Hotel berhampiran Menara Andersia, Poznan

Nice Hotel with great service and breakfast near the central station. We only had trouble with noise above us once during the night. But after a call to the reception, it has been taken care of. Can recommend.

Hotel not right in the center but within a short walk or tram ride to the center or to Avenida Mall and Poznan Glowny train station. Our room was quite small and so was the bathroom but it was alright. The main thing that was annoying was that there were no electricity sockets near the beds and our phones weren’t charged well throughout our 3 day stay. The nice surprise was that they put a water dispensing machine near the elevator, instead of supplying bottled water in the rooms. Why was it a nice surprise? Mainly because you can get as much drinking water as you like (they supply a carafe and glasses in the room) but for me the main perk was that the machine dispenses soda water as well. (We all know now that sweet soda drinks are extremely hazardous to our health so for me soda water is a relatively good option to my previous sweet drinks addiction). The twin beds were about 90 cm wide and sleep was good. We had a problem with the air conditioning as it didn’t cool enough. We assumed that it was centrally managed and that you couldn’t choose your own temperature. We solved this partially by opening the window at night and letting cooler air flow into the room. The hotel is about a 15 minute ride from the airport. We didn’t take the breakfast as it cost 160 PLN for two per day. We preferred a coffee and a pastry instead in Cukier Puder (sugar powder) coffee shop about 200 m away from the hotel. The hotel has its own cafe in the entrance floor which is supposed to be good but we didn’t find something we liked. We did however have dinner in the main restaurant of the hotel- Winestone - which was very good and at a reasonable price. Recommended. There is a Starbucks coffee shop near the corner and 2 Zabka convenience stores - one on each direction when you exit the hotel. The hotel has a gym too. The reception staff were nice and friendly and welcoming and they assisted us with travel plans. In general it seems like an hotel of between 3-4 stars and should be considered.

It was a wonderful stay, the staff at the reception was very helpful and caring. The room was clean, big size with tea and coffee facilities provided. The room was clean when required. The location was ideal as it was walking distance from all attractions and even public transport. It's walking distance from the main train station as well. The area felt safe and even walking back to the hotel at 11pm still felt safe. Breakfast was good although I would wish for me vegetarian options. I think the only drawback is that the room is not soundproof which mean you can hear the next door people and given the hotel is in the old town, it's a bit noisy at night in the area. But I still managed to fall asleep as I was very tired. All in all, I would recommend this hotel for a visit to Poznan.

Otel konum olarak iyi temiz odalar küçük ama kesinlikle temiz. Odada su ısıtıcı var çay kahve için duş temiz ve kullanışlı. Kahvaltısız rezervasyondu.

Fantastic location just few steps away from the Old Town centre, plenty of tram stops to get everywhere in Poznań, two large shopping centres 2-3min walk away, post office, pharmacy and everything you may need during your stay. If you drive, use entrance to the parking from Saint Martin not Podgorna Street, the same for taxis. Breakfasts are great, with good selection of standard and vegetarian options, but the breakfast room is small, so you may need to wait for a table. Rooms are spacious and clean, but quite cold, we had to ask to increase temperature, as the AC panel was broken. You will find good quality toiletries, dressing gowns (although in our room they were all in tiny S size only), slippers, towels, tea and coffee facilities, bottled water and fridge. Reception staff is fantastic, polite, helpful and responsive. We had a nice family stay.

this is an apartment rental. you can opt for in person check in but because i arrived late it was largely just self check in. super central location like just a short walk from the train station

In general nice hotel, simple, it is a 3 star hotel so didn’t expect anything crazy. Room was clean, except something beside the toilet that freaked me out. Upgraded to a superior room, which included a nespresso machine, but for some reason we were given 3 decaf coffee pods and one regular pod, after the room was cleaned again and one of the pods was used we only had that one pod replaced, don’t get the point of a coffee machine if you will only give one coffee pod for two people to share.. Location wise is very quiet, beside the lake and the waterpark, lovely in the summer, we were at a festival and it was nice coming back to a more relaxed vibe rather than busy loud city centre. 10-15 mins by car from the centre to the hotel and 20mins from the airport, so it’s really not bad. Food was good at the hotel, a little inconsistent, getting different sauces with the same dishes on different days or same dishes being plated on to different plates the next day, getting salad with a dish one day and then not having any on another day. Refilling water stations available on each floor which is great, hot, cold or sparkling water. Outside area is nice, lots of seating available, a pool, but usually taken up by kids. You can eat outside in the summer, but wasps literally attacked our food and drinks so we had to go inside. There’s so many wasps in Poznan 😅 In general we were happy with our stay, just little things that we have noticed after travelling so much to other places.

The location is perfect: just outside of the city center, nice and quiet, yet still an easy walk to everything. There is paid parking available just outside the building. The owner was responsive and gave us clear instructions for self-check-in. The apartment complex is new, green, and beautiful. The apartment itself is great, modern, spacious, clean, with a balcony and large windows, and is accessible by elevator. Minor downsides were the lack of a coffee machine and toaster (only a kettle was available). However, the most serious issue was the sofa bed in the living room: the mattress is only a few centimeters thick, sags, has a broken support, and squeaks terribly. It was a painful experience trying to sleep on it. Please consider this carefully if you travel with more than two people and need the sofa bed (the main bed in the bedroom is quite alright). Otherwise, you can't go wrong choosing this apartment - if you are traveling as a couple and don't need that sofa bed, this place is easily a 5-star stay!

To był nasz 3 raz w tym hotelu. Poprzednie dwa pobyty były 5/5, natomiast ostatni był totalną porażką. Zależało nam na noclegu przed porannym lotem. Wynajęliśmy pokój ze śniadaniem dla dwóch osób. Pierwszy pokój jaki otrzymaliśmy okazał się niewysprzątany po poprzednich gościach. Po zgłoszeniu problemu otrzymaliśmy pokój obok, który jak się okazało był nie do końca w standardzie jaki zapewniał hotel podczas poprzednich pobytów. W łazience było wysprzątane ”tak sobie”, toaleta nieoczyszczona, tylko dwa przypadkowe ręczniki na stanie i jedna kołdra jednoosobowa w łóżku. Po zgłoszeniu problemu w recepcji przemiła pani dostarczyła braki do pokoju. Choć uczucie żenady postawiło niesmak. Najgorsze jednak okazało się śniadanie. Poprzednie dwa pobyty postawiły wysoko poprzeczkę w tym temacie. Śniadania hotelowe serwowane są od 6:30 - to przekonało nas do skorzystania z oferty przed lotem. Zeszliśmy na śniadanie ok. 6:40. Restauracja była pusta, nie było ani gości ani jedzenia w formie bufetu. Zastana pani kelnerka sugerowała, że śniadanie zostanie nam podane bezpośrednio do stolika. ”Na szybko”, bez karty kazała wybrać co nam zaserwować. Zamówiliśmy jajecznicę (max 3 jajka) i 2 gotowane jajka. Do tego otrzymaliśmy koszyk pysznego pieczywa z masłem, jednego pomidora i kilka plastrów zielonego ogórka oraz 4 kawałeczki wątpliwie świeżego ciasta. Napoje dostępne były w formie bufetu. Śniadanie w hotelu kosztuje 70 zł od os. Przy zameldowaniu nikt nie poinformował nas o formie podania śniadania. Mało tego, pani recepcjonistka oferowała wykup śniadania w formie bufetu klientce meldującej się przed nami. Fala żenady urosła do rangi tsunami. Przykro nam bardzo, bo poprzednie dwa pobyty były bardzo miłym zaskoczeniem. Nie mamy pojęcia co poszło nie tak, ale jak na czterogwiazdkowy hotel to zdecydowanie nie do przyjęcia.
