JJahnaeOur first time here and we loved it. Dont need to leave the resort with all the restaurants, shops & bars lol. We loved the stay and definitely will be back 😊

CClarisa624It was helpful that they were able to accommodate connecting rooms. We were in the Havana Tower. We booked run of the house, which was a king bed in the hold tower. To upgrade to 2 beds and for connecting option it was an additional $29 fee.

PPengguna TetamuWe are not satisfied with the Front Desk Service. The staff in charge does not seem to be damiloar with group bookings and how additional group charged were arrived. Our booking consisting of four rooms was not organized thus causing a lot of confusions and miscommunications. Keycards and room assignments/charhes were interchanged. The rooms were old/ outdated

PPengguna TetamuFor being such an expensive high end hotel I did expect things to be cleaner in the hotel room. You could see the basic easy perimeter of cleaning in the bathroom especially. There were some stains on the bedding as well that instantly gave my face a look. Arrived on a Friday evening and checked out for a late departure and no one was ever in our room to restock so we had to call and ask for more towels which wasn’t that big of a deal we just had a lot of garbage in our room from the weekend and a mound of dirty towels. It was an extremely busy weekend there as we were there for volleyball tournament and everything was pretty much booked up! I think the “resort fees” were really unnecessary as we didn’t even get to do much and my kids just all walked around and people watched and paying $1000 just for the regular hotel price is enough. It was a stay to play event so we had no other options in staying elsewhere. Restaurants inside were mediocre and outrageously expensive!! I just felt like it was a money pit and that’s the only intention it had. We were on the 15th floor and did get a great view of the sunrise/sunset right around the corner from our hotel door and I think that was the only thing we actually enjoyed there.

CCarlos ManuelWell located, close to a bunch of nice restaurants. The room and the amenities were nice. The only bad thing was that we arrived one hour before the check-in time (4 pm) and they wanted to charge us ~$50 for an early check-in, so we had to hang out for an hour.

I asked for a remote remote control I received the remote control about a half hour later
And the remote control didn’t work I immediately called the from desk for a bout an hour and there was no answer

PPengguna TetamuFirst time I've stayed here, and was pleasantly surprised. Nice bar on the roof where you can enjoy the weather outside, or sit inside and watch the ball game while having a beer and a hoagie or nachos. Nothing fancy. Just good stuff. The TV and cable channels beat previous hotels I've stayed at in the area that were far more expensive. I got a good deal, and had a good time. Definitely a do over.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe young lady that works evenings is wonderful! She is very nice and very attentive. The gentlemen that work here are nice as well. The breakfast is not great at all. It’s four mini muffins in a greasy bag, given by the attendant behind the desk. The apple juice is so concentrated, you have to water it down yourself because they do not. You can see that they just wallpapered over the previous moldy wallpaper and the air conditioner is practically falling off the wall. But no bugs and pretty clean for the most part.
