Hotel berhampiran Pusat Membeli-belah Morocco, Casablanca

A beautiful hotel, well designed and well placed to get to the main places to visit in Casablanca. The staff on reception and the concierge were delightful, smiley and cheerful always- we really appreciated it. The dining area staff we encountered were not as cheery or helpful. The breakfast was mediocre, a meagre selection and not appealing. We didn’t like the fact that we had to wait to be served drinks in the morning, hot water, tea and coffee should be on tap for multiple visits during breakfast. The person behind the drinks bar was slow to take and make the orders and not particularly helpful- some cafetières or tea and coffee dispensers would remedy this. The room itself had a few cosmetic imperfections and could do with a deep clean, including the walls. We were surprised to see a lack of bidet showers in the bathroom, which was inconvenient and not in keeping with the culture we were expecting. Finally, the water went off a couple of times and the lifts were not in working on one occasion, both were rectified fairly quickly, but it was an inconvenience as we were not able to complete our morning ablutions.

This is an awesome hotel in the busy Casablanca! Yassir was very helpful to us, they made us a breakfast bag for our early bus the next day. The room is so cool, with a wonderful shower. TV was not working but that's ok. You have to walk a bit for the mosque however it is a nice walk passing by some beautiful places to see. I do recommend this hotel very much and they have a restaurant with Chinese food, I regret not having tried!

У отеля очень удобное местоположение, рядом ж/д станция, остановка трамвая, торговый центр, набережная. Завтрак разнообразный и вкусный. Номер небольшой, но все очень продумано. Удобная кровать, пуховые одеяла и подушки, все способствует отдыху после длительных прогулок. Местами требуется косметический ремонт, ну и могло бы быть почище, но в целом на качестве отдыха это не отразилось. Отель нам понравился.

Good location, easy to walk around. Always like ibis. Room is a bit small, the room that we booked - no space to open 2 luggages. The room was small. We stayed just 1 night which was ok. Lobby was nice and good ambience. Breakfast served very early which was great for us.

The room was decent and really appreciated the Shower amenities. There was construction work nearby so it wasn’t very convenient to park. What we didn’t appreciate is that the hotel gave us a Studio instead of the apartment we initially booked without informing us. We asked many times but we never had a solution offered. Also, You should ask to get towels and toilet paper. They were not provided.

It was such a wonderful stay.staff is amazing. We love it. Food was super delicious. Price is economical. Overall nice experience. Definitely recommended.

Great location near the tram station close to restaurants and coffee shops a good money to value with a satisfying breakfast

Hotel needs refurbishment especially the beds and beddings. Towels are worn out and needs changing. Service was good and staff were helpful. The location is excellent near to many great resturants as well as public transportion tram and bus stop was just around the corner. Convenient for a short stay.

That is very great experience i so happy and am enjoy my vacation
