We had an amazing stay at Sheraton Palawan! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive, especially the front office team who made us feel right at home. Their smiles and professionalism truly set the tone for our vacation. A very special mention goes to Hassanul Caye from the restaurant — he went above and beyond in accommodating our requests and made every dining experience extra memorable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that kept us looking forward to every meal. The pool is impressively huge and perfect for both relaxation and fun, while the updated amenities gave us that modern yet cozy feel we were looking for. On top of it all, the breathtaking mountain view added such a serene and refreshing touch to our stay. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Sheraton Palawan is truly a place where hospitality meets comfort, and we can’t wait to come back again soon!

A hidden paradise!  Located in a kinda secluded and very peaceful brgy, this beautiful work of art resort saved us from being grumpy after getting stuck in the middle of typhoon. Staff and their service was above and beyond. With their warm smile and accommodating nature, we couldn’t be happier.  We thought they’re the best part addition to this place!  Facility - top tier! Every thing was well thought, from the details to your needs, name it and its there.  Food was good and every day they offer different breakfast selections and wow! Delish!  Pool bar is a great touch too and the cocktails esp the sangria was delicious!  We’re travellers and this is the first time we fell inlove with a resort. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back next year with our family! Thank you so so much Carpe Diem! You made our vacation very very special and unforgettable!

Best hotel we stayed in on Palawan, clean and very modern. Beautiful design and seaview. Great restaurants with high quality food and great service. I recommend to book a buffet dinner. Delicious.The Staff always friendly and helpfull. Unfortunately you cannot swimm in the sea due to shallow water, you can rent a canoe and make a small trip. Overall I can recommend this place to relax prior departure to your next destination. There is nothing interesting to see in Puerto Princessa city and the hotel is a perfect escape.

Hotel with traditional feel and service. Beautiful courtyard with pool. Clean room. Quiet area. Jollibee restaurant is just beside the hotel. Robinsons Mall is within walking distance. Would stay again.

Hollywood Hotel Puerto Prinseca The hotel is modern, new and have very serviceminded and great staff. The hotel room was very clean. Its centrally located downtown and easy to access from the airport. The hotel has a nice restaurant and roof top patio. The hotel has a good location. It’s. Wry centrally located and still its in a quiet area. You don’t get all noise and exhaust from the trafficked roads. It’s very easy to reach from the international airport. If you like to walk it’s about 1,5 km from the terminal building, or you can easily grab a tuktuk for your convenience. The facilities are modern, new and good. The beds are comfortable and the linen and towels very good. Feels fresh and nice. There are needed amenities in the room and a waterboiler and coffee. There was also good with space to hang up clothes. Each room also have small safe. It’s possible to open the windows and there is mosquito net. Very smart and useful. The room also have dark curtains so if you like all dark room when sleeping this is possible. The thing I missed was better water pressure particularly for warm water. It also took some time before warm water flows, but this is informed and is because of the system. The staff is excellent. During my stay I did encounter some minor things which I needed assistance for. The staff provided very good service and do their utmost to support. They also followed up during the stay and were very caring. They provided a very good impression of professionalism and Philippine hospitality.

The location is very convenient since it was just in front of Robinsons Palawan. Check in process was smooth as the staff already checked us in prior to arriving. The complimentary airport transfer was good. The driver was on time. Just had a few hiccups when I initially reserved for a complimentary airport transfer as the socmed admin seems puzzled at first. But just a minor flaw. The room was huge. The complimentary breakfast was excellent especially it’s a buffet. Extra stars for being flexible, was able to give us a packed breakfast since we are leaving early morning. Extra stars also for the helpful and proactive staff. Overall, it was a great stay and would book again when I go back to Puerto Princesa.

We only stayed here for 2 nights on arrival to PP, then headed to El Nido by van after a visit to the underground river. Staff organised our tour and transport. facilities were brilliant, staff were freindly and efficient. Food was scrumptious. Pool area is beautiful at night. room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Highly recommend staying here.

Microtel was a good place to rest if you traveled outside Puerto Princesa, like Balabac or El Nido. It is far from the noise of the city of Puerto Princesa. Downside currently is that the roads going to Microtel is under renovation and traveling to Microtel is hard. This is during November 2025 hopefully the construction will be done soon.  You will see that in the pictures of Microtel has beach  but this beach is very shallow.  Alternative as it it has a swimming pool.

We stayed 1 night, for easy access to the airport. Walking distance to the bayside walk and lots of restaurants and bars. The bedroom and bathroom could do with being updated but it was cheap / value for money. Hot and cold water dispenser and nice area for eating
