I had such a lovely stay at the InterContinental. The staff were warm, attentive, and made my work anniversary extra special with a thoughtful gesture. The room was spotless, the atmosphere elegant yet relaxing, and everyone we encountered was genuinely friendly. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options. Everything was perfect — I highly recommend staying here!

The hotel is clean and spacious and early check in at 10:30 am. They even kept my lose phone at the front desk.

Erinomainen ja siisti hotelli. Loistava sijainti lähellä vanhaa kaupunkia. Vilkkaasti liikennöidyn kadun vieressä, mutta silti rauhallista yöpyä. Lähellä minimarket ja bakery. Ystävällinen palvelu ja henkilökunta. Monipuolinen aamiainen, mutta aamiaisravintola hieman meluisa ja sekava. Saunaosasto altaineen oli plussaa. Samoin oma parveke, mutta parveketuolit puuttui.

Our stay at the Mercure Bucharest was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional service and warm hospitality. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. The attention to detail in the room's amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to the receptionist, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She provided us with amazing suggestions for places to visit in Romania, turning our holiday into an incredible experience. Her local knowledge and enthusiasm made all the difference, guiding us to hidden gems we might have otherwise missed. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to all tastes. It was the perfect way to start our days of sightseeing. Noted that there was construction surround the hotel compound, but the noise from construction site did not avoid early start work at 6am and also did not stop work past 10pm. This result in noisy environment and didnt have a good rest.

I cannot fault this hotel. So perfectly situated without being noisy, lovely staff, fantastic and varied breakfast (with excellent coffee), a well appointed gym, spotless and spacious. Thank you for making a solo female traveller happy, well fed and safe.

The place is ok for the price. I have stayed there twice, first time 2 single beds, second time in another section with a double bed. To me my room looked nicer and newer in the room with 2 single beds.

Tempat yang bagus! Orang yang hebat di atas meja, mereka menambahkan banyak hati pada tempat itu dan sentiasa membantu. Katil selesa dan selesa juga.
