Hotel berhampiran Pantai Cha-am, Cha Am

We booked a sea view villa which opened onto the garden with a small patio and 2 Adirondack chairs and table. It overlooked the pool and then a small, attractive wall to the beach and sea. The beach was lovely and clean with mostly sift white sand. The room was plenty big enough for us with a huge king bed, cleaning daily (if you remember to put the sign outside the door, however the lady came and checked with us on day 2 to make sure we were aware)! The shower was hot but we never got hot water from the sink - it didn't bother me as it wasn't really cold water but the hubby needed to shave! Clean towels and beach towels daily. Free water bottles and coke too. There was shower gel and shampoo in the shower but no hand cleanser at sink so bring a travel sized bottle for convenience only. The A/c was excellent!! The hotel offers breakfast included at the Cafe they operate, I read the reviews and I think there is plenty on offer as long as you're not expecting a huge unlimited buffet!! The basics of breads, jams, yoghurt, fresh fruit, waffles, 2 types of cereal and milk with eggs of all kinds cooked to order. In addition to fried rice, noodles, chinese/Asian style chicken dish hot dogs and warmed ham slices plus salad bits and porridge. The various coffees are from a machine with only very sweet milk tea available. Ginger tea bags and lemon tea bags were available so we just bought a small box at the local 7-11 store 5 minutes to walk away. There are 2 seafood restaurants a few minutes walk along the beach, the food was really good and freshly cooked to order-we preferred the first one (don't let the table cloths and state of menu put you off though, the people are lovely and everything is good including the prices (you can eat much cheaper nearer to the city but then you need to take a Grab car(like an Uber, download the app). I really liked this hotel and, yes I would stay again for longer, given what I know now about transport, location etc. This hotel doesn't really have many eateries within walking distance, the Cafe closes at 7pm so you need to plan accordingly. A Grab costs about BHT180 (200 with tip) and takes around 20 mins to get to Cicada Market as an example. You could get the green public tuk tuk for BHT15ish from the market to the Hua hin airport stop and then a Grab but we haven't tried it yet, maybe next week from our next hotel. The pool was fab for cooling down or for lap swimming at about 12-15m long. I gave 4 for location and 4 for facilities but only because there's no entertainment or restaurant at the hotel but I like that, it's the kind of place I like to stay as its peaceful and idyllic and away from the crowds.

Rooms are nice with seaview, service are great. Breakfast is the very very best, it is a la cart buffet, made to order, small portion for each menu, so you can try with several menus.

Beautiful New Hotel with Excellent Pool and Sunrise View Review Text: At Aviyana Hua Hin, I would like to give special thanks to DaDa for arranging such a wonderful room for me. The room has a fantastic view of both the swimming pool and the beach. I especially enjoyed the view while lying on the bed and watching the sunrise in the morning — it was truly beautiful. DaDa and Bow kindly gave me a full tour of the room, explaining everything in detail and showing me the impressive design and facilities. Their service and patience were greatly appreciated. My housekeeper Poom Poom did an excellent job keeping the room clean and comfortable every day. Thank you for your care. I would also like to thank Joe, the bartender at the Nest poolside bar. He kindly helped notify me when my one-hour swimming time was up. I really appreciated the help. I do wish there were a large clock by the pool so swimmers could easily keep track of time without needing assistance. At Poloma the breakfast restaurant, Cake was very efficient and attentive. Whenever I finished eating, she quickly cleared the empty plates. She always greeted me warmly and asked how I was doing. Her friendly attitude made the breakfast experience even more pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel. It is still very new, only about 16 months since its grand opening, and the facilities are fresh and well maintained. Suggestions for improvement: It would be nice to see more smiles and greetings from all staff members. A large clock by the pool would help swimmers keep track of time. Handrails for seniors entering and exiting the pool would improve safety and prevent slipping. Larger direction signs from the main street would make the hotel easier to find. Stayed at The Palayana Hua Hin and enjoyed a restful, laid-back stay. We booked the 2-bedroom suite for our family of 4 adults and 2 young children—it was very spacious and came with a large sitting area, which worked well for us. The resort’s setting stands out, with beautifully maintained gardens, a tranquil vibe, and direct beach access. Breakfast had a decent variety, and the staff were warm and helpful throughout. A few areas could be improved: some in-room fixtures are a bit dated, and soundproofing isn’t the best as we could hear people along the walkway. The bathroom flooring is also quite slippery—non-slip mats would be a useful addition for safety. Overall, a comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommended.

I truly appreciated the warm welcome we received from the lobby staff, especially the refreshing welcome drink and the pleasant conversation about our trip. It was a nice touch having the staff escort us to our room while clearly explaining the amenities and hotel facilities. The room itself was very nice and clean, though I was disappointed that the TV signal was constantly lost during my stay. While the swimming pool offers a lovely view, I feel the area could be a bit more inviting and pleasant. The breakfast staff were incredibly well-mannered from the hostess to the servers, and I was impressed by the wide variety of food available. I will surely return to stay at your property again.

I’ve stayed at several hotels in the U chain before, so I trust their service. This was my first time at U Hua Hin. The staff were friendly and provided good service, but there were quite a lot of guests on the day we stayed. The hotel doesn’t have its own beach, so you have to walk down some stairs to get to the sea. The room was quite nice—clean, with soft pillows and a comfortable bed. However, there was a fishy smell when we opened the balcony door, which might be because the hotel is located near a fishing pier. Breakfast was good for the price of the stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, except for the air conditioner in the room, which leaked so much that the bed got wet. We had to call a technician to fix it at almost midnight.

Very suitable with families with kids. Many activities for kids and parents play together. Kid club is clean and safe. Breakfast very interesting with Thai dessert.

This is our favorite place to go to with our kids in Hua Hin, we've always had a pretty good experiene regardless of the room we'are booking. The staff is well trained to pay attention to your needs and are motivated and friendly. The Kids always love playing on the inflatable bouncing islands though some years they are better maintained than others. Regardless the kids large water fountain/bubble is always popular and not too hot in the afternoon as it's in shade of trees and building. Food prices are a little high within the hotel. The breakfast is very nice and offers a great variety for all. However, with 2 kids that don't really eat too much it's not something we opt for anymore in our later visits and instead seek breakfast options outside. There is a pretty nice fish&stay that offers great breakfast options nearby. Location is a little off the path so it's better if you have your own transportation if you don't want to be stuck with hotel options only.

The Regent Cha-am We booked a Deluxe room including breakfast. We were not expecting much as the price was really good but, what a fabulous surprise when we found it was a suite with a lovely welcoming plate of fruit and cookies! I began to wonder if theyd mixed us up with some - march 2026 honeymooners somewhere!!!! I wasn't expecting how big the place was with 2 huge balconies each big enough for sunbeds and a table!! It's own kitchen, lounge, king sized bed and ensuite and office. -The pool is a beautiful, sparkling clean, heart-shaped affair with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas as shade is definitely required! The pool along one side must be about 30m+ so it was great for lap swimming as well as chilling out!!! -Beautifully landscaped and next to the sea, the only drawback is that the beach is almost non existent most of the time and while we were there the red flag was up as the sea was quite rough with the wind. The pool more than made up for it. -Breakfast is buffet style like many of these resort places with cereal, pastries, fruit, cooked asian foods and western style ham, crispy bacon, eggs cooked to order, toast and jam. My only criticism is the hot foods, not cooked to order, were luke warm. Don't bother with tea, it's weak and tasteless but the coffee machine does a good variety and there's hot milk to top up with. -The bar in the lobby does happy hour 2 for 1 early evening. -The hotel is around 25km from hua hin centre but a 5 min walk just outside the hotel is a road ”village” where there are a choice of local Thai restaurants, bars, tailors, massage/mani/pedicure places plus a useful 7-11 for essentials. All the restaurants we tried were excellent. They may look empty but will cook to order at all times and the prices are really cheap. The bed was really comfy and the room was serviced daily with clean towels and the usual stuff. -Pool towels were available by the pool and changed as often as you please. -All The staff were friendly and welcoming and most spoke very good English. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a quiet, laid back holiday at this time of year. We might have to return next year!!!!

*Great stay, would come back again!* We had a really smooth experience from start to finish. Check in and check out was quick and hassle-free, and the hotel service throughout was top-notch. The staff were genuinely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist without needing to be asked twice. Location is perfect — right next to the beach, so you can walk there in minutes. The whole place was super clean, both inside and around the property. There’s also lots of parking space, which made things easy, and I loved the amount of greenery around. It felt fresh and calm. The swimming pool was a highlight, especially the slide — fun for both kids and adults. And the breakfast was wonderful. Good variety, and I was glad to see Indian dishes included, so there was something for everyone. Overall, a solid stay with good value. Definitely recommend if you want a clean, well-located hotel with a relaxed vibe.
