Its a great place in a great area w zero concern for crime. The apartment is great & within walking distance to food stores, starbucks, local food and the bank.
Not easily accessible, especially when it rains & floods.
Nice few days, v comfortable bed, two couches, full kitchen, brand new fridge -- has everything you need to cook for a Family.
Highly recommended for a true local and great experience.

Es la segunda vez que vengo y me encanta. El personal de mantenimiento, limpieza y cafetería es de 10, quizás en recepción fueron algo más fríos y tampoco comprendo muy bien la política de invitados, no puede venir nadie a visitarte pasando más allá de la recepción. La alberca es genial, las camas y la ubicación.

Had all the fixings of a great hotel. However, corners were cut in ways to make for a better experience. The room was not as nice and clean as pictured. The shower did not have great pressure. Our toilet barely flushed. You’ll also benefit from using ear plugs.

立地はＡＤバスターミナルから少し遠かったが、タクシーを使うほどではないので、キャリーケースをもって10分程度歩いたが、人によっては遠すぎると思う人がいるかもしれない。
室内金庫の使い方の説明がなかったので、ハウスキーパーを呼んだが、英語が通じなかったので、翻訳アプリを使う必要があった。それでもわからなかったので、2回も来てもらった。嫌がらずに、来てくれたのはよかったが、1回で済まなかったので、そこが面倒だと思う人がいるかもしれない。
一番残念だったのは、「朝食６ペソ」とあったので、期待して向かったら、150ペソと言われたこと。値上がりしたのかもしれないし、6ドルの間違いだったかもしれないが、記載事項を信頼して申し込んだのに、まったく異なっていて、「だまされた、詐欺か」と思った。この点は、速やかに直されることを期待します。

It is an excellent hotel with great swimming pool area, clean and big rooms with lots of amenities. The greatest thing about this hotel is its location. We were going to stay in hotel zone but later changed our mind to downtown. And we couldn’t have decided better. All the tours operators do pick up from a couple of locations in downtown area and one of the location is the right outside this hotel. The las Palapas park is walking distance, so is all the local restaurants, super markets etc. it’s near several banks and hotel has a couple of cash points inside the hotel. The only slight nuance is that it is right outside a main road and noise from the road (especially if your room is facing the street) can be a little annoying in the morning during rush hours. Breakfast is fantastic and staff are very nice and accommodating. 4.9 star out of 5.

Clean and comfortable stay overall🏨✨
The room was cleaned daily and everything was well-maintained. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the mattress still felt supportive 👍
The room was also very quiet — I stayed on the second floor and couldn’t hear noise from other rooms at all, which made it easy to relax.
The location is excellent, right in front of Mercado 28, so it’s very convenient for shopping and getting around 🛍️
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and some of them spoke English, which made the stay even easier 😊
Wi-Fi was available throughout the property. It occasionally slowed down a bit, but overall it worked fine for everyday use 📶
The only downside was the shower — the water gets hot, but only for about 2 minutes before turning lukewarm. However, it was still manageable and I didn’t have any issues showering.
Overall, a solid place to stay with great location and friendly service👍

This was a very comfortable stay! I was very silly and went to Mexico knowing I didn’t speak Spanish. But the people of Mexico are incredibly kind and helpful. The lady at the front desk used translate to help me understand. The people working here are very kind. The room is quite spacious and the WiFi is good. The location is pretty decent; 20 min walk to downtown Cancun and market places; coffee shops etc

니죽,하얏트 등등 여러곳을 지인들에게 추천받아 비교해보고 최종적으로 선택한 이유 중 하나는 한국 컨시어지분이 계시다는 것이었습니다.
멕시코가 많이 안전해졌다고는하나.. 혹시 모를 일들이 있기에,
도움이 필요 할 수 있을 방책으로 선택했고 이번 2주간의 긴 휴가에서 르블랑은 신의 한수였습니다.
르블랑 도착 전 툴룸에서 시간을 보냈고 에코프렌들리로 인기있는 아줄릭호텔에서 도난을 당한 사건.. 트립과 구글 리뷰를 살펴보니 왕왕있는 아줄릭 도난사건을 미처 파악하지 못 한 점이 정말 한스럽네요. 400만원이 넘는 피해를 보았고, ..
어떻게든 찾고자 노력했지만.. 멕시코는 영어대화가 어렵습니다. 경찰조차 영어를 쓰시는 분시 한분 계시지만 아주 어려웠습니다.
우리부부는 르블랑의 한국컨시어지분 김재하선생님의 도움으로 사건이 해결되진 못 했지만, 정신줄을 잡을 수 있었습니다.
Jeha님이 없으셨으면 남은 바캉스의 일정들을 모두 망쳤을겁니다.
바쁜시간임에도 저희부부에게 집중해서 일처리들을 도와주셨고, 한국에 돌아와서도 안부를 챙겨 물어주시고 마음에 큰 위로를 주신 점.. 투숙객 손님에 대한 진정성에 깊은 감동을 받았습니다.
일의 해결순서도 매우 프로패셔널하셨으며, 호텔에서의 휴식과 모든 즐길거리들을 조리있게 설명해주셨습니다.

올인크루시브는 이집트에서 즐겨본 적이 있습니다.
비교되지않을만큼, 르블랑은 우선 술이 참 남달리 훌륭했구요.
요리의 퀄리티 또한 뒤쳐지지않았습니다.
물론 좀 성의가 덜하다 싶은 것도 있긴했지만, 백가지 중 한개는 부족해야 인간미 있는 것이 아닐까요?^^
몸이 지치시더라도 룸서비스보다는 곳곳의 레스토랑에서 즐기시길 추천드리구요.
클래스나 스파, 레이저쇼, 연주 등등 즐길거리들도 무척이나 다양합니다.
프라이빗 비치 또한 매우 청결하게 관리되어지고있습니다.
다른곳들과는 비교되기 때문에 어필 할 수 있는 강점이라 생각들고요, 칸쿤 뿐만 아닌 다른 곳곳에도 르블랑이 자리하길 바래봅니다.
신랑이 르블랑에서의 한달살이를 생각 할 정도로..ㅎㅎ

I had a wonderful and fulfilling stay, but if I had another chance to come back to Cancun, I would say there’s only about a 50% chance that I would choose this hotel again. Let me share both the highlights and the inconveniences.
What I liked:
Because I booked the all-inclusive option, all food and drinks were free. The food and beverages at the deck restaurant and on the beach were more than perfect. The quality of the food was excellent, the menu was great, and the fruits and drinks were absolutely the best. The hotel room was very spacious. Although our balcony was quite small, I was still very satisfied. The hotel had a charming atmosphere that reminded me of Santorini, Greece. The room was very clean, cool, and always stocked with drinks in the fridge. The hotel also offered a variety of activities. I personally wanted to rest, so I didn’t participate, but it seemed like there were plenty of options.
What I didn’t like:
Even though it was all-inclusive, I heard that some of the more upscale restaurants were not included, and there was an extra charge to dine there. Since I only stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, I was happy with the deck restaurant, but if I had stayed longer, I probably would have wanted to try them. I also felt uncomfortable with the pushy sales tactics for massage services. At first, the hotel offered me a complimentary massage simply because I was from Canada. However, when they later found out that I was a student here, they canceled it immediately, saying it was only available for working professionals. I hadn’t wanted the massage in the first place, but I didn’t like that they offered it just to get my information and then withdrew it so abruptly.
Another downside was the noise. At night, it was very loud, with karaoke-like singing from about 9:30 p.m. until almost 11 p.m. During the day, there was also the sound of drilling from construction that went on for hours. If you are looking for a quiet hotel, this is definitely not the right place.
When I first booked through Trip.com, I had reserved a room with a king-size bed. But at check-in, the hotel told me there was no king room available and instead tried to sell me an upgrade to an ocean-view room with a larger balcony and king-size bed for USD $160. I declined, and in the end, I was given a room with two queen beds, a smaller balcony, and a half-ocean view. Honestly, I was still satisfied with that.
The hotel is located roughly in the middle of the Hotel Zone—not too far north or south. I had booked a private van, and it took about 20–25 minutes from the airport. They said La Isla Mall was nearby, but when I passed by, I noticed many of the stores were closed. If you come expecting a vibrant shopping mall, you might be disappointed, so keep that in mind.

Jj workI've been to dozens of Cancun all-inclusive resorts but there is no place like Temptation. We are American Asians in our late 20's and had a total blast at this place.
Vibe- high energy party vibe with sexy employees and a topless optional pool. A totally carefree and relaxed environment for couples to getaway.
Food- I read mixed reviews on food, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and options of food available! I had plenty of amazing dishes to try everyday. I loved their steak burger, octopus, shrimp cocktail, sushi and more.
Drinks- also pleasantly surprised that there were a TON of choices and quality options like Don Julio, black label and more.
Service- excellent service as you can expect from all inclusive hotels. I would give a shout-out to POLO who works the quiet pool bar. Everyone else was friendly and helpful too.
Entertainment- yes to the SHE restaurant. Have a 5 star quality meal while watching talented dancers work the stage and pole. What an experience! Everyday in the late afternoon there is a show at the pool, and they are funny AF but very naughty. The crowd loved it and were totally down.
Tips and Notes
-its a naughty place. Sensual and sexual themes, smells, vibes are pervasive. There are attractive couples of all ages, many who may be open to naughty experiences together. Of course everything is up to you and everyone is respectful. But anything goes here, as long as it's in your own room.
-tip everyone. It will enhance the workers life and enhance your service as well!
-in bash tower balcony rooms you may see couples putting on a ”show”. We wanted to see something crazy so we booked this room and sure as heck, we saw plenty of action!
-bash tower rooms give you access to the rooftop pool and hot tubs. Great for lunch and to getaway from the rowdy sexy pool.
-bash night club is always poppin. It's an outdoor Vegas style club with a huge bar, led stage and amazing nightly performances from talented dancers. Don't miss it!
-2 to 5 nights is sufficient here, or you might get partied out
-there is a timeshare type of pitch at the beginning, we didn't do it but that's up to you. You get some freebies and there's no commitment so just depends on your time.
-while there's a fair amount of younger people, the average is definitely in the 40s. I do wish there were more Asians at the resort as it skews white/Hispanic. They should make the prices on trip.com better in order to boost the Asian demographic presence. That's my only suggestion!

PPengguna TetamuWe absolutely loved this hotel. It is now our go to Cancun hotel every time we visit. From the moment we arrived we were given the warmest welcome. The location was perfect for us, just two minutes from the water. The beds are unbelievably comfortable and we loved having fresh water, towels and daily cleaning, plus fresh beach towels every day. It is so worth the money. Alejandro who welcomed us in the lobby was an absolute sweetheart, as were all of the staff. Truly a wonderful stay.

Amenities at the sister hotel next door were better than ours but because you can access both, this was not an issue.
Friendly, helpful staff and good food from the three restaurants we tried. All inclusive drinks in our package were local and not very enjoyable - this would be my only gripe!

LLuci.LuxyThis was our 3rd time here ( because of the jacuzzi in the room) . Unfortunately it was also our last visit . We paid for the room with jacuzzi . The AC in the room was broken , we couldn’t turn it off and it was freezing cold in there . We asked them if they could turn it off . They sent someone to fix it . We waited in front of the room for some time . They turned it off but the freezing cold air was still flowing and they told us ITS LIKE THAT WE CANT TURN IT OFF .. uh okay? We asked for another room . We changed the rooms and we discovered that the jacuzzi was not working 😂 the jets power was like when you turn on a faucet . We couldn’t even feel it. The water level was going down quickly so we had to refill the jacuzzi couple of times in one evening. Next day we asked for fixing it or changing the rooms, they sent someone again to fix it . We waited some time in front of our room as we didn’t want to leave our stuff unattended (probably around 1 hour) they were still fixing it and we had enough so we went to the pool. They “fixed” it in couple of hours and guess what . It was the same 😂🤌 I took the manager to the room and showed her the “power” of the jets and she told me that it is working . I told her I see it’s working but it has no power and this is not jacuzzi , it’s a bathtub with faucets on . She said this is the best they could do . I told her I was on the hotel before and I know how the jacuzzi should work and this is not working and I would like another room with all amenities working . She told me there are no more rooms left in our category 😂 only the ona with the broken AC . … I thought there will be some effort from their site to resolve this or offer something .. some gesture as an apology… but nothing they left us in room with broken jacuzzi and I explained to them many times that I booked the room only because of the jacuzzi . Tgey said sorry and left the room . sooo very disappointed and never coming back . I loved the hotel the first 2 times but it’s going downhill. That’s why it has 3 stars on Google and booking and everywhere else . Don’t go there if you don’t want to loose your nerves.

PPengguna TetamuWe went to Cancun to end our honeymoon. We were greeted with a massive smile from all the hotel staff. Merary kindly checked us in. She saw we were on our honeymoon and very kindly upgraded us to an incredible room with the swim up pool. The room was stunning. We could chill in the pool whilst facing the beach. Not only did we get an upgrade we arrived at our room which had been decorated with balloons on the bed and the word love written with ribbon. We were also given a little cake too. The staff for our whole stay could not do enough for us. The food and drink options available were amazing! So much choice for both. The bar at night could have maybe done with another member of staff serving as we were waiting a long time for drinks but was worth it. The location of the hotel is perfect for the beach but also being so close to many other restaurants and bars in La Isla. Would 100% recommend this hotel.

You should the beach club access u won’t regret! And ladies at the reception are very helpful and very nice they can answer everything u need to know! I love my stay at Krystal Urban Carlos and Itzel are super nice! And the breakfast is superb!

The only negative side is no kettle in the room and they charged us for 2 cups of boiling water of 80 pesos. It’s a bit out of the way from the main town and attractions but that’s why we booked here. Thanks again
