PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is ideally situated near the airport, so very convenient for those who have a short stay in Bankok. They also have an hourly pick-up and drop off service at the airport. Nice variety of food offered at the restaurants. All the staff members were very helpful, friendly and polite. I enjoyed my short stay at the hotel and would recommend it to others.

TTotoroooVery cute and convenient for 1-2 nights stay. I got to check in earlier, right before 13! I only stayed one night to be close to Mega Bangna for shopping 🤓 the room is really cute and spacious, and cafe is amazing! Loved the matcha and the breakfast set! However, there’s nothing around the hotel and also I had issues with mosquitoes in the room. Couldn’t sleep well at all unfortunately 😔 got bitten 4 times. But for the price and cafe, I’d come back. Just make sure you get a proper room with no mosquitoes!

PPengguna TetamuWe had a day in between our flight to Bangkok and our connecting flight home and this was the perfect rest break before a 13 hour flight! It is a little on the pricier side but the room was large and the bed was super comfy. The hotel had everything we needed and the pool was great. The gym had excellent equipment and the steam rooms and saunas were a nice touch although they were separated by gender which was a little disappointing for aus a mixed gender group.
The staff were friendly and check in was easy.
The walk to the airport is super quick and there are some excellent restaurants before security that we went to instead of the hotel. There’s also a 7-eleven at the airport for Anthony else you need.

GGan Yung ChyanI choose to stay at Miracle Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel again as this will be my last time statying here before Thailand imposed tourism tax of 9 Dollars and raised international departure tax from June 2026.
The rooftop area of Miracle Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel is the best place to see the famous sun rise of Bangkok, cyclists riding and rare planes preparing to take off and take off. However, there is heat haze if photographers try to shoot photos of planes approaching the runway to depart from the airport.
I am happy to view rare planes taking off from Suvarnabhumi Airport such as World2fly A330-300, Starlux Airlines A350-1000 and Turkmenistan Airlines B777-200 at Miracle.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is conveniently located just 10 mins away from the airport. The room was basic with nothing fancy, but simple improvements would have a great impact. For example, providing some hand soap for the rooms would be so easy. The hotel has a pool but I didn’t get to use it since it only opens at 10 AM. There is a pool and foosball table in the breakfast room for some entertainment. If you need a simple room for one night before or after a flight, this’ll work.

I arrived past midnight after a late flight, and thankfully there was still a receptionist on duty. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated.
The room was huge, and I got a corner room, which was a plus. There was also a terrace attached to the room, which could have been nice, but unfortunately it wasn’t well maintained. It was dusty and used as a space for the outdoor air-conditioning units. You can still access it, but it didn’t feel comfortable to use. However, the floor was dusty, and overall cleanliness was just okay. The hotel feels quite old, and because it was very quiet, it felt a bit eerie at night.
Breakfast wasn’t great and honestly quite forgettable. At the restaurant, one of the male staff members didn’t seem to understand what we were saying and ended up ignoring us completely without even a greeting, which felt awkward.
On the bright side, there’s a minimarket right next door, so it’s very easy to buy anything you need. The hotel is also pretty close to the airport around 21 minutes at night. Getting into the city takes about an hour, and a ride to Pratunam / Platinum Mall costs around 400–500 THB via Bolt.
Overall, good location near the airport and nice reception staff, but cleanliness, breakfast, and restaurant service could be improved.

PPengguna TetamuStayed here for one night because it’s very close to the airport — and for that purpose it works perfectly. Check-in was easy and convenient after a late arrival.
However, it’s quite loud. You can clearly hear planes and general outside noise, so it’s not somewhere I’d choose for a longer or relaxing stay.
Overall: good for a quick overnight stop before/after a flight, but not ideal if you want proper rest or comfort for multiple nights.

PPengguna TetamuThe room was very dirty. The sheets were stained and had clearly not been changed since the previous guest. I found a dead bedbug on the mattress. The nighttime front desk staff was very rude.
The only nice thing about this place is the location, as it’s very close to the airport. However, it is also directly beside a highway and is very noisy at night. Don’t stay if you’re a light sleeper or bring earplugs.

EEdwinTOverall it matches the low price point, location is the best convenient ride from Suvarnabhumi airport… however expect disturbances at nights with constant movement of guests. Appreciate the aircon and locker provided in the room but the stench of smoke and incessant chatter kept me awake most of the night (apparently, guests were smoking in/nearby the room).
