Amazing hotel. For sure we will come back. Located 5 minutes drive from the centre on the river bank. 2-3 minutes drive from local restaurants and 7/11. Very calm atmosphere. Very new hotel. Consist of several cottages. U recommend the cottage on the river bank. Big clean room fully equipped with everything you need. Amazing mattress and pillows. Aircon, fridge, smart tv, hot water shower. For breakfast you can choose out of 4 sets. Very nice coffee. The most impressive is service. Hotel is family owned and we had feeling like we came to visit our relatives. Staff was friendly and helpful. I informed them about my husband’s birthday and they decorated room with balloons and provided a cake with song. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay at Ayutthaya. 10 out of 10. Super strategic location, just a few steps to reach 2 of the big wats, 450m to night market, the Michelin boat noodles just around the corner. It’s the best dorm I’ve ever stayed, very clean, quiet and respectful dorm mates, comfortable bed and pillows, free bread and marmalade, milo, coffee and teas are given for free. Good WiFi, helpful and friendly staffs.

我們一家三口入住，酒店沒有那種很正式的“前台接待”，但是會有一位工作人員在等候，然後拍照護照後入住，第二天會為我們準備早餐。房間不沒有打掃服務。我們被安排入住一層的房間，這個房間一廳兩卧室和一個衞浴間和廚房。房間是很大很舒服，房子比較古老，處處都是泰國老百姓的生活氣息。由於是一層，周圍都是窗户，雖然有窗簾，但是總會在窗簾的縫隙能隱隱約約看到室內。另外，這個門鎖，這不知道怎麼形容，我覺得我一個弱質女流也能一腳就能踹開……嚴重缺乏安全感，尤其睡覺的時候，這個酒店是個家庭式的庭院，舒服是真舒服，但就是沒有安全感，因為這個庭院沒有院門，可以自由出入這個庭院。早餐是非常棒，坐在河邊實在太愜意了。我們1月份去，竟然要穿棉衣外套，大城的涼季是真的冷。 Our family of three checked in, and the hotel does not have a very formal "front desk reception". However, there will be a staff member waiting, taking photos of our passports before checking in, and preparing breakfast for us the next day. The room without housekeeping. We were arranged to stay in a room on the first floor, which consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen. The room is very spacious and comfortable, the house is quite old, and everywhere is filled with the lifestyle of Thai people. Due to being on the first floor and surrounded by windows, although there are curtains, one can always vaguely see the interior through the gaps in the curtains. Also, this door lock, I don't know how to describe it, but I feel like a weak female can easily kick it open with just one foot... It seriously lacks a sense of security, especially when sleeping. This hotel is a family style courtyard, which is very comfortable, but there is no sense of security because there is no courtyard door and I can freely enter and exit this courtyard. The breakfast was fantastic, sitting by the river was really relaxing. We went in January and surprisingly had to wear cotton jackets. The cool season in Ayutthaya is really cold.

Отличный гостевой дом. Так с любовью к деталям оформлена территория. В номере тоже все отлично. Кровать удобная, кондиционер настроен правильно, вода горячая есть, напор правда слабый, но не критично. Местоположение просто огонь, 2 храма через дорогу и несколько в пешей доступности. Рынок ночной еды рядом, 7/11 тоже недалеко плюс несколько приятных кафе рядом. Персонал отзывчивый, видно, что стараются для гостей. В общем самые положительные впечатления. Фото номера забыла сделать, к сожалению.

Silp-Pa is a charming boutique hotel with its own art gallery, which gives the property a unique and creative atmosphere. It's a special place that stands out from standard hotels. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Although the balcony faced the front of the building rather than the back, it was still a lovely place to sit and relax, especially in good weather. The location is excellent and very central, making it easy to explore the surrounding area on foot. What really made the stay memorable was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Silp-Pa to anyone looking for a unique boutique hotel in a great location.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Florist, and it exceeded all my expectations! The location is simply unbeatable. The property is directly across from Wat Mahathat and all other temples and attractions including the Ayutthaya Historical Park, so I only had to cross the street to reach one of the most famous and beautiful temples in Ayutthaya. It made exploring the city’s top attractions incredibly easy without needing transportation. The host was one of the kindest and most thoughtful people I’ve met during my travels. Every morning, I was served a delicious homemade breakfast that was flavorful, filling, and gave me more than enough energy for a full day of adventure. As a special surprise, the host even prepared mango sticky rice for me, and it was absolutely incredible—honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. The place was exceptionally clean. As is customary in many Asian homes, guests remove their shoes before entering, and I immediately understood why. The floors were sparkling clean—so clean that even walking barefoot didn’t leave my feet dirty. My room was equipped with air conditioning, making it very comfortable to return to after a day of exploring. I also appreciated all the thoughtful little touches. Complimentary coffee and hot chocolate were available anytime, and fresh fruits were always left on the table for guests to enjoy. When I asked about getting a massage, the host even drove me to the massage spa as a kind gesture. It was something I never expected and truly made me feel cared for. Another thing I really appreciated was that they also offer a direct airport transfer service at a very reasonable price. It made my departure stress-free and was much more convenient than trying to arrange transportation myself. What made my stay so memorable wasn’t just the excellent location or the comfortable accommodations—it was the genuine warmth and hospitality of the host. Staying at The Florist felt like being welcomed into someone’s home rather than simply checking into a place to sleep. I highly recommend The Florist to anyone visiting Ayutthaya. If I ever return, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for making my trip so special!

I really loved the room that we had, the kids even more so. My room had an attic that was turned into a room, so it was perfect for the kids. The bathroom was small, but we had no issue with it. The bed was extra soft, the way I like it. There was also a shared bathroom outside our room. On the second floor they had free snacks and cup noodles, as well toothbrushes, shavers, towels, ear plugs and such. The bad thing about this place is that it's right in front of a big road so it's pretty noisy during the night and morning, that is why they provide ear plugs for sleeping at night, so I really recommend grabbing some. There are many nearby temples and ruins, so they offer bike rental for 50 baht for one for the whole day. I don't recommend this unless you have experience riding in the streets as it could be really dangerous due to the big road in front of the hotel. There is also a 7-11 and Lotus convenience store a few blocks away with many local street food to eat from. But the best place to eat is near the hotel on the left corner of the street coming out from the hotel. It's a Michelin Guide Recommend restaurant named Khun Pranorm Chicken Noodle, and they have the best chicken sweet soup noodles I ever tried. All of their menu is really good and at a good price.

The hotel and the rooms are beautiful: its an old building with lovely teak floors and the downstairs is a common area with lots of plants, water features and places to sit. Its a really nice environment to hang out in. Our double room was very spacious with a king size bed, a fridge and an effective aircon. The bathroom was a bit scruffy compared to the rest of room, it all worked but the shower was poorly set up so it sprayed the whole room. The only reason I'm not giving the place a complete 5* rating is that road is very noisy and there is a bar next door which was noisy at night and went on until 1.30am on one of our nights which did detract from the generally good experience. The staff were really good and helpful.

To put it bluntly, the impression of the place is ambiguous. In fact, it is a few wooden houses around the reservoir and across the road a few more. A small wooden reception. Where are the photos on trip com with the huge buildings and columns from? They don't exist or they are someone's virtual fantasy. The grounds are maintained the lodges are clean. Severely disappointed with a very poor and unpalatable breakfast. Smoothed out with good coffee in a coffee shop with a veranda on the territory. There was a loy kratong holiday and we decided to go kratong on the river. The hotel employee offered to take us on a tuk tuk, we agreed. But he came not himself but his acquaintance and offered to do it 4 times more expensive than a normal cab from Bolt. Apparently we had to share with the employee. And all this next to our car. All this was quite stupid and left a bad impression of the hotel staff. By the totality of qualities and emotions from the visit to no one do not recommend anyone to visit here. You can see that the owner is trying and some employees spoil everything with incorrect behavior and petty deception.

The hotel is very authentic and every corner has little details. We love the painting and wooden floors. It felt different. The atmosphere was nice, above all the two lady owner were super helpful with everything. The art works, cat and dog made it feel like home.
