PPengguna TetamuIt’s decent. Has pool and gym which is nice. Breakfast is quite varied. Rooms are great. Reception can be a bit chaotic sometimes only have 1 staff member on. Would stay again though.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaStay was generally good overall, they allowed early check in as rooms were available when we arrived which is a plus, only thing is wifi isn’t great kept disconnecting. Overall it’s a good hotel and in a more quiet part of downtown not too far from port of Miami.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaRoom: Large and spacious, well maintained and clean. Room was cleaned on a daily basis, and fresh towels given daily. We were staying next to the gym and pool area, and unfortunately it was quite noisy at time. We were happy to have a balcony, however, there was no view from it at all as it was blocked. Room was quite dark, could have done with some more light fixtures. Big TV in room, however, even though it is a smart TV, it doesn’t connect to devices. Bring a HDMI cable if you want to stream shows.
Pool and gym: Larger than the images, quiet in the morning but busy around midday to afternoon. Not very many sun loungers, but pool area and pool itself was clean and there were plenty of complimentary pool towels, although they run out when it is busy. Limited facilities at the gym, just a couple of treadmills and weights. One of the treadmills was broken, but gym towels were provided, and the area feels new and clean.
Staff: Front desk were always very helpful, and available. We did have to ask twice about replacing toilet roll and towels, however it was sorted, even though it was late at night.
Location: Very central, walking distance to all the Brickell city centre cafes and restaurant. Close to transport links which take you around Miami from Brickell Station. Surrounding area felt safe, especially as two young women travelling.
Bar located on the 24th floor has great views and a great area to work or grab a drink. Although it is part of a different hotel, staff were very happy to give us access to visit it.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Indigo, would really recommend, and it is great value for money.

PPengguna TetamuPositive: The room was ok clean. We had a good sleep. The working desk was really nice, the wifi okish. The airport shuttle was also nice.
Negative: No coffee provided and the swimming trunks from someone before left in the bathroom. We called the reception and they told us, that someone would show up to bring coffee and remove the swimming trunk. But nothing happened. Besides of this, this hotel is not well maintained. There are holes in the gangway - It's better not to look too closely.
All in all its totally overpriced, but there are not so many option that close to the airport. 🤷♀️

Saya dan dua anak lelaki saya menginap di hotel yang berdekatan dengan lapangan terbang dan mempunyai perkhidmatan ulang-alik. Bilik itu bagus dan katilnya selesa. Kolam renang tidak digunakan oleh kami atau sesiapa semasa penginapan kami tetapi hotel ini menyebabkan banyak teduh di kawasan itu, ditambah dengan hujan di dalam dan di luar. Kakitangan penerimaan membantu dan perkhidmatan bilik adalah baik, walaupun beberapa kakitangan bercakap bahasa Sepanyol dan bukan bahasa Inggeris. Saya akan tinggal di sini lagi jika saya perlu tinggal berhampiran lapangan terbang. Mudah untuk memesan Uber untuk bergerak dan tidak memerlukan kos terlalu tinggi untuk menjadi kawasan popular.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, but it actually takes a 20-minute detour by car to get there. It's not easy to find because they changed their name to Holiday Inn Express without any clear notification.
Breakfast:
The breakfast area was under renovation, so breakfast had to be taken in the lobby area between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM on the first day, then it changed to 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM without any notice. The breakfast options were limited: eggs, steak-like items that resembled cardboard, milk cartons, juice, coffee, and bread.
Dining Options:
There are no dining options at the hotel. You have to take an Uber or use Uber Eats to get food, as there are no nearby restaurants, just other hotels. The ongoing renovations meant no restaurant or bar was available on-site.
Rooms:
The rooms are spacious and I loved the sitting area. There are two TVs in the room, and the bathroom is perfect. However, like many American hotels, there were no toothbrush options and no hand showers.
Staff:
The staff were very professional and kind. I appreciated not having to present a credit card since everything was paid online.
Wi-Fi:
The Wi-Fi was good, but you have to re-enter the code every day.
Overall, the Cambria Hotel (now Holiday Inn Express) has its advantages, especially with room size and staff professionalism, but there are significant inconveniences due to the renovations and lack of dining options.

PPengguna TetamuFor the price of this hotel, it is in an excellent location and is very clean. During our stay, there were lots of things that weren’t working or were broken in the hotel, including the key card machine, so we were only given 1 key card for a room for 3 people. In our room, the bathroom door handle had been ripped off on the inside before we got there and one of our friends got locked inside with no way out. She tried multiple times on multiple numbers for the hotel/front desk and not a single one worked. They were either in Spanish and hung up immediately or were disconnected. Luckily she was able to get in touch with us to come and let her out (she was in the room alone) but that meant travelling back to the hotel from another location. We were told by the front desk after this incident that they would come and fix the door but they never did. The washing machines were also broken so we were only given 2 towels every few days between 3 people. If there hadn’t been so many things broken, it would have been a decent stay.

I arrived at 7:00 AM and found no staff, no reception, and no check-in instructions. My wife and I had to wait outside until another guest happened to come out and let us in. Inside, I met someone who I thought was staff, but he was just another guest. He tried to help me contact the hotel, but no one — not even other guests — could reach the manager.
There is no real lobby, just a yard. I waited three hours outside until someone finally responded. Then I was told I couldn’t check in until 3:00 PM unless I paid $100 extra. That’s way more than most hotels charge for early check-in which is about 20$. I asked for a refund so I could leave — they refused.
With no choice, I left my luggage with the housekeeper (the only helpful person) and had to walk around the city with my wife for six hours before coming back.
When I finally checked in, I just got a text message with a door code — no person, no welcome. The room had lots of bugs, and both of us got bitten badly overnight. There were even cockroaches in the kitchen.
This is not a real hotel. It’s overpriced, poorly managed, and has no customer service. Avoid if you care about basic hospitality.

PPengguna TetamuI wanted a hotel that would be close to airport in order to catch an early flight the next day and reasonably priced. I had just arrived back from cruise so I wouldn’t be able to check-in until 4pm. However, I explained my situation and they were able to accommodate me with an early check-in. However, there was an additional charge but I didn’t mind. Cruises arrived around 8 am so I was happy with getting a room to relax. Staff was very nice and professional. Front desk, bartenders and cleaning staff. I would definitely recommend this location.
