PPengguna Tetamu這家店是我本次俄羅斯之旅住過最舒服的酒店了，交通便利，乾淨舒適。冬宮步行10分鐘左右即可到達，因為到達聖彼得堡時間比較早，擔心不能辦理入住，結果工作人員非常熱情，幫忙提前辦理入住，並貼心告知WI-FI密碼。房間非常乾淨，裝飾的很有氛圍，還貼心的提供了微波爐，熱水壺等用品。希望有更多的朋友發現聖彼得堡的這家寶藏小店。

- обслуживание на завтраке.
Минусы:
- просил принести утюг с доской. Не принесли в течение как минимум 30 минут. Пошли помятыми.
- прислали счет за минибар, которым не пользовался. После звонка вроде аннулировали счет.
- допотопный телевизор. Уже во многих местах стоят телевизоры с android с возможностью смотреть Кинопоиск, RUTUBE и пр.

PPengguna TetamuClean, neat and tidy room equipped with cooking equipment, hair dryer, clothes iron, usb charging ports and other useful amenities for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is likewise neat and tidy, with a towel dryer, sufficient lighting and personal care products available .
The staff was very helpful and conversational in English, the signages and announcements are translated into English and Chinese which makes it a very hospitable place for non-Russian speaking travelers.
The hotel itself is situated about 15 minutes away by car from Pulkovo Airport and in walking distance of buses which bring you to the metro station/St Petersburg city center. Across the hotel, there is a supermarket (Pyaterochka, opened until 11pm) and some small restaurants.
Definitely worth it!

VViktoria AndreoliWe stayed at Hotel Saint Petersburg and found the location good for visiting the city.
Unfortunately, not all of our experiences with the staff were positive: some people – in particular one at the reception and one in the restaurant in the evening – were rather unfriendly with us, perhaps also because we are Italian, and they were not even able to inform us that European Visa and Mastercard cards were blocked due to sanctions.
One aspect that definitely needs improvement is cleanliness, both in the rooms and in the restaurant, especially considering this is supposed to be a 4-star hotel.
On the positive side, breakfast was very rich and varied, and we would like to sincerely thank the staff members who made our stay more pleasant: the young man preparing omelettes in the morning, two receptionists, and one of the ladies welcoming guests at the restaurant in the morning. All of them were kind, helpful, and professional.
Overall, the location, breakfast, and some of the staff deserve a positive mention, although we regret that not all the service and staff lived up to the expectations of a 4-star hotel.

PPengguna TetamuI absolutely loved staying at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, the whiteness of the entrance, staircase and reception area was wonderful and it was so clean! The staff was very quick and courteous while checking us in.
When we entered our room, it was a delight - spotless, gorgeous cushions and good windows. We were so happy. We had an extra bed added which did make the walking space a little less but since we were out most of the day, it didn't matter.
We stayed for 6 days and in that time they responded to all our requests quickly and efficiently.
The bathroom was super spacious and we loved the big tub, especially in the winter when you want to have a hot bath!
The reception staff was very helpful with directions, booking a taxi, and in addressing all our questions.
The breakfast staff was also very helpful and polite.
There are 2 negatives I noticed - the breakfast plates were sometimes dirty and i had to request the staff for clean plates. And the shower curtains should be cleaned.
Overall its an amazing hotel and we will definitely stay there if we go back to StP.
The location is phenomenal, cant get better than this!
One tip- breakfast is good but exactly the same every single day, there is nothing new and no change, so if you like some variety, there is a breakfast place opposite. You could go there sometimes.
Definitely a highly recommended hotel!

NNartanoCozy small hotel in Vosstaniya Square, which makes it very easy to access the metro network, or walk down Nevskiy Prospekt.
Dis not try the restaurant as the prices were quite high, but the room itself was comfortable and cleaned/made everyday.
Personnel was friendly, please note only the younger staff members speak a good English.
I suggest not bringing your luggage to the reception when checking in, as the elevator is on the very bottom floor.
All in all I would be happy to recommend its quality/price ratio if one is not after luxury amenities.

AANUBHAV2386We stayed for 3 nights in Saint Petersburg. So 1) location: The hotel is in a quiet locality and is almost unrecognizable. Does not look like a hotel from the outside 2) Staff support: The staff speaks minimal english 3) Service: The hotel does not have breakfast or a restaurant, but there are restaurants and cafes within walking distance (10 minutes), so workable; and the elevator makes quite a noise, but it's workable/safe. 4) Overall experience: Bad - Mediocre: No one helps you out with the luggage, even when they see you are struggling. I am not sure if that is the norm here in Russia. no courtesy, no support/ no extra help for any sort. I guess kindness is chargeable in Russia. Not just this hotel, every hotel we stayed in Russia, I saw no one helping families or even asking for help. Just cold, transactional behavior.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaVery clean hotel and pretty good location, friendly staff. I arrived early at the hotel, but since they had a free room, they let me in at 12pm. I was grateful for that. The room is clean enough. The cooler with a water is located near the reception( has hot and cold water). They also have a restaurant with breakfast, lunch and dinner (quite a lot of people were there). Unfortunately, I didn't have time to try, but ... I think that people went there for a reason, and most likely they offer decent food, which they cook themselves. For that kind of money, I think it's a very good option.
I want to note that the sound insulation between the rooms is not very good.

Во первых он расположен рядом со станцией метро Горьковская,ост трамвая и автобуса так же.во вторых почти в этом же доме и к нему примыаающих находятся самые вкусные, с отличным обслуживанием и ( цена= качество)кафе, рестораны и булочная. Сам отель представляет собой подьезд когда то жилого дома, на каждом этаже 3 комнаты справа и 3 слева, этажей 5. Во всем отеле очень чисто, на ресепшен приятный и доброжелательный персонал. Сама комната ( нам досталась на 5 этаже( без лифта!!)) Внутри- современный ремонт и мебель ,и санузел. Есть шкаф+вешалки; минихолодильник, тв, микроволновка, чайник. Приветственные чай, кофе по 2 пакета; шампунь, гель д/д, зуб.щетка . Были 7 дней больше не пополняли. Кровать 2спальная с удобным матрасом и хорошим бельем, полотенца чистые( но тоже не разу не меняли!!!это странно). Прибирали каждый день. Снизила 1 звезду за сервис и чистоту, по описанным выше фактам. Ах да отель предлагает заказной завтрак 600₽ с человека, думаю не стоит он таких денег, вокруг столько вкусных и атмосферных мест, что за эти деньги уж точно можно отзавтракать.
