We recently stayed at Ben’s House Villa in Bangsaen and it was absolutely amazing! The house is spotless, cozy, and perfectly organized, making it feel like a home away from home. Mr. Ben is incredibly accommodating and spoiled us with his hospitality—he even volunteered to be our personal tour guide for the entire stay, showing us the best spots in Bangsaen and treating us to delicious meals outside. What truly sets Ben’s House apart is the little (and big) extras: the fridge is stocked with free Coke, ice cream, bottled water, snacks, and even brown rice—everything you could need is right there, no extra charge. Mr. Ben personally took care of me and my whole team, making sure we were comfortable and happy every day. His warmth and generosity made our trip unforgettable. If you’re looking for a clean, cozy, and welcoming place to stay in Bangsaen with a host who goes above and beyond, Ben’s House Villa is hands down the best choice. I can’t recommend it enough!

A pleasant location with a magnificent view. The pool and view deserve five stars! As for breakfast, there is a wide variety of dishes, so everyone can find something to their liking. I give a good rating for the location and service, but there are some aspects that really surprised me: Apart from the small hotel grounds, there is nowhere to walk because there is a large vacant lot nearby with lots of dogs. These dogs constantly run onto the hotel grounds and sometimes fight with each other, so it cannot be called safe... Be careful and have a nice stay!😌

Their kindness and attention to detail made me feel valued and well taken care of throughout my visit. I would also like to give special recognition to the housekeeping team. They did an excellent job every day, maintaining the room to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. Their hard work and dedication were evident and greatly appreciated. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay. The combination of a perfect location, beautiful facilities, exceptional service, and outstanding housekeeping created a truly memorable experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would not hesitate to return in the future. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and enjoyable stay. Very very good hotel, satisfied with the service.... but difficult to communicate bcz the receptionist only speaks thai language

I sleep overnight this hotel for a business trip. Check in late night and check out early morning. . Parking lots are spacious. The room is clean and spacious. The cost is friendly I stayed in this hotel already many times. In my view, the location is great, matching to my activity in the morning. This time I had a dinner at the hotel Thai restaurant. The test of the food is not impressive. In my room, sleeping over the night, I heard some noises outside; however, I could manage to sleep well. The bathroom towels looked so old. Recommend that the hotel should review about this. I will come back to stay in this hotel next business trip. I will spend more time for utilizing On-Sen or swimming pool facility (picture).

The room was fairly spacious, which we appreciated. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The room cleanliness did not fully meet expectations, particularly in the shower area, which could have been cleaner. The bathroom design was also a bit inconvenient, as the sink water pressure was quite strong and tended to splash water onto clothing while washing hands. In addition, the window screen appeared to be torn, which allowed mosquitoes to enter the room. Overall, the room size was good, but improvements in cleanliness and maintenance would make the stay much more comfortable.

No elevator I carried on the baggage and laptop upstairs of the third floor. Location is convenient near by Big C.
