PPengguna TetamuWe have just had the most lovely 2 night stay at this place. AD, Sam and Pla took care of our every need and we had beautiful breakfasts both mornings and they helped us plan our day. Special shout out though for Jo Joe, who played so well with our 5 year old and made her feel so super special on her 5th birthday celebrations! Also the fireshow the Friday night we stayed was really spectacular, over the pool as we ate dinner.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaWe booked the deluxe villa with a bathroom because I was particularly drawn to the design of having a small pool in the courtyard. I used it daily, and the privacy felt palpable once I locked the front door. The rooms were well-separated, featuring a cozy living room with a ceiling fan, tables, chairs, and a TV. The bedroom and bathroom were decent-sized and equipped with all the essentials. The daily coffee and bottled water were a pleasant surprise. However, the reception staff were friendly, but the restaurant, bar, and breakfast staff were cold and unfriendly. We only needed to request a room cleaning once, and it was done quickly, but it didn’t feel thorough. Three ladies arrived with cleaning supplies, but they left within 3-5 minutes, changing the towels and water, but not doing much else. We believe you should request a room cleaning, at least that’s what we felt. The breakfast was basic and didn’t get replenished quickly. One morning, we had breakfast and discovered that the milk was spoiled. It had mixed with our coffee and cereal, so we had to leave it. The staff were always cold and unfriendly during breakfast and later at the bar and restaurant. On the positive side, the view from the pool was excellent, and it was peaceful and relaxing to be there. However, I noticed some weeds and smoke around the area, which made me feel a bit sick after inhaling it for a while, even though I’m a non-smoker. Also, there is a nice 711 across the road from the hotel, and it’s in walking distance to get to the haad rin beach

При заезде просят все паспорта (снимают копии) в апгрейде номера отказали и в засеоеднии всех 4-ых в номер тоже, но нашей подруге повезло, был 1 свободный стандартный номер, купили его. Отличный отель. Завтраки по талонам - шведский стол, есть торты и разнообразные десерты. Нам тут очень понравилось.

La literie est tres confortable. Un ptit jet d'eau avant de rentrer Les serviettes sont changées tous les jours La plage est juste magnifique. On y trouve massage restaurants On a séjourné 5jours ... j'y retournerai sans hésiter

Massive bath and some rooms even have outdoor shower! - nice reception service - special thanks to Yok for the help and service ! - nice pool, gym, dry sauna and stream room Cons: - quite far a way from the city and places with action. even on a motorbike it's quite a ride. - house keeping service should be improved - if you are in a delux room area, the house keeping team is camping there half a day, which kills the privacy and quiet environment. i think the resort can easily improve this I think this would be good for couples and maybe families for a few days. Just remember this area is not very walkable, so you'll need to order a car everywhere or rent a motorbike.

Location is tucked away but 10 mins away from centre, so it’s quiet. Not too far from Laundry and good local food if you come out and turn left. Scooter hire here but only when staff at reception.

MMVCarvalhoThe place is very beatiful with amazing view, but for 4 stars hotel they need to make improvements in general, service, food and facilities. The hotel is too far from the center about 40 min by car, and the hotel doesn’t provide any shuttle for free, if you want to go to the city for any reason you have to pay. Breakfast: there is variety of food but I’m my opinion it’s not a good quality, I was expecting more. Facilities: swimming pool and sun beds is ok, they provide one kind of fabric but isn’t towel. Room: my room was beatiful and clean, but so dark, bathroom the floor was a kind of tiles slippery and little bit, this is a kind of hazards.
