"Me hospedei aqui única e exclusivamente por conta do Festival das Lanternas e pela proximidade do hotel com o ponto de partida do transporte do festival, e nesse sentido o hotel foi nota 6 de 10. Infelizmente não permitiram o check in antecipado para mim, porém eu vi pessoas chegando 10 minutos após minha chegada e serem autorizados a irem ao quarto. No mais o hotel fica fora da zona turística, numa parte residencial e afastada do centro. Existem poucas barracas de comida Local porém as pessoas não falam inglês, mas tem um 7 eleven a poucos metros da hospedagem que garante a facilidade de comprar um café da manhã ou outra refeição. Estamos a 6 quilômetros da Old City e todo deslocamento é preciso usar App Grab(UBER)"

"Pros -free teatime meak (fruits) -only once per room no matter how long you stayed. -free shutter to airport ( we stayed 5 nights so the hotel provided a free shutter to airport). - Night market next to the hotel ( Anusarn Market) - Nice room deco and receptions -Include breakfast for room booking - motorbike rental nearby Cont -No sound proof ( can hear clearly what next room was talking) if you dont mind then okay to stay Add on: 1. accident happened to our room, air con water leakage ( heavy leakage ) after told reception then they repaired it immediately 2. Flood in our room when raining ( water goes inside room and caused to floor wet and wet alot)"

"The hotel has a great location, very close to Central Chiangmai. They also provide a free golf cart shuttle service to Central and Green Park, which is very convenient. The room is new, spacious, and clean, with a comfortable bed. The staff are very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The hotel does not have an on-site restaurant, so breakfast is provided as a breakfast box. The food is adequate but not particularly impressive. Other than the breakfast, everything else was excellent. I would definitely stay here again."

"Very nice apartment style hotel, with microwave and refrigerator/freezer, TV, dining table, 2 chairs and balcony in the room. We have stayed here before and decided to return when we came back to Chiang Mai. In the first room that we were given, the AC wasn't working very well and the room stayed warm. The owner came by to take a look and moved us to another room which we appreciated. Very good value and has most of the amenities you need. The rooms are also very clean. It is located next to a mall and is about 20 mins drive from Chiang Mai old city. Service is also very good, the housekeeping staff is very fast, efficient and polite."

"Отличный отель за свои деньги! Я не знаю, почему они не используют свои реальные фотографии - в профиле только невнятные фото кровати. Но на самом деле номера достаточно просторные, есть гардероб и мини-холодильник, рабочий стол и даже балкон. Собственная ванная. В номере были мелочи, которые часто отсутствуют в бюджетных отелях - полотенца и мусорное ведро. Каждое утро приносили мыло, шампунь, бумагу и пару бутылок питьевой воды. Очень чисто и симпатичная довольно новая отделка. Локация отличная, если вам не нужен туристический центр - прямо напротив 7-11, классные кофейни и стритфудные ларьки с шашлычками, рисом и фруктами, в пешей доступности Tops и Big C. Внизу есть бойлер с горячей водой. Единственный минус - звукоизоляция. Если кто-то решает поговорить по телефону в коридоре, вы это слышите. Но из соседних комнат уже не слышно. Кондиционер тоже шумный, нам повезло что было прохладно. Девушки на ресепшене почти не говорят по-английски, но это стандарт для тайских недорогих отелей, так что переводчик в помощь."
