Hotel berhampiran Stesen Bayfront Park, Miami

The location ís perfect to discover Miami downtown. Public trasportation is too near the hotel. Go to bayside market took me 30 minute by walking. I just hated the hotel services, the day check out, just 8am they knoked my room for asking check out time After that, around 10h30 am, they knocked my room again. What's the heck they did with customer. I migh they coul be gently.

Room: Large and spacious, well maintained and clean. Room was cleaned on a daily basis, and fresh towels given daily. We were staying next to the gym and pool area, and unfortunately it was quite noisy at time. We were happy to have a balcony, however, there was no view from it at all as it was blocked. Room was quite dark, could have done with some more light fixtures. Big TV in room, however, even though it is a smart TV, it doesn’t connect to devices. Bring a HDMI cable if you want to stream shows. Pool and gym: Larger than the images, quiet in the morning but busy around midday to afternoon. Not very many sun loungers, but pool area and pool itself was clean and there were plenty of complimentary pool towels, although they run out when it is busy. Limited facilities at the gym, just a couple of treadmills and weights. One of the treadmills was broken, but gym towels were provided, and the area feels new and clean. Staff: Front desk were always very helpful, and available. We did have to ask twice about replacing toilet roll and towels, however it was sorted, even though it was late at night. Location: Very central, walking distance to all the Brickell city centre cafes and restaurant. Close to transport links which take you around Miami from Brickell Station. Surrounding area felt safe, especially as two young women travelling. Bar located on the 24th floor has great views and a great area to work or grab a drink. Although it is part of a different hotel, staff were very happy to give us access to visit it. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Indigo, would really recommend, and it is great value for money.

Close to the Miami airport and has free shuttle service. Room is large with microwave,glasss top stove, coffee machine and large fridge , king size comfy bed and sofa. Nice swimming pool by the ponds The only problem is poor wifi and breakfast just okay.

Saya dan dua anak lelaki saya menginap di hotel yang berdekatan dengan lapangan terbang dan mempunyai perkhidmatan ulang-alik. Bilik itu bagus dan katilnya selesa. Kolam renang tidak digunakan oleh kami atau sesiapa semasa penginapan kami tetapi hotel ini menyebabkan banyak teduh di kawasan itu, ditambah dengan hujan di dalam dan di luar. Kakitangan penerimaan membantu dan perkhidmatan bilik adalah baik, walaupun beberapa kakitangan bercakap bahasa Sepanyol dan bukan bahasa Inggeris. Saya akan tinggal di sini lagi jika saya perlu tinggal berhampiran lapangan terbang. Mudah untuk memesan Uber untuk bergerak dan tidak memerlukan kos terlalu tinggi untuk menjadi kawasan popular.

It is very convenient to stay this hotel as the train, metro, Greyhound Flixbus, all around it, only 4minuts walking from Hotel to the above points, the restaurant has served very good meals, the breakfast is also good. We will stay at this hotel in the Future again.

es un buen hotel para cuando vas a miami por negocios, pero está un poco desactualizado. se siente pesado. pero las habitaciones son cómodas

Please do NOT take breakfast, limit options & taste bad. The cleaner din vacuum the floor & the bed is soft ,not suitable for people who has back problems. There is a shuttle bus from and to the airport but it is always late & passed me by. Gate 7

Review: I arrived at 7:00 AM and found no staff, no reception, and no check-in instructions. My wife and I had to wait outside until another guest happened to come out and let us in. Inside, I met someone who I thought was staff, but he was just another guest. He tried to help me contact the hotel, but no one — not even other guests — could reach the manager. There is no real lobby, just a yard. I waited three hours outside until someone finally responded. Then I was told I couldn’t check in until 3:00 PM unless I paid $100 extra. That’s way more than most hotels charge for early check-in which is about 20$. I asked for a refund so I could leave — they refused. With no choice, I left my luggage with the housekeeper (the only helpful person) and had to walk around the city with my wife for six hours before coming back. When I finally checked in, I just got a text message with a door code — no person, no welcome. The room had lots of bugs, and both of us got bitten badly overnight. There were even cockroaches in the kitchen. This is not a real hotel. It’s overpriced, poorly managed, and has no customer service. Avoid if you care about basic hospitality.

I wanted a hotel that would be close to airport in order to catch an early flight the next day and reasonably priced. I had just arrived back from cruise so I wouldn’t be able to check-in until 4pm. However, I explained my situation and they were able to accommodate me with an early check-in. However, there was an additional charge but I didn’t mind. Cruises arrived around 8 am so I was happy with getting a room to relax. Staff was very nice and professional. Front desk, bartenders and cleaning staff. I would definitely recommend this location.
