這家店是我本次俄羅斯之旅住過最舒服的酒店了，交通便利，乾淨舒適。冬宮步行10分鐘左右即可到達，因為到達聖彼得堡時間比較早，擔心不能辦理入住，結果工作人員非常熱情，幫忙提前辦理入住，並貼心告知WI-FI密碼。房間非常乾淨，裝飾的很有氛圍，還貼心的提供了微波爐，熱水壺等用品。希望有更多的朋友發現聖彼得堡的這家寶藏小店。

I had a wonderful stay at Center Hotel. The location is perfect, with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. It made exploring the city very convenient. What impressed me the most was the outstanding service. Every staff member was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Thanks to the excellent staff and great location, my trip was even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Center Hotel to anyone visiting St. Petersburg and would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you to the entire team for the warm hospitality!

Clean, neat and tidy room equipped with cooking equipment, hair dryer, clothes iron, usb charging ports and other useful amenities for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is likewise neat and tidy, with a towel dryer, sufficient lighting and personal care products available . The staff was very helpful and conversational in English, the signages and announcements are translated into English and Chinese which makes it a very hospitable place for non-Russian speaking travelers. The hotel itself is situated about 15 minutes away by car from Pulkovo Airport and in walking distance of buses which bring you to the metro station/St Petersburg city center. Across the hotel, there is a supermarket (Pyaterochka, opened until 11pm) and some small restaurants. Definitely worth it!

Easy 10/10. Perfect location, impeccably maintained property — worth a visit on its own. Outstanding room quality, attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine friendliness. Spot on. A small story: I handed in my shoes for shining on the evening of our arrival, as I needed them for a ballet performance at the Mariinsky Theater the next day. Somehow, the hotel misplaced the shoes, and I had to leave for the performance in my sneakers. Natalia from the concierge desk tracked them down, drove to the theater, texted me the moment the first intermission started, and was waiting outside with my polished shoes and a shoehorn — then even returned my sneakers to the room. Truly impressive and completely unexpected! It almost makes you forget the minibar price list (though I still enjoyed the $15 pack of gummy bears). Tipp: try the insta breakfast in the room - another 10/10!

Seni bina luaran hotel ini bercirikan klasik, manakala hiasan dalamannya pula menawan dan bergaya. Lokasinya strategik, berdekatan dengan Nevsky Prospekt, dataran, dan sungai, semuanya boleh dicapai dengan berjalan kaki. Kawasan sekitar hotel ini moden dan terletak di pusat bandar, dengan kafe, kedai minyak wangi, restoran Jepun, dan pasar raya mini yang mudah diakses di tingkat bawah.

We stayed at Hotel Saint Petersburg and found the location good for visiting the city. Unfortunately, not all of our experiences with the staff were positive: some people – in particular one at the reception and one in the restaurant in the evening – were rather unfriendly with us, perhaps also because we are Italian, and they were not even able to inform us that European Visa and Mastercard cards were blocked due to sanctions. One aspect that definitely needs improvement is cleanliness, both in the rooms and in the restaurant, especially considering this is supposed to be a 4-star hotel. On the positive side, breakfast was very rich and varied, and we would like to sincerely thank the staff members who made our stay more pleasant: the young man preparing omelettes in the morning, two receptionists, and one of the ladies welcoming guests at the restaurant in the morning. All of them were kind, helpful, and professional. Overall, the location, breakfast, and some of the staff deserve a positive mention, although we regret that not all the service and staff lived up to the expectations of a 4-star hotel.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, the whiteness of the entrance, staircase and reception area was wonderful and it was so clean! The staff was very quick and courteous while checking us in. When we entered our room, it was a delight - spotless, gorgeous cushions and good windows. We were so happy. We had an extra bed added which did make the walking space a little less but since we were out most of the day, it didn't matter. We stayed for 6 days and in that time they responded to all our requests quickly and efficiently. The bathroom was super spacious and we loved the big tub, especially in the winter when you want to have a hot bath! The reception staff was very helpful with directions, booking a taxi, and in addressing all our questions. The breakfast staff was also very helpful and polite. There are 2 negatives I noticed - the breakfast plates were sometimes dirty and i had to request the staff for clean plates. And the shower curtains should be cleaned. Overall its an amazing hotel and we will definitely stay there if we go back to StP. The location is phenomenal, cant get better than this! One tip- breakfast is good but exactly the same every single day, there is nothing new and no change, so if you like some variety, there is a breakfast place opposite. You could go there sometimes. Definitely a highly recommended hotel!

Rating: 7/10. Top location, but mind the shared facilities!Pros: Unbeatable location just 3 minutes from Moskovsky Railway Station and the Galeria mall. The loft-style design looks great, it’s clean, and the Wi-Fi is fast. The contactless self-check-in via electronic keycodes works seamlessly. There is a cozy shared kitchen area equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, tableware, and complimentary tea/coffee.Cons: There are only 2 toilets and 1 shower for 7–8 rooms. When the place is fully booked, waiting lines are inevitable, which can be frustrating. Soundproofing is weak due to thin walls. Check-in and check-out times are strict (strictly from 2:00 PM and before 12:00 PM respectively). Since it's fully contactless, early arrival or late departure is hard to arrange, so plan your transit carefully.

Отель расположен внутри питерского дворика, в центре города на Васильевском острове. Расположение крайне удачное, все основные достопримечательности вокруг. Транспортное сообщение отличное. В районе есть как бюджетные столовые так и кафе-бары со вкусной едой. В номере есть все необходимое. Номер теплый хоть и с двумя окнами. Сам номер небольшой, у меня было две кровати на одного, я в итоге их сдвинул что бы был проход пошире. Внизу есть мини кухня, где можно сделать чай/кофе, микроволновка для разогрева еды. Администраторы - вежливые. Единственный минус, по приезду не смог сразу попасть во двор где ресепшн, на звонки на указанный номер не отвечали, домофон также молчал, шли люди как я понял из отеля, открыли мне.

We stayed for 3 nights in Saint Petersburg. So 1) location: The hotel is in a quiet locality and is almost unrecognizable. Does not look like a hotel from the outside 2) Staff support: The staff speaks minimal english 3) Service: The hotel does not have breakfast or a restaurant, but there are restaurants and cafes within walking distance (10 minutes), so workable; and the elevator makes quite a noise, but it's workable/safe. 4) Overall experience: Bad - Mediocre: No one helps you out with the luggage, even when they see you are struggling. I am not sure if that is the norm here in Russia. no courtesy, no support/ no extra help for any sort. I guess kindness is chargeable in Russia. Not just this hotel, every hotel we stayed in Russia, I saw no one helping families or even asking for help. Just cold, transactional behavior.
