PPengguna TetamuThis is a great place to stay if you are having a child-focused holiday. Its also a cool place for adults too. The bunk beds are great. The rooms are dark at night which is great because the sun never goes down in the summer. The breakfast was amazing—one of the best breakfasts I've had anywhere in the world. The bathrooms are spacious. The hotel is really new. The attention to detail in all aspects of decor and thoughtfulness of what makes a good customer experience have been considered. It connects to the theme park which is easy and great. The rooftop bar is cool. I would staff there again and recommend it to anyone. The only thing that could have been better would be a spot to drop luggage, there is no easy car access to the front door.

AAKR87Really nice hotel in a great and convenient location, spacious room. However booked for 4 people, received confirmation from trip that the booking was made for 2 adults 2 children upon check in only 2 adults and 1 child on the hotel booking. Hotel receptionist argued no solution offered, we had to put 2 single beds together so could be used by 3 people.
Lobby bathroom not able to be accessed after checkout as its keycard controlled- be careful if you wait a while for onward travel etc.

SScullyThe staff working on the weekend were super nice and helpful, and I’ve stayed here many, many times, always so nice & such a lovely boutique place to stay with many awesome things to like. On the day I checked out oh my god, where did this girl suddenly come from? Little wanna be Swedish police officer banging on my door trying to get in. Ok i fell asleep after breakfast? So what. Even after i checked out & and was just having a coffee in the lobby, she came again in my face demanding to know if i had checked out? She was just rude, unprofessional, behavior was unbelievable. Really ruined my experience at the nice hotel Pigalle. Actually, I don’t accept people thinking they are better than everyone else & they think that they can just talk to people like they are a piece of crap. Therefore, sadly, I don’t think I will ever stay here ever again.. Sorry but..

Beautiful hotel, beautiful room, very high standard service by the staff clearly well trained in hospitality service. Staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. Shout out to Victoria who welcomed us upon our arrival and made our check in process a pleasure. She even let us in earlier than usual check in time as our room were ready early.
Vey comfortable bed, nice ambient lighting. Good space with sofa and a few small table.
Perfect location in the Central station on the first and second floor, so you can just jump from the hotel corridor to be on the ground floor (seriously, don't do this, just take the lift or escalator like a normal sane person:))
Not noisy at all in my room despite next to the train stop. Very well design sound proof room.
Breakfast buffet was amazing, good rang of options even for someone like my family that only eat Halal food - various vegetarians and eggs suitable food.
Luggage storage free of charge before check in or after checking out to help you enjoy Gothenburg without the need to carry your extra tonne of luggages.
Sauna and gym are also available for the customers.

Being just a short, pleasant 10-minute walk from the central station was incredibly convenient. This made arriving and departing effortless, and exploring the city using public transport was a breeze. The service I encountered throughout the hotel was consistently great. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, and any queries I had were addressed promptly and with genuine care. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the breakfast. The spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. From fresh pastries and bread to a selection of hot dishes, cereals, fruits, and yogurts, there was something for everyone. The quality of the food was also noteworthy, making for a delightful start to each day. Overall, the Scandic Göteborg Central offered a comfortable and convenient base for my time in Gothenburg. Its perfect location near the central station, coupled with the great service and delicious breakfast, made for a memorable and enjoyable stay. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Inga sängkläder eller handdukar till den tredje personen.
När vi började bädda ut bäddsoffan dök två silverfiskar upp.
Inte så trevligt, men jag gick till receptionen och de städade om rummet, fixade bäddsoffan och handdukar.
Som kompensation fick jag ett presentkort på en övernattning på valfritt hotell inom ett år.

PPengguna TetamuWe arrived at 7:30 pm and were told we got a room “upgrade”. The room was small so we really wondered what the “original” room looked like. The bed had stains on the cover that was laid under the mattress
which didn’t look good. We went down to the lobby and found nobody present. We moved on to the restaurant, it was 8 pm. Half full and we were met with the wonderful advise that they were closed for service. This was Friday May 16th and the menu
board was still at the entrance door to the restaurant.
We went back to the reception and queried why the restaurant was not serving dinner at 8 pm on a Friday.
The receptionist looked dumbfounded and told us it usually serves dinner at least until 9 pm but she took no action to assist us except to say we could walk fir 15 minutes to the Aveny, a street with lots of restaurants but could not suggest any close by. We ended up going to, as it happened, a fantastic restaurant right around the corner called Le Pigalle on the top floor of, we guess, a competing hotel. Fabulous meal in a restaurant that knew how to treat their guests.
In short we have regretfully no positive things to say about the ProfilHotels Opera in Gothenburg.
Gothenburg was fantastic but when we return we will definitely not book at the Opera which is overpriced for the standard and service they offer. Total waste of money at this venue. Regretfully we did not bother to take any pictures of the place as it is nothing we wish to remember about it.
