"The whole experience was lovely. A couple of days before our arrival, I contacted the hotel via chat, asking if they could prepare a surprise for my partner’s birthday, and they did! All staff were super friendly and helpful. I wish I could stay there longer."

"We stayed at rawi warin for 4 nights in one of the hillside rooms. The room was spacious with a small balcony. The bed in particular felt huge as it was 2 beds pushed together. As other reviews mention, the hillside rooms are about a 10 mins walk away from the main pool. Walking is quite pleasant though as you are surrounded by greenery. And there's a closer hillside pool that has a great view. The facilities were great esp. the main pool which was huge, chlorine free, and very empty past 6pm - we were often the only ones using it in the evening. Also enjoyed the table tennis and pool tables. My only piece of feedback is that the resort could be better lit at night - it was too dark walking down paths/stairs. Loved seeing lizards and monkeys around the resort. Didn't try the hotel food much - there are some good restaurants a short walk away. The stretch of beach attached to the resort was beautiful and good for swimming."

"Месторасположение отеля далеко от тусовочных мест, хорошее, уютное, красивое, но к морю спуск по крутым ступеням, зато вид из номера просто супер. Номер удобный, сантехника новая, но кондиционер установлен в номере так, что дует прямо на кровать, спать невозможно. Завтраки не понравились, на любителя."

"Saya mesti memuji hotel ini saya sakit selama empat hari selama empat hari di Lanta. Hotel ini menyediakan perkhidmatan menghantar saya ke klinik Lereng bukit, tetapi saya boleh menaiki motosikal itu. Peralatan di dalam bilik adalah yang paling canggih yang pernah saya lihat untuk melindungi ekologi dan tidak memberi makan monyet liar."

"Les points négatifs : cet établissement est situé dans le sud de l'île et il n'y a rien à proximité ( pas de commerces) Si vous n'avez pas de moyen de transport vous serez vite limité. La plupart du personnel ne parle pas un mot d'anglais ce qui pose problème lors de réclamations ou de la commande des repas. La responsable est très expéditive et pas très avenante avec une attitude militaire. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas fourni et rous les jours pareils. Le prix du logement est assez cher pour les prestations fournies. Beaucoup de familles bohèmes= aucune tranquillité à la piscine ou au restaurant. Les points positifs : situé en pleine nature avec une très belle plage et un coucher de soleil à couper le souffle. Très bons repas au restaurant. Joli hôtel et belle piscine."

"Besser geht es nicht!! Ich war schon häufig in Koh Lanta und habe noch niemals einen derart wundervollen Ort gesehen! Die Inhaber des Hotels kümmern sich um ausnahmslos alles und man bekommt viele Tipps, Tricks, kostenlose Früchte und vieles mehr. Die komplette Anlage ist perfekt gepflegt und könnte nicht sauberer sein, alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit in jeder Hinsicht und das Hotel befindet sich an einem der ruhigsten Orte auf Koh Lanta, obwohl es sehr zentral liegt. Wir könnten einen Ort nicht mehr empfehlen ❤️"

"The reviews giving this place give stars as their favorite place are a bit overzealous. The views are definitely spectacular but the deficits aren't lacking. The pros do not justify this hotel; simply that ko lanta is a great destination. Keep in mind: there is no lotion nor conditioner here: curly hair, especially type 4, will suffer. The is no washcloth, phone in the rooms, nor hot tub. Wifi is guarded more than the nuclear football, rooms are certainly worn, there are no USB outlets. For couples: there are definitely young kids here who will never remember the trip, so you may hear crying during breakfast or when trying to get a massage. The maids are neglectful at replacing room amenities, the safe is broken and this place is not vegan friendly. They served me egg in the first dish ordered after recommending I simply let their restaurant know. I did not get the impression that they really understand how to handle dietary needs. The restaurant is awfully overpriced and the food is okay if you even trust the restaurant. Breakfast I stuck to fruit only... I had to go into town for food; Drunken Sailor tasted amazing. Staff friendliness could use improvement. They could at least try to hide their disdain for tourists better. This is expressed with body language and also verbally as we were told false information more than once, when greetings don't even preface with a hello and when staff prioritize chatting with each other rather than assisting a guest. When I asked for Sfiff's name, since nobody wears name badges nor introduces themselves.. to properly greet her. She acted like I was asking for her first born son! They conveniently don't mention that due to Ramadan, there's closed shops and you have to rent a bike to reach the nearest one. That would have saved an hour of time. If you opt in to the hotel taxi service, it will take 3 hours to reach the hotel at 3,000 baht one way. No food or water after a long flight and travel were provided, so please get it from the airport. Google ”Mun Lanta” taxi for 2200 baht taxi via Whatsapp, where they also provide food and water. Furthermore, the system to rent a motorbike is convoluted as you will incur late fees if not returned in time. Why not simply charge for the actual time instead of playing games with late fees and guesstimating return time? This hotel is far overpriced. Get something for half the price, rent a motorbike in town to access better restaurants and the same street. That's my STRONG recommendation."

"Everything is perfect 🤩. From the first day we realized how we got lucky to book this hotel. They have amazing stuff, nice environment and delicious food. Rooms are very clean and cosy . If you want to organize trips to some island just ask in front of desk , they have so many nice options and the prices are cheaper than some other places. In the restaurant they don't have alcohol but for me it was ok . Close to hotel there are many nice restaurants and bars , if you are looking some fancy places ❤️. I already missed this place and all the people who are working there. Definitely gonna visit one more time 🤗."

"Friendly staff, manager seemed was a bit too commercial for our taste, the resort has beautiful views, the local town is small but has a 7-11 and a few restaurants, the why not bar nearby with a daily fire show was fun. The busier parts of the island can be quite hard to reach, especially if you need to go back in the evening it will cost you. A good place for a quiet calm getaway with not much to do but relax and enjoy the nature. Some rooms have a private terrac with hammock which was very nice."
