I had such a lovely stay at the InterContinental. The staff were warm, attentive, and made my work anniversary extra special with a thoughtful gesture. The room was spotless, the atmosphere elegant yet relaxing, and everyone we encountered was genuinely friendly. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options. Everything was perfect — I highly recommend staying here!

We stayed at the Moxy recently and have mixed feelings. On one hand, the hotel itself is great and we enjoyed the atmosphere and the facilities. On the other hand, the service we received regarding a flight cancellation left a bitter taste. We were originally booked for Feb 18–21. Due to a severe snowstorm on the 18th, Bucharest airport was closed and our flight was rescheduled, meaning we could only arrive on the 19th. When we contacted the hotel to explain the situation (a clear case of ”Force Majeure”) and asked for some flexibility with the dates, the staff was quite dismissive. They claimed that because the booking was made through a third-party app and not directly, they couldn't help us at all. While we understand the technicalities of third-party bookings, the rigid and empathetic-free approach was disappointing. Despite this, we chose to extend our stay until the 22nd because we liked the hotel itself, but the way our initial request was handled definitely cast a shadow over our experience. Bottom line: A cool hotel, but don't expect much help from management if something goes wrong with your travel plans.

The hotel is clean and spacious and early check in at 10:30 am. They even kept my lose phone at the front desk.

Erinomainen ja siisti hotelli. Loistava sijainti lähellä vanhaa kaupunkia. Vilkkaasti liikennöidyn kadun vieressä, mutta silti rauhallista yöpyä. Lähellä minimarket ja bakery. Ystävällinen palvelu ja henkilökunta. Monipuolinen aamiainen, mutta aamiaisravintola hieman meluisa ja sekava. Saunaosasto altaineen oli plussaa. Samoin oma parveke, mutta parveketuolit puuttui.

Our stay at the Mercure Bucharest was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional service and warm hospitality. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. The attention to detail in the room's amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to the receptionist, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She provided us with amazing suggestions for places to visit in Romania, turning our holiday into an incredible experience. Her local knowledge and enthusiasm made all the difference, guiding us to hidden gems we might have otherwise missed. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to all tastes. It was the perfect way to start our days of sightseeing. The hotel's location is very convenient, with easy access to Bucharest's main attractions and public transport. I cannot fault this hotel. So perfectly situated without being noisy, lovely staff, fantastic and varied breakfast (with excellent coffee), a well appointed gym, spotless and spacious. Thank you for making a solo female traveller happy, well fed and safe.

The place is ok for the price. I have stayed there twice, first time 2 single beds, second time in another section with a double bed. To me my room looked nicer and newer in the room with 2 single beds.
