Hotel berhampiran Muzium KruKung, Klaeng

The room we get is very nice and huge has 2 bathrooms. The beach is also very beautiful with a lot of lovely peacocks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Actually we want to relax here as I read a lot of reviews many people say the island was very beautiful and quiet not busy but we had such bad luck. The other group makes noise all the time too loud. Staff apologies about it. I like everything here since I took the boat until I went back. Accept at that time I went too busy and annoyed very much.

Such a wonderful stay! I would stay here again for sure! We had breakfast and dinner everyday here. It was the perfect location for lazy days by the sea. We walked along the beach almost everyday and had some of the most beautiful sunsets as well! The staff were so kind and caring, always checking on us. Even though the waters were a little rough at times, we got some swimming in! Highly recommended!

This is honestly one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. All the staff, from the parking attendants to the receptionists, to the restaurant and room service people, were really kind and polite. They would greet us every time we walked by and would help us without us needing to ask. The facilities were superb and the breakfast is top notch. We can’t wait to come back here. ❤️

This is my go to hotel when I'm in this area of Thailand. The location is perfect for the beach and all amenities and close to lots of fabulous restaurants. The staff have always been kind and friendly and answer any questions you may have. The rooms are spacious, clean and of a high standard. I will definitely be staying there again when I am in the area.

Although we booked a twin room, this room type was fully booked for some reasons and they offered a king room. As a result I was unable to sleep well… the garden room should be named more or less the parking and main road room… the hotel WIFI is totally pathetic and you will need your own 5G to stay comfortably… Having said that, breakfast was affordable (they had this buy one and get one free deal) and very nice. The pools were great and my kids totally loved them. The hotel is very family friendly! I hope things will get better soon as we would like to come back again soon.

Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ (3/5) We recently stayed here for a short family trip. While the hotel has some fantastic features for families, there were a few significant hiccups during our stay. The Highlights • Enormous Space: The grounds are undeniably huge. There is plenty of room for children to run around and burn off energy, which we really appreciated. • Breakfast: The spread lives up to the Marriott standard with a wide variety of choices. We opted to eat at the hotel for convenience so we could jump straight into the pool afterward. • Family Friendly: It feels like a solid family hotel with a massive main pool area and a dedicated Kids Club. The Drawbacks • Kids Club Fees: Be aware that most activities at the Kids Club come with an extra charge, so they aren't ”free” perks of the stay. • Maintenance & Weather: During a heavy rainstorm, the electricity cut off, and we noticed water dripping inside the building. The property is starting to show its age in these moments. ⚠️ Safety Warning for Parents If you are traveling with small children, please be extremely careful at the pool next to the Kids Club. While wading with my baby, I stepped on a broken tile or sharp grout at the foot of the pool which resulted in a large, deep cut on my toe. It was a painful injury that fortunately didn't require stitches, but it is a major safety concern for anyone with little ones. Summary: A good choice for a family getaway due to the size and facilities, but the hotel needs to urgently address pool maintenance and room leaks.

Мы неделю отдыхали в этом отеле, брали номер делюкс. Сначала дали номер на первом этаже рядом со входом-там был очень сильный запах плесени и мимо нас, когда сидели на балконе, все время ходили другие отдыхающие…. После первой ночи попросили поменять-тут же нашу просьбу исполнили и дали чудный номер на втором этаже( всего их 3, есть лифт), номер был больше и без посторонних запахов. Дальше все было чудно-хорошие завтраки, чудный бассейн и тренажерный зал, пение птиц, много зелени на ухоженной территории, чистота в номере, удивительно только, что не было фена… Море через дорогу, народу на пляже нет, одни отдыхали. Тишина и спокойствие. Брали байк, ездили в национальный парк, в другие деревни, там тоже отличные пляжи и дешевые фрукты. Я бы сюда вернулась с внучкой. Отель для тихого и размеренного отдыха

The sea is very beautiful with clear and clean water, perfect for swimming and relaxing by the beach. The accommodation is quiet, clean, and peaceful, making it easy to rest and enjoy nature. Breakfast is delicious and the staff are kind, friendly, and always helpful. This place is perfect for anyone who wants to relax, slow down, and enjoy a calm holiday by the sea.

This hotel was in a great location, great service and awesome atmosphere! We even booked another night. The hotel has two swimming pools, a decent restaurant as well as beach access. They also offer scooter rentals, as the hotel is located far from any major areas of civilisation(closest 7/11 is about 4kms away), a scooter is very useful to get around and affordable. A word or caution though: The entire coastline on arrival was filthy, and we thought it was to be the case for the whole holiday, while the hotel made efforts to clear trash washing ashore it's kind of futile because there's so much in the water. This isn't the hotels fault and I'm led to believe it's a huge issue on this coast line. However, I am very happy to say on day 2 the water cleared up completely and was as clear as the ocean around Ko Samet! Overall this hotel is a great choice for a few days of quiet beach relaxation. We took a bus from Bangkok to ban phe then got a grab ( I never had issues using grab here or finding a car, as other travellers warned me would be the case) One day I will return!

The hotel is a bit dated, but rooms are clean and recently renovated. Breakfast was underwhelming but had the essentials. Don’t expect to be blown away by the service they aren’t a big commercial hospitality company with trained staff. Overall im satisfied with the stay.
