Breakfast service had an array of both savoury and sweet options and Alexandra (Ola) was a particularly lovely member of staff. Everyone was so professional and helpful.

AAmirahDIt was a wonderful stay, the staff at the reception was very helpful and caring. The room was clean, big size with tea and coffee facilities provided. The room was clean when required.
The location was ideal as it was walking distance from all attractions and even public transport. It's walking distance from the main train station as well. The area felt safe and even walking back to the hotel at 11pm still felt safe.
Breakfast was good although I would wish for me vegetarian options.
I think the only drawback is that the room is not soundproof which mean you can hear the next door people and given the hotel is in the old town, it's a bit noisy at night in the area. But I still managed to fall asleep as I was very tired.
All in all, I would recommend this hotel for a visit to Poznan.

PPengguna TetamuEtt underbart hotell med perfekt läge när Termy maltanskie. Även erbjuds 20% rabatt på inträdet till detta aqualand, toppen! Maten är god på hotellet även om frukosten skulle kunna ha fler barnvänliga alternativ förutom Croissanter. Det är väldigt väldigt lugnt och kanske inte jättekul för en barnfamilj som vill stoja, lyssna på musik och ha kul på semestern. Poolen är inte heller uppvärmd, men alltid en dedikerad badvakt och fullt med badleksaker! Jättebra (förutom att den är kall då). Vi är nöjda och fick en magisk frukost med oss till flygplatsen då vi checkade ut
04.00. Detta var en ärlig recension och vissa i receptionen var trevligare än andra. Vissa är inte jätteglada i att prata engelska.

PPengguna TetamuHotel położony jest bardzo blisko centrum, co jest jego dużym atutem. Pokoje są czyste i zadbane, choć miejscami widać, że przydałby się już remont – jednak nie wpływa to znacząco na komfort pobytu.
Śniadania są naprawdę smaczne, natomiast sporym minusem jest bardzo mała sala, przez co często trzeba czekać na wolny stolik. Dodatkowo panie obsługujące śniadania potrafią głośno rozmawiać między sobą, opowiadając historie, które niekoniecznie są komfortowe dla gości próbujących spokojnie zjeść posiłek.
Na duży plus zasługuje natomiast pomocny i uprzejmy personel, który stara się odpowiadać na potrzeby gości.
Ogólnie hotel ma potencjał i zapewnia przyzwoity pobyt, choć kilka rzeczy wymaga usprawnienia.

PPengguna TetamuHotel don't have good service about rooms cleaning, I was stay in no cleaner room 2 days. Also not good service about water in the room, they give me 2 small bottles on first day only and infor me as for next 4 days I need to buy water by my self. Newer got it in the normal hotel.

PPengguna TetamuThe location is perfect: just outside of the city center, nice and quiet, yet still an easy walk to everything. There is paid parking available just outside the building. The owner was responsive and gave us clear instructions for self-check-in. The apartment complex is new, green, and beautiful. The apartment itself is great, modern, spacious, clean, with a balcony and large windows, and is accessible by elevator.
Minor downsides were the lack of a coffee machine and toaster (only a kettle was available). However, the most serious issue was the sofa bed in the living room: the mattress is only a few centimeters thick, sags, has a broken support, and squeaks terribly. It was a painful experience trying to sleep on it. Please consider this carefully if you travel with more than two people and need the sofa bed (the main bed in the bedroom is quite alright).
Otherwise, you can't go wrong choosing this apartment - if you are traveling as a couple and don't need that sofa bed, this place is easily a 5-star stay!
