Pros: This hotel is close to a market and a small mall. If you want to experience the natural ambiance of Manila, you can stay here. The staff is friendly and check-in is fast. There's a 1,000 peso deposit. The rooms are spacious and clean. The air conditioning is cool. Security is guaranteed. Con: The hotel is old and far from the city center and the airport. The breakfast was terrible, not much choice, just plain rice, boxed meat, and orange juice. There were also waffles. Luckily, there were waffles so I could still have breakfast.

Stayed here 9 nights in a Deluxe Twin Room on the 14th floor and overall it was very good value for money (paid about 2131 AED for the stay). 👍 Highlights Staff – Easily the best part of this hotel. Everyone was extremely polite, friendly and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. That level of hospitality really stood out and made a big difference. Cleanliness – The room was kept clean every day and housekeeping did a very good job maintaining it. Breakfast buffet – Surprisingly good variety. They had fresh omelettes made to order, pancakes, waffles, sausages, bacon, cereals and other options. The flavors leaned more toward Western breakfast styles so it didn’t fully match my Indian palate, but it was still a solid breakfast with plenty to choose from. The Mongolian rice was actually excellent. Location for convenience – The hotel is right in the Binondo / Chinatown area, with plenty of restaurants around. There’s also a Starbucks and a nice café just steps from the hotel, plus an Anytime Fitness nearby. For my work it was very convenient. ⚠️ Things That Could Improve Check-in process – I arrived around 10am hoping for early check-in, but still had to wait until the standard 3pm check-in time, which was a bit frustrating after a long trip. Facilities feel dated – Some things like the hair dryer, TV and especially the gym equipment feel quite old and could definitely use an upgrade. AC issues – The air-conditioning was slightly unpredictable at night. Not a big issue but you could wake up at 4 AM sweating🫢 Room service food – Not great. I ordered a chocolate lava cake that looked nice with two scoops of ice cream but the cake itself was quite bitter. Minibar – Completely empty, which was surprising especially since the hotel takes a 10,000 peso deposit at check-in. 📍 Area There are lots of food options nearby and the location is convenient, but the area can feel a bit rough late at night, so I preferred staying indoors after dark. Final Thoughts Overall I’d say about 3.5 stars but rounding up to 4, mainly because the staff were genuinely excellent and the stay was good value for money. Would I stay here again? Yes — for the value and the staff. I’d just probably skip room service next time.

All infairness we had a great time during our stay here,mababait yung staff ,kayalang pag may need ka need to follow up ulit kse sa dami sguro ng bookings nila nakakalimutan nila pero all in all ok.. pinayagn kmi mag early check in kaylng ung cr nung room na pinagmit while waiting for our vip room is brado yung cr,plus 30min kmi ng hintay at twice ako bumaba bago kmi nalipat s booked room nmin.. but thank you so much,we can recommend the VIP room but not the other rooms..thank u! ang ganda ng location nito kse malapit mrt ,chinatown at divi ..basta very nice po hehe

Lokasi yang hebat, suasana persekitaran yang indah, kakitangan yang hebat. Penyambut tetamu dan kakitangan yang paling mesra dan membantu, kesan pertama yang indah dan hebat tentang hotel. Segala-galanya mengenai hotel adalah luar biasa. Ia bersih, bergaya, lapang dengan perkhidmatan yang sangat baik di tempat kami makan malam. Makanannya enak dan berbaloi dengan harga dan perkhidmatannya penuh perhatian dan cekap. Bilik itu sendiri dilengkapi dengan baik dan selesa. Saya sangat gembira dengan penginapan saya. Saya berharap untuk kembali untuk lawatan yang lebih lama pada masa akan datang. Terima kasih planet merah!!!

The staff was very nice and the room was very nice. The standard room is very well maintained.

Pengalaman menginap di hotel ini agak baik dan sangat mudah. ​​Selain harganya yang murah berbanding hotel lain, tempat ini juga sangat bersih. Semuanya diurus dan diselenggara dengan baik. Pasti akan menempah lagi!

價格便宜，地理位置優越，靠近公園，這個大房間一共有60個床位，適合放的開的人，也沒有簾子，衹能睡覺，除了床就是衞生間，沒有其他空間，不足的沒有熱水，衹有冷水

I enjoyed staying at Venice Star Grand hotel. Overall I was satisfied. The location is just perfect in Chinatown near. The service was great, the restaurant just a door away at ground floor serves good budget food.
