friendly and attentive staff ensured our comfort throughout our visit, making us feel right at home. If you’re looking for a mix of scenic beauty and warm hospitality, this hotel in Vang Vieng is an excellent choice.

Absolutely amazing stay - it's clear that the owners take pride in their hotel. The pool and pool area is incredibly clean. The breakfast is fantastic, fresh fruit (varied and lots of it) contained in a fridge (so fresh, cold and no bugs like a lot of other hotels). Option of cooked breakfast every morning (eggs your way). The gentleman running the hotel is so helpful, he booked several tours for us, getting us a good price and being patient when we changed our plans several times. The communal areas are incredibly clean, the staff are always working hard doing something for the hotel. The location is excellent - walkable to everything in Vang Vieng, near some nice restaurants (Green, Vela, beats and bites). Everything in the room worked perfectly. The shower had great pressure and great temperature. Bed was extremely comfortable and the TV was loaded with apps to watch TV (we used Plex as it had English language shows and films). The bathroom has soap, shampoo and fresh towels daily. The rooftop is amazing, we actually used this instead of going to rooftop bars. The hotel sells beer in the fridge at reception. Highly highly recommend this hotel. Genuinely we could not find any fault with this hotel at all, we over heard many guests booking to stay extra nights expressing how happy they were with the stay at the hotel and the breakfast.

Our 3rd visit to Laos, and since starting our travels here, this stay has been the most peaceful we've experienced. The staff are all young but did their job best, friendly, and helpful. That was just wonderful to stay here; I would definitely recommend it to everyone! I didn’t take a photo of the room, only the views from our balcony but all are just like the photos on trip.com.

The hotel is not quite new, that is obvious. The mirror on the room was missing, broken out by force. There is no WiFi except in the reception area. The photo of the building shows balconies at all rooms on the photo side. But my room had none. There was no daily room service. For the rest it was okay. Well maintained, clean, quiet inside and mountain view from the windows. Small fridge, AC, full working bathroom. (Long waiting for warm water) The breakfast buffet was great. The swimming pool in front of the entrance was good. The seating area around poor. I really missed a bigger and nicer area, perhaps garden like around. Especially for I had no balcony. I would go there again for sleeping and having breakfast. But for holidays I want to have a decent place outdoors as well.

The stay was okay, but unfortunately the staff were not very friendly and didn’t even greet guests, which made me feel unwelcome. Also, the prices for renting a scooter were almost twice as high as at other places nearby. Overall, it was fine, but I expected a warmer atmosphere and fairer prices.

fine for a short term stay. wouldn't call it a resort, but it does have a pool. the rooms are not like on the Trip booking site, only. few select rooms seem to have gotten a renovation. Te staff however is super friendly and let us move to an upper deck room. the room itself is very old and a bit stuffy. bathroom is super old but was fine for a couple of days. The pool os nice and clean, never too crowded. Breakfast is also fine, nothing special, but the hotel is a close 8min walk to the center where there are plenty of cute and cheap coffeeshops
