2.早餐橙汁不錯，煎雞蛋的桌面會有個小條，可以鉛筆寫要求

MMrMlokieكانت رحلة لمدة يوم في غرفة ٣١١ الفندق جميل ونظيف ولكن دورة المياة تكرمون كان فيها رائحة كريهة لدرجة كلمت الاسقبال بخصوص يشوفون لها حل، جاء العامل نظف وبخ بخاخ رائحة زكية بعد عدة ساعات ارجع اشوف رائحة الحمام نفس الشيء ؛ ارجو منكم حل هذا الامر لانه يأثر على رائحة الغرفة كاملة من كثر ان رائحة دورة المياة كريهه.
غير كذا عزل النوافذ ليس جيد للاسف بالأمس الجو هواء قوي وجدا بارد والنوافذ عزلها سيء لدرجة كل الهواء اللي في الخارج داخل الغرفة ( كانت نافذة غرفتي جهة شمال )
عدا عن ذلك خدمة عملاء الفندق سريعة والعمال والاستقبال مايقصرون بشيء

PPengguna Tanpa NamaWe are not satisfied just because one reason that, the first moment we arrived, do not give us the exactly correct room .
We booked Executive King Room With Sea view which is RMB1600 per night ,but they show us normal single room which is worth RMB800 per night ! They just do not give me correct room let us live small room, and also never tell us it could be lower price if we agree to live into small room.
It is unfair !! So we do not agree, we wait and wait asking them change us to correct room. We really need Executive King Room With Sea view.
Finally they bring us to the correct room and we live that correct room “Executive King Room With Sea view” but it waist us waiting for one whole hour for just this situation.
We think they are not honest, we think surely it is very very simple they check via their computer their system they could very easy know it surely have the empty room “Executive King Room With Sea view”, but they let us wait for one h whole hour before we could enter the correct room. In fact at that time we are so tired after more than 4 hours driving from Riyadh city to Al Khobar.
I am not satisfied for this matter.

ZZhizhouyuanhangNilai hebat untuk wang! Hotel ini agak lama, dan kemudahannya agak lama Di dalam bilik yang saya tinggal, palam longkang di sinki tidak lagi tersedia, menjadikannya sangat menyusahkan untuk mencuci pakaian. Sepanjang Ramadan, sarapan hanya boleh dibawa ke bilik yang agak ringkas. Hotel di tepi jalan dan agak bising.

XXingzouzhongdongdeadeebBilik yang ditempah buat *****tara waktu. Setibanya di kaunter penyambut tetamu, keesokan harinya sudah pukul enam pagi. Tetapi sikap pelayan itu masih sangat baik. Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah meja depan tidak lagi mempunyai harga yang baik pada masa itu, dan ia jauh lebih mahal daripada Ctrip. Kemudian saya menempahnya di Ctrip dan ia cukup bagus.

HHoustonianI don’t mind paying for another day if I arrive early but I couldn’t understand why they lied to me. I came to the hotel at 3:30 in the morning of the day I booked for check-in. I was told to pay in full and didn’t get a breakfast. The guy at the front desk said I should come downstairs to check in again at 12:00 for another room because they didn’t have the type of none smoking room I booked. It was all fine. You didn’t allow me spend several hours in the sofa in the lobby “because we are are five star hotel!”(although during the coming several days I have seen people including myself and my colleagues staying in the sofas all the time without paying for any coffee or snacks). The pain I had is they told me to wait until 3pm for changing rooms. I called the front desk several times and in the end called back to China to talk to Ctrip. The guy who changed me full day for less than 7 hours stay has seen my Ctrip booking in my cellphone. The lady at front counter told me they didn’t know I had another booking! Don’t understand what system they were using to manage the hotel. Eventually I carried my luggage out to lunch and then got my other room at 1:30pm. Regarding hardware I want to complain about the bench in front of the bed. It was a hard and heavy thing that would break your knees if you hit it during the night if you go t bathroom or come back for sleep. Couldn’t understand why in such a small room they want to squeeze everything in. The lattice for salad in breakfast had sands. Maybe I was unlucky? Anyway as a guy who stays in five stars all the time I would not come back to this hotel in the future.
