PPengguna TetamuIt is probably one of the finest hotels in Quezon City. The rooms are spacious and the service is really good. Amenities are decent enough such as the pool and lobby reception where they hold breakfast every morning. Will surely comeback and stay here again.

IInternational traveler_MichelleIt is was our 2nd time to stay in Seda hotel north. We had a wonderful experience. The restaurant serves very fresh and delicious food, and the service is excellent and attentive. Seda Vertis North is much cleaner and more comfortable compared to many ****** hotels. There is even a wedding dress rental in the lobby, which is perfect for taking beautiful photos. The staff are very friendly, and they offer a better deal when you show a senior citizen ID if you want to extend your stay. Overall, it’s a great place to relax, dine, and capture some memorable picture

UUr J&JExcellent. Some of scary lng sa hallway and elevator. Siguro its because sobrang taas ng building. The cons is even if you stayed there for a week and you have a car you have to pay the parking fee its because they only offer one time parking only for every customers checking in. If you want to go out and use ur car then you have to pay the succeeding parking fee per hour. Over all excellent experience. We are at the 30th floor and has a nice city view..

PPengguna Tanpa NamaIf it’s not directly connected to the mall I would have not stayed here. Generally dirty. Walls are dusty. The elevators are dirty, crowded and really slow. It such an inconvenience that it hosts events as well. During our stay there were lots of people in formal attire with entourage. Truly a headache to use the elevator for a good number of hours. The pool was crowded this time too. The food during breakfast was good though. Simple but satisfying and there’s good selection. The service at the restaurant was exemplary. The same is true for the front desk. The bed was sooo uncomfortable. The pillows are paper thin. Bring some toiletries. The have very basic ones. For shaver which when I inquired about was sold for PhP100 according to the frontdesk.

PPransesIt was okay naman, bear in mind lang that once you book in trip you need to check in base on their time which is 2pm, ang nakalgay kasi upon bookinv pwede na mag check in pero pag dating sa mismong hotel ayarn 2pm pa daw anyway nag add nalang kami. Paki clarify nalang next time. But overall its nice also the break fast is good rin

2. Shop & Dine with Ease
You don’t have to go far for food or errands. The hotel is surrounded by the Araneta City hub:
• Malls: Farmers Plaza is practically next door, while Gateway Mall, Ali Mall, and SM Cubao are all within a 5 to 10-minute walk.
• 24/7 Access: There are convenience stores and fast-food chains right outside the entrance, so grabbing a late-night snack is never a problem.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaPoor cleanliness and service. The toilet and bed sheets were not clean. We also had to 'beg' for towels—it took multiple follow-up calls before they finally delivered them. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you value hygiene or basic efficiency.

EEjgrl90The staff was super friendly, but there were a lot of amenties described here that were not available, such as the pool and gym. Our AC in the room wouldnt turn on initially as well, and I had to ask someone to come in to get it to start (apparently there wasnt enough batteries in the AC remote!)
Also, the front of the hotel was undergoing construction, so they couldn't provide us with a place to park, which was inconvenient. On top of this, I have asked for late checkout the night before, which the front desk person said it would be possible since the hotel was a bit empty, but the next morning, the person on the front desk insisted we needed to pay PHP 450/hour for late checkout. Overall though, I liked the room and the night shift front desk and would definitely want to visit again once construction is done.
