Great location, walking distance to bus to Keukenhof, tram and Sprinter connections to the airport. The room is clean, staffs are professional. great stay

Super seperti bilik dan disyorkan tinggi di Amsterdam. Hotel ini berhampiran dengan Amsterdam Sloterdijk dengan jarak berjalan kaki kira-kira 5 minit. Walau bagaimanapun ia tidak berdekatan dengan Amsterdam Centraal tetapi ia masih sangat mudah untuk pergi ke Central melalui bas 22 dan kereta api antara bandar. Bilik ini sangat besar dengan kemudahan dapur yang lengkap, peti sejuk dan mesin basuh pinggan mangkuk. Katil sangat selesa dengan tilam saiz raja dan kami tidur dengan lena setiap malam semasa penginapan kami. Hotel ini sentiasa menginap di wangian bau yang harum dan kami sangat menyukainya dan pasti akan mengesyorkan kepada orang lain dan akan kembali untuk menginap.

Great location and staff, but poor cleanliness I liked this hotel overall, mainly because of its fantastic location right in the center of Amsterdam. It was extremely convenient for walking around the city, and all the main attractions are very close by. The staff was friendly, multilingual, and helpful with everything. They gave us great recommendations on where to go and even lent us an umbrella for the rain. Our room on the 4th floor was very spacious, especially by Amsterdam standards. However, the cleanliness was a major disappointment. The room was poorly cleaned: there was a lot of dust, the closets were dirty, and the coffee machine was so filthy that we didn't even want to use it. My overall impression is not bad, but due to the lack of cleanliness, I would not stay at this hotel again.

There wasn’t a kettle in the room & mineral water are not provided. So amenities are at its minimal. Room service needs to be request but they just top up towels generally. Overall, it is convenient as the metro is right infront of the accommodation.

Very nice and clean hostel. The reception staff were very friendly. We booked at the last minute and did not expect such a good quality room, but everything was even better than we thought. The hostel is near the ****************** and under a big bar, but it was not too noisy. Most importantly, there was no ******** smell in the room. The bathroom and toilets were also very clean. Highly recommended.

Overall, I had a fairly good experience staying here. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help, which I really appreciated. However, there were a few issues. The bedside area was quite dusty and didn’t seem properly cleaned. Also, there was some confusion with the bed arrangements, and people ended up sleeping in the wrong beds, which was a bit inconvenient. That said, aside from these points, the overall stay was still pleasant. With some improvements in cleanliness and organization, this place could be even better.

Lokasinya hebat kerana ia betul-betul di hadapan Stesen Pusat Amsterdam. Biliknya kecil, tetapi lokasinya bagus jadi saya berpuas hati.

Beautiful hotel with clean an well lit rooms. We have booked twin suite .Room was spacious. Room had a coffee machine, hot water kettle ,microwave and a refrigerator. Staff was warm and helpful.

We spent our winter holiday here and there are plenty of local groceries stores around. The train station is just a breeze walk away so it’s easy to travel around. The Zaanse Schans (windmill attraction), Zaandam (‘Lego’ house) is just few stations away from the hotel. Stay wise it’s comfortable but can get tad abit noisy as the sound insulation between walls are rather weak. All in all we will definitely stay here again!

I was a bit worried after booking this hotel due to the bad reviews I saw but honestly my experience was absolutely fine. The room and bed was clean. It was quiet and the location was excellent. I was able to walk to everything but there’s a metro right outside too. The bed was comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful
