這家店是我本次俄羅斯之旅住過最舒服的酒店了，交通便利，乾淨舒適。冬宮步行10分鐘左右即可到達，因為到達聖彼得堡時間比較早，擔心不能辦理入住，結果工作人員非常熱情，幫忙提前辦理入住，並貼心告知WI-FI密碼。房間非常乾淨，裝飾的很有氛圍，還貼心的提供了微波爐，熱水壺等用品。希望有更多的朋友發現聖彼得堡的這家寶藏小店。

Идеальный новогодний побег! Спасибо за волшебство 🎄 Встречали Новый год в вашем отеле и остались в полном восторге! Это был именно тот уютный и гостеприимный отдых, о котором мы мечтали. Особо хочется отметить невероятно обходительный и добродушный персонал. Создалось ощущение, что мы приехали в гости к старым друзьям — всегда готовы помочь, улыбчивы и внимательны к деталям. Отдельный восторг — организация питания! · Вкуснейшие завтраки, которые доставляли прямо в номер — это такой приятный и ленивый утренний ритуал, особенно в праздники. Все горячее, свежее и красиво сервировано. · Безлимитное мороженое — это просто блестящая идея! Восторг и для детей, и для взрослых. Маленькое, но такое запоминающееся удовольствие. Номера чистые, свежие, видно, что ремонт недавний. Постельное белье и полотенца ароматные, уборка на высшем уровне. Спасибо за создание по-настоящему праздничной атмосферы! Мы уезжали с самыми тёплыми воспоминаниями и обязательно вернёмся, чтобы повторить этот опыт.

О, как же мне понравился этот апарт отель, была небольшая транзитная пересадка через Санкт-Петербург по пути домой. Поэтому искала отель близко от аэропорта. Сначала хотели поселиться в отеле более простом, но потом решили хоть и 12 часов, но пусть они будут приняты. При заезде стоит шлагбаум и водитель такси побоялся заехать на территорию, думая что при выезде с него возьмут 300 рублей. Не бойтесь спокойно можно заехать, платы за это не будет, для гостей этого отеля бесплатно Быстро прошла регистрация и нас заселили на 22 этаж, божечки вид шикарный, утром восход застали, вечером закат и весь день было солнце в номере. Везде идеально чисто и в номере и на этажах. Номер достаточно просторный, большие шкафы для одежды, резные полочки на стене для мелочей. Посуда для приготовления еды, есть плита, чайник, микроволновка. Рядом есть магазины с готовой едой и продуктами для приготовления. Единственное если окна выходят на южную сторону, как было у нас, то будет шумно от дороги, но летом можно держать окно закрытым и включить кондиционер. От центра отдален отель, но такси решает этот вопрос. Зато близко аэропорт, 8 минут в пути. Когда мы выезжали был вечер и в лобби отеля девушка играла на рояле и я насладилась потрясающе красивой музыкой. А девушкам дарили при заезде в отель по цветочку тюльпана, так как был 8 марта, это невероятно приятно, что такое внимание к гостям. В отеле есть бассейн и спа, но мы не успели их посетить, но думаю там так же всё прекрасно Очень лёгкая, современная, движовая энергия у отеля, смело живите в нём. Можно даже с питомцами.

I am traveling with my wife and spent two days in St. Peter , the location is just next to big Cathedral and waking distance from winter palace. Many interesting restaurants nearby. The building is over 200 years old , very interesting and very maintained

The Hotel is an old building renovated well to be a clean nice and new 4 star hotel . It is located in the heart of St. Petersburg and near all attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful. The reception is located on the second floor, and there are stairs at the entrance (about 12-14 steps)between the entrance and the reception . During daytime they have concierge service to help with the luggage. The hotel Elevator to the rooms was added to the building and fitted in a way it stops in between floors, so you must either climb or go down half a floor every time you go to your room. It is not that bad if you can climb the stairs . I think the hotel is not suitable for a wheelchair. The breakfast is good and starts from 7:30 am to 11:00 a.m . We enjoyed staying at this hotel.

We stayed at Hotel Saint Petersburg and found the location good for visiting the city. Unfortunately, not all of our experiences with the staff were positive: some people – in particular one at the reception and one in the restaurant in the evening – were rather unfriendly with us, perhaps also because we are Italian, and they were not even able to inform us that European Visa and Mastercard cards were blocked due to sanctions. One aspect that definitely needs improvement is cleanliness, both in the rooms and in the restaurant, especially considering this is supposed to be a 4-star hotel. On the positive side, breakfast was very rich and varied, and we would like to sincerely thank the staff members who made our stay more pleasant: the young man preparing omelettes in the morning, two receptionists, and one of the ladies welcoming guests at the restaurant in the morning. All of them were kind, helpful, and professional. Overall, the location, breakfast, and some of the staff deserve a positive mention, although we regret that not all the service and staff lived up to the expectations of a 4-star hotel.

Нам понравился отель, всё-таки это сеть, и это чувствуется. Номера комфортные, всё, как на фото от отеля, всё исправно работает, чисто, постельное белье и полотенца чистые и белые. Завтраки замечательные, хороший выбор и очень вкусно. Ещё понравилась кондитерская в баре, ммм, обязательно попробуйте пироженку Novotel) Мы жили в стандартном номере во 2-м корпусе, пройти можно как через проход с основного корпуса, так и зайти с улицы по карте гостя. Месторасположение отеля очень удачное, вроде вот он Невский, но чуть во дворе и уже тише) Рядом множество заведений, где можно вкусно поесть. Рекомендуем, твердая 4-ка!

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, the whiteness of the entrance, staircase and reception area was wonderful and it was so clean! The staff was very quick and courteous while checking us in. When we entered our room, it was a delight - spotless, gorgeous cushions and good windows. We were so happy. We had an extra bed added which did make the walking space a little less but since we were out most of the day, it didn't matter. We stayed for 6 days and in that time they responded to all our requests quickly and efficiently. The bathroom was super spacious and we loved the big tub, especially in the winter when you want to have a hot bath! The reception staff was very helpful with directions, booking a taxi, and in addressing all our questions. The breakfast staff was also very helpful and polite. There are 2 negatives I noticed - the breakfast plates were sometimes dirty and i had to request the staff for clean plates. And the shower curtains should be cleaned. Overall its an amazing hotel and we will definitely stay there if we go back to StP. The location is phenomenal, cant get better than this! One tip- breakfast is good but exactly the same every single day, there is nothing new and no change, so if you like some variety, there is a breakfast place opposite. You could go there sometimes. Definitely a highly recommended hotel!

We stayed for 3 nights in Saint Petersburg. So 1) location: The hotel is in a quiet locality and is almost unrecognizable. Does not look like a hotel from the outside 2) Staff support: The staff speaks minimal english 3) Service: The hotel does not have breakfast or a restaurant, but there are restaurants and cafes within walking distance (10 minutes), so workable; and the elevator makes quite a noise, but it's workable/safe. 4) Overall experience: Bad - Mediocre: No one helps you out with the luggage, even when they see you are struggling. I am not sure if that is the norm here in Russia. no courtesy, no support/ no extra help for any sort. I guess kindness is chargeable in Russia. Not just this hotel, every hotel we stayed in Russia, I saw no one helping families or even asking for help. Just cold, transactional behavior.

Rating: 7/10. Top location, but mind the shared facilities!Pros: Unbeatable location just 3 minutes from Moskovsky Railway Station and the Galeria mall. The loft-style design looks great, it’s clean, and the Wi-Fi is fast. The contactless self-check-in via electronic keycodes works seamlessly. There is a cozy shared kitchen area equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, tableware, and complimentary tea/coffee.Cons: There are only 2 toilets and 1 shower for 7–8 rooms. When the place is fully booked, waiting lines are inevitable, which can be frustrating. Soundproofing is weak due to thin walls. Check-in and check-out times are strict (strictly from 2:00 PM and before 12:00 PM respectively). Since it's fully contactless, early arrival or late departure is hard to arrange, so plan your transit carefully.
