::))We were thrilled to be the very first guests to leave a review for this stunning new resort! The location is fantastic, just a quick 10-minute drive to town, and our room offered breathtaking views of the Shot River, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere.
We arrived around 10 PM, and the hotel reception was impeccably prepared, warmly welcoming us and even upgrading our room! It looked exactly like the photos, with a design and interior that perfectly captured the vibe we were seeking. They had welcome drinks waiting for us, and we appreciated that milk was available on request at any time.
The breakfast was a delightful a la carte experience, featuring an array of delicious options. The serving staff was not only attentive and kind but also provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants!
We also indulged in room service, which exceeded our expectations in both taste and punctuality. Although the fitness room and movie room were still under construction, the small maintenance issue we encountered in the bathroom was addressed swiftly by the staff.
Our stay has left us eager to return and see the final results of this new gem. I highly recommend this resort to everyone!

Lokasinya bagus, betul-betul berhampiran kawasan kedai-kedai utama
Keburukan: pihak hotel memaklumkan tiada tempat letak kereta yang tersedia kerana tempat letak kereta mereka penuh dan ia adalah yang tiba dahulu. Jadi tetamu dijangka mengelilingi sekitar hotel untuk banyak masa apabila mereka tiba? Terutama apabila dinyatakan bahawa tempat letak kereta tersedia di tapak.
Kakitangan meja depan benar-benar kasar dengan sikap. Dia mencadangkan tempat letak kereta di jalanan tetapi saya memberitahunya bahawa saya tidak selesa dengan tempat letak kereta selari dan dia menjadi sangat biadap dengan sikap ambil atau tinggalkan. Kami menempah dua bilik tetapi dia hanya memberikan satu kad bilik dan saya perlu mengingatkannya untuk kad bilik yang satu lagi.
Bagaimanapun. Hotel ini adalah labirin di mana kami perlu menaiki lif ke aras yang berbeza, berjalan ke bangunan yang berbeza dan menaiki lif lain untuk ke bilik. Abit menyeramkan untuk pengembara solo.
Keseluruhannya; bilik diselenggara dengan baik tetapi berhati-hati dengan kekurangan tempat letak kereta + kakitangan yang kasar

##MoonIt was a excellent Hotel with good location and excellent lakeview. Its breakfast was very good and services of restaurant were very good. It also had a very large carpark for the free parking for the customer. The overall CP was very high.

SSafiyoooI had a truly wonderful stay at this retreat. The place itself is absolutely spectacular — very calming, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by breathtaking views. The deck is stunning, and it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind.
The owners were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and looked after throughout my stay. Their hospitality genuinely stood out. The dogs were lovely and added so much warmth to the experience. Breakfast was excellent, and the variety of teas available was out of this world.
As a female solo traveller, I felt completely safe, comfortable, and well cared for, which is something I value highly. The atmosphere is peaceful and nurturing — exactly what you want from a retreat.
The only minor downside is that it’s a bit far from the shops (around a one-hour walk). However, this was easily managed as Uber is only a 6-minute drive, and the hosts were also kind enough to offer lifts when possible.
Overall, an absolutely stunning place, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable stay

PPengguna TetamuThe location is perfect, just beside the royal garden. The staff are quite nice. But the room is very old and small with two queen bed, and the balcony facing the carpark, which really put me off. There’s no free parking at this hotel.

PPengguna TetamuLovely stay. Close to town. The room is a bit small but is comfortable. It is expensive, but everywhere is in Queenstown. This was the best location in New Zealand so I recommend staying at least 4 nights.
The Queenstown hill is a beautiful hike near the hotel. Finz was my favourite restaurant for fish and Bespoke Kitchen is the best breakfast/ lunch brunch we found.

We had a family room which was so spacious - the beds were huge and it’s cosy! The blowout curtains had us sleeping in more than it should’ve 😆
We had breakfast with our stay and it did not dissapoint there was such a selection from savoury to sweet and more! Love it coffee and juices included just amazing
The gym was so well equipped mlre than I’d expect so was pleasantly surprised and the equipment was all up to scratch and working smoothly
The spa was beautiful 🤩
The sauna was also good but it wasn’t as hot as would usually expect
It would be amazing if the bigger pool was heated so more ppl could enjoy swimming around together but it wasn’t like a cold plunge perfect for those who enjoy it after a sauna
The location is beautiful right near town a little walk away and parking was well priced and easy enough to organise
Thanks so much for having myself and my family
It made our stay that much more memorable

ZZiyang JustinVery clean and easily accessible from Queentown Airport. Counter staff are also approachable and friendly. Simple and good to use as a base to explore Queentown city. Carpark lots are sufficient though they hotel will highlight that there is limited during especially peak seasons.

TTortelliniIt’s a huge hostel in the prime part of queenstown so it’s a mixed bag on who you’ll be sharing a room with. There isn’t really anywhere to put your things in the room and need your own lock for the small safety cabinets, and sharing 2-4 outlets with everyone in the room, but it’s clean and the bed is fine.
