Hotel berhampiran Tuek Com, Khon Kaen

We enjoyed our short stay and found the hotel to be in a great location with very nice facilities overall. There were only a few minor areas where we felt improvements could be made. At the Chinese restaurant, while the waitress was friendly and polite, the service could have been more attentive—for example, by checking on the table more regularly and clearing empty plates. The restaurant was not busy at the time of our reservation, with only three tables occupied, so this seemed manageable. The reception staff were also pleasant; however, there was some confusion regarding our late check‑out. Our booking through Trip.com included late check‑out until 2:00 pm yet were told at the beginning that we could have late checked out (we stayed at 1117 and 1122 between April 18-19). So i had to show our booking confirmation , however we were told that since they have the next reservations, the hotel told us that only one of our two rooms could have this benefit. Given that the hotel was not busy that day—and we were informed by staff that occupancy had been low since Songkran—we were a bit surprised. In the end, one room was approved for late check‑out until 2:00 pm and the other until 1:00 pm. While the difference was minimal, we felt that, under the circumstances, both rooms could have been accommodated as per the booking entitlement. What our children enjoyed most was the wonderful staff member on duty at the club lounge. She was consistently warm, smiling, and welcoming throughout our stay, and very kind even when our three children were a bit noisy. I want to acknowledge her for her great hospitality, and want to express our big thank you to her for taking such great care of our family—it truly made our stay more enjoyable in such a short period of time. We will sure come back and hopefully our feedback could be taking into consideration. Thanks :)

The service from the very first step to the last second of my stay at the hotel was the best I have ever experienced in Khon Kaen. The room was clean, the staff were polite, and the care provided was very impressive. It's in the TOP 10 in Khon Kaen.

Overall, the service was good, but the coordination along staff was unclear. I had already communicated my request to different receptionist and repeatedly confirmed that this service could definitely be provided(delivery). However, on the morning when I actually needed the assistance, I was suddenly informed that it could not help and she was inconvenient. This was extremely last minute , caused me to waste time, and almost made me miss my flight.

Cleaning and hotel room is good. And room area is very large. It suitable for business travel who dont want fancy facility. The only one thing that i dont like is there are not tooth plaste and tooth brush set in restroom they requst 20 bath for one set. I think I should be free when I requst . Food and breakfast is very good and hotel staff service is focus on there job verywell.

GThe swimming pool is clean and beautiful. The beds are comfortable, the pillows are soft, the bathrooms are clean, and the breakfast is good with a variety of options.

Good location, within 20 mins walking to Central Shopping centre. Nightclub next door but this did not keep me awake. Staff were friendly.

Good value for money, friendly staff and quiet location. Hot water, with morning tea and coffee making facilities in the foyer along with toast and jam - a nice touch

This was a stopover for us and absolutely met all of our criteria. Great parking next to the cottage. Clean and spacious cottage with very comfy bed. Very tricky to find as Google wanted to take us to another Greenview resort in Maha Sarakam so spent 30 minutes finding the resort. Dog friendly. TV was hard to get going (and there is nothing else to do at the resort)...in fact we were told the entire TV system resort wide was broken (which wasn't the case but you have to go through the Source option to align with the minix box). For food...you have to use Grab who will deliver direct to your cottage. All in a very pleasant stay and I would use as a stopover or for the nearby golf course in the future for sure.
