Hotel berhampiran Wat Chom Phet, Luang Prabang

Good size of room, clean and comfortable. The room comes with the river view, very peaceful area not too crowded with many tourists but very close to all of main attractions by foot. Friendly and helpful staff. Only one thing I don't like about this place is you have to walk for few mins to the breakfast place, and the breakfast quality and choice is very poor, but what could you ask for more with this price right? Overall I am very satisfied with this stay

The room was clean and spacious, it had all the necessary conveniences, the staff was friendly, the location was great. We did not like the breakfast at the restaurant - there was not much food to choose from, there were just eggs and one more dish whuch was different every day, but if you do not eat eggs and do not like that other dish (for example, noodle soup or sticky rice), there was nothing else. The other thing is that one of the receptionists did not speak English at all. And if you are having problems due to the fault of the hotel staff, it is really difficult to settle everything down due to lack of understanding. We had problems with bus tickets. We bought our bus tickets to Phonsavan at the hotel (they announce that they sell bus tickets) right after we checked in at the hotel, for the date in three days after our arrival. But the night before the day when we were scheduled to leave in the morning, we were told by the hotel staff that the bus had been cancelled, that there would be no buses to Phonsavan the next day because it was Vietnamese New Year (festival), and that we could not go there that day, there were no options for us, that we could go there a day later. We were really frustrated because we had everything set - airplane tickets from Phonsavan to Vientiane and hotel in Phonsavan. But as we found out the next day, it was a lie. We went to the bus station by ourselves, and there were minibuses to Phonsavan, so we were able to get there. I have no idea why the staff lied to us and why they cancelled our tickets. Do not purchase any tickets or tours from the the hotel.

Hotel located along the Mekong riverside. Breakfast is average. Staff ”Duo” is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and speak English well. High speed train ticket can be booked here. Shuttle bus to Luang Prabang train station is available at cheaper rate. Watching Alm-giving is nearby at 6am every morning. I will come back to this hotel again in future..

The hotel is great! The staff were kind and helpful. The location was superb! We loved that we can just walk from there to everywhere in luang. Breakfast was ok tho, its not in the main hotel and you have to walk around and eat beside mekong river which was a good thing by the way, but the food were all the same. Other than that everything was great!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Wanika during our trip to Luang Prabang, and it honestly exceeded our expectations. Firstly, we were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade, which was such a thoughtful gesture and a great start to our stay. The upgraded room came with a beautiful private balcony, which quickly became our favorite spot. Sitting there in the morning with coffee and in the evening after exploring the town felt incredibly peaceful. The location is perfect, close to the night market and main attractions, yet tucked away in a quiet lane so you can truly relax. It’s the best of both worlds. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was cozy, air conditioning worked perfectly (a lifesaver in the Laos heat), and everything felt warm and welcoming. The staff were kind, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality genuinely made the experience even better. If you're looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and value-for-money stay in Luang Prabang, Villa Wanika is definitely a great choice. The free upgrade and balcony made it even more special for us. Would absolutely stay here again!

Let me first say that we enjoyed our stay and absolutely loved the location. The negative would be that the photos online were drastically nicer than the actual appearance, so initially it was a bit of a disappointment. Once the initial shock went away, we really enjoyed our stay here. It was just near the river and several nice coffee shops and about a 5 minute walk from the main tourist street. It was quiet and they had breakfast every morning, though it was the same pre-made plate each day. I'd recommend staying here, just know the photos aren't totally accurate.

Отель с завтраком, расположен в тихом закоулке около храма, центр города и река рядом. В комнате все деревянное, приятно. Он хоть и не новый, но все вполне прилично. Кондиционер, горячая вода, холодильник и даже сейф (не открывали). Завтраки хорошие, можно выбрать из 10 наименований меню (панкейк/рис/булка с наполнителями + напиток + фрукты), кофе/чай/вода всегда бесплатно на ресепшене. Вай-фай работает нормально.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Verde. The people were lovely and very accommodating, especially as we had a late night / early morning arrival time. The location is a little out of the centre, but it doesn't take too long to walk via the bridge. Having breakfast included was a bonus and the communal space was a nice place to relax.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day. The location is really good. The facilities are impressive and well-maintained, making everything convenient and enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, making me feel very welcome. Additionally, the laundry service was efficient and reliable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I will definitely be returning!

設施：和圖片裏展示的差不多，共用浴室的房間在二樓，老房子的木地板會吱呀響。三個房間一個衞浴，所以不會特別擁擠，但是熱水器的水不夠熱，水壓也不夠。房間內設備還是挺齊全的，就是比較舊，空調吊扇燒水壺都有，免費茶包和一次性牙刷也有，浴室裏有洗髮水沐浴露，有兩瓶水，入住第二天也會給一瓶新的水，但是好像沒有吹風機。床墊是偏硬枕頭是偏高那種，看個人喜好，我喜歡這種床墊。 衞生：公共區域每天都有打掃的，即便如此對於哪裡應該脱鞋還是比較糊塗，因為一樓有的地方可以穿過中庭去到其他房間。房內衞生可以，有一些避免不了的小螞蟻，衞浴的衞生不錯。 環境：位置就在早市的小巷裡，鬧中取靜，早晚都有很多東西吃，附近就有一個寺廟，離王宮和普西山都很近，離河邊也很近。需要注意是如果要訂一日遊或者拼車，車子是進不到小巷裡的，通常都會在出去河邊的那條路接。 服務：不知道為什麼，這個住宿和巷子對面的住宿是同一個老闆管理的，早餐也是在對面吃的，然後工作人員其實常駐在對面，所以來到的時候會發現偌大的大廳沒有人，也沒有提示要去對面，讓人糊塗。除此之外還是很不錯的，工作人員會説簡單英語，也會介紹一下附近的景點。 除此之外想要吐槽一下攜程的預訂，各種寫得很美好，提前入住，延遲退房，迎賓水果，這種民宿類型的住宿根本不可能有，太誤導人了。
