My Wonderful Stay at Yuu Hotel & Cafe, Ubon Ratchathani I recently had the pleasure of staying at Yuu Hotel & Cafe in Ubon Ratchathani, and it truly exceeded my expectations! This stylish boutique hotel, with its charming French-colonial-inspired decor, is perfectly located in the heart of the city. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was incredibly smooth and efficient. The staff were warm, friendly, and super quick, making me feel welcome right away. They even greeted me with a complimentary welcome drink—a refreshing choice of matoom tea or Chinese tea—which was a lovely touch after the journey. My room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly (nice and cool!), and all the essentials were provided: fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and a hairdryer. What impressed me most was the thoughtful universal power plugs along with both USB-A and USB-C ports right by the bed—perfect for charging all my devices without needing adapters. Breakfast was another highlight! You get to choose one main dish from a variety of options (Thai and Western), and there's a generous buffet line with yogurt, cereals, salads, fresh fruits, bread, patongo (Thai-style doughnuts), coffee, cocoa, and more. Everything was fresh and delicious. Downstairs, the hotel's own restaurant and cafe is fantastic. Upon check-in, I received a free mocktail voucher, and the food was really tasty. The live music in the evenings was beautiful and added such a nice vibe. One of the best perks? The hotel offers free bicycles for guests to borrow—great for exploring the nearby night market or city park. But the absolute standout moment was at the lobby cafe. The staff there are incredibly kind and attentive. I pre-ordered a cake in advance and asked if they could decorate the plate like a birthday cake. Not only did they happily do it, but they went above and beyond to make it special. The service was so heartwarming and made my stay truly memorable! Overall, Yuu Hotel & Cafe is a perfect blend of comfort, style, and genuine hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ubon Ratchathani—whether for business or leisure. I'll definitely be back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Centara Ubon and are extremely satisfied with every aspect of our experience. Everything was fantastic from beginning to end. The breakfast is truly top-class and offers everything one could wish for – a great selection of quality cheeses, fresh and delicious fruits, excellent coffee, and a wide variety of international dishes, while still offering authentic local food for Thai guests. The bed is without a doubt the best I have ever slept in, providing exceptional comfort and rest. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and professional at the same time, which really makes a difference and leaves a lasting impression. The swimming pool and bar area are beautiful and very relaxing. Although the hotel is located a bit outside the city center, it is ideal if you have a car. It is conveniently close to Central Plaza shopping mall and also near the airport. Whenever I am in Ubon, I would happily return to Centara Ubon. Thank you for your highly professional service. The hotel is in a quiet street far from trouble. Within 100 Bath you rich ”every” point in Ubon. Restaurants and Big C shopping mall you will reach soon. Maybe 500m. We booked a Suite because that is for my understanding a very high room level. The presentation on the Internet was far from reality. A noGo was the sofa in the room. It was broken and waste only. A hole in the wall wasn't suite likely. We havn't really space there. If you have heavy luggage there is no elevator. If you wake up later some food was cold. I asked for heating the sausage's. The soup was good. There is a lot of space up... Maybe another room has a new sofa. For my understanding a Suite is much more, but the room rate is also not like a Suite.... This is a medium standard house. Okay but not more.

This is great budget hotel located within walking distance of many family owned restaurants 7 Elevens & markets serving street food souvenirs-there's a large mall although it's recommended that you request a taxi from the hotel staff the fare is approximately $1.75 This area isn't a tourist destination I've visited several times as this is where my finance' grow up. It's a very quiet hotel the two elevators were reliable the staff was friendly as most Thais are. The lobby always clean and there are city bikes directly out front for guest to ride around the town if you're able to. If you're visiting Ubon Ratchathani and on a budget this hotel will cost you about 25 and it's price point is unbeatable.

The staff had good service mind and they always smile and friendly. No elevator but the staff helped us to carry suitcases on the third floor so this was the first impression especially I requested adjacent rooms for family and he managed it professionally as connecting rooms for us. What I requested that the staff cared about us. The food was so good there and it was funny while I was baking my breads. I saw a piece of crumb and it was burning (smoke). So someone reminded me “ your bread burnt” but I said “ no, it was crumb😂”. About car parking, it was dark behind the hotel and I think they forgot to turn on the light at that date. If you are hungry you can drive and see restaurants around there and the hotel is quiet. The weakness is quite weak but I am patient so no problem about this. I will come back to stay here in the future. Thanks a lot for caring. ( I would like to upload pictures but unfortunately ,the system errored but if I can so I will redo it again)

This hotel is inexpensive so this rating is based on expectations and reality. It is conveniently located near the bus station and a good sized shopping center across the main street. The main attractions and airport are about 15 minutes away by motorbike or taxi. The room has all the necessities like A/C, refrigerator, bathroom, and natural light. There are washing machines and a clothes dryer here, but I would recommend going to the shopping center to the self laundromat with modern machines, coin machine, detergent for 5 baht, and many places to sit and eventually fold your clothes. Worth the cost. Full disclosure: I came in by bus, will go east for a few days by bus/van, will come back by bus/van before leaving by airplane.
