"My family needed to leave the car in Marakesh for an overnight excursion (1 night). The manager denied the request (it took asking several people to get an answer) because someone had recently left their car in the lot for a month. We had two rooms in the hotel and were asking for 1 day - and we were trying to be honest about it. I would think you had several customers that take that type of excursion and that you could easily be accomadating to that need, especially since you advertise free parking. Otherwise the stay was good. And you could have told us that that there was overnight parking available in the mall parking lot right up the street, instead of recommending a possible lot a 10 minute cab ride away."

"I enjoyed every second of my stay here. Right from the pick up at the airport through to the reception and the breakfast I was served while waiting for my early check-in (my flight got in early). It was home away from home and I would definitely recommend this Riad to anyone visiting Marrakesh for the first time. Special shout out to the owner (on his electric bike... He expressly said I was ONLY to take taxis), Abdou, Ismail (I hope I got that right), the guy in glasses (I never did ask him for his name), my hamman lady, the cleaners, the cooks, everyone. I dare say, they all watched out for me and made my stay such a pleasure. I will definitely be returning here. Thank you."

"Ottimo hotel a 2 minuti a piedi dalla piazza centrale, la struttura è dotata di ben tre ristoranti, noi abbiamo provato quello marocchino e siamo rimasti colpiti per l'ottima qualità del cibo e a un prezzo contenuto. La stanza era meglio di quanto ci eravamo immaginati ampia, dotata di ogni confort. Il bagno pulitissimo e dotato di ottimi prodotti per lavarsi. Il personale gentile disponibile e il linea con la 5 stelle dell hotel. Check in non velocissimo ci saremmo aspettati, da una struttura di così alto livello, un welcome drink durante l'attesa, ma non era previsto. I servizi non siamo riusciti a provarli in quanto il tempo era poco ma la piscina la sala relax sembravano di alto livello."

"Actually is a nice hotel but lack of maintenance, I booked 2 rooms with my family… my shower room, the water was leaking into my bedroom… And it seems the hotel really lack of maintenance… the aisle, the wall and the cleanliness… And the bad thing was… the staffs and the lady manager argued with my wife about umbrella 😖😖😖 Need more training 🥴 And the scrambled egg ham and cheese breakfast so bad taste 😣😣😣 The hotel no air con during the winter… air con only when summer time… and we have to open the window to get the air cool and the noisy sound outside the window makes us couldnt sleep well… Idk why Christiano Ronaldo want to be the partner of this hotel…🙄🤥🤪🙄🤥🤪 Rooms: 2/5 | Service: 2/5 | Location: 5/5 Food and drinks Bfast not nice especially the scrambled eggs"

"Mohammed was a wonderful host with great communication throughout our stay and the apartment was spotlessly clean. The bed was really comfy and so was the sofa bed according to my son. Lots of tea, coffee,sugar and other spices in the flat too so no need to bring or buy any of that. A real bonus was lots of universal power points all around the apartment for charging phones and devices. Towels , shower gel,shampoo, hairdryer and hair straighteners all provided too. Plenty of supermarkets nearby. I have been to Marrakech many times and prefer to stay in this area as it's a good walk to the Medina and has some great restaurants nearby, where you pay local prices not tourist prices ! For most tours a pickup point is at the station which is a 2 minute walk away. Mohammed printed out our return flight tickets for us and also booked us a cheap taxi to the airport too (again local price not tourist). Would definitely return here again. Great value and service. Thank you Mohammed for the great service you were a wonderful host!"

"I got an upgrade to a larger room, it was gigantic. Massive bed and bathroom, 2 balconies, TV, fridge, desk and 2 sofas (they were quite low though, like futons). The staff at reception were brilliant. As it is a boutique hotel there aren't many rooms, so breakfast was very basic. I was unwell, the staff let me check out at 2pm for free, which was much appreciated."

"Hôtel très bien situé au centre de Marrakech. L'hôtel est très jolie avec beaucoup de distraction le soir et des spectacles. Le seul souci c'est qu'en arrivant la climatisation était défaillante et malgré toutes les remarques des touristes, le service technique a mis 4 jours pour le réparer. Les personnes à la réception sont très gentilles mais sont complètement perdues. Attention à la piscine qui est très sale."

"Very nice hotel, very friendly and attentive staff. Could not fault anything really. We got a massive room, very comfortable bed. The hotel is very big and has many amenities that could be used during our stay. The pools are great indoors and outdoor. We didn't have any food there apart from the breakfast, which is was also very good. So much choice and selection. The coffee was a particular highlight and the pancakes. Overall a really nice stay for our last day as it was so close to the airport which meant we could really just relax in comfort before our flight. The hotel has a mall and super market next door so everything is catered for. Recommended!"
