Hotel berhampiran Pusat Bandar Spokane, Spokane

Fantastic stay - reception staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Rooms were clean, spacious and the beds/pillows were comfortable. Shower had strong hot water flow. Plenty of facilities in the hotel (24/7 gym, pool, washer dryer, ice machine), free parking and delicious free breakfast.

Tony was a wonderful front-end for us, family if 4 who drove a long way from Livingston, MT and we were exhausted after such a long travel. She upgraded us without even showing i was a premiere marriot bonvoy. I think she provided such a warm welcome for us that was a perfect advertisment for a city, spokane, that eas otherwise just thought as an intermediate step on the way to seattle. Wr are thinking about coming back. L

Saya suka perkhidmatannya. Orang yang bekerja di sana, jujur dan mesra. Mereka juga mempunyai pengetahuan dan cadangan yang hebat tentang tempat terbaik yang boleh saya ambil makanan dan servis kereta saya. Ia adalah hotel yang selesa dan cantik. Saya juga menikmati TV internet mereka.

Front desk at reception was exceptionally accommodating. When I arrived I needed help finding a restaurant where I could get dinner take-out. Lee, the manager, pulled up a restaurant he recommended and helped me order dinner. When I inquired about the availability of breakfast before my early a.m. departure to the airport he left breakfast for me at the reception desk. Thank you Lee for your care and friendly service - you are clearly a special man! Room was clean and recently renovated so it was very pleasant. One recommendation - shower floor was very slippery. Could add something to the floor to give a more secure shower experience.

房間很乾凈，酒店提供免費的早餐，花樣不是很多，雞蛋培根早餐香腸，三明治麵包，酸奶，水果，果汁，但是營養充足，任食管夠。24小時免費提供咖啡和茶水，還提供打印服務，頭5頁紙免費。樓道裏有免費的冰塊機。除了住宿之外，這些附加的早餐飲水服務非常實用。室內的平板電視可以看衛星電視，雖然節目不少，但是廣告很多。不如自己帶一根HDMI線，連上電腦自己上網找視頻觀看。衛生間很乾凈，熱水充足。總之，住得相當舒適。住過若干城市的Best Western, 印象都不錯。

超出預期的好

The room is clean and spacious. The breakfast area is spacious with good variety of food items making it a great dining experience. The staff is super friendly and helpful. A 20-minute detour from I-90 is well worth it for a great stay with good value. Definitely my favourite hotel in spokane area.

Quite close to the Spokane Airport. Helpful free shuttle btw Airport and hotel.

Good for family stay. Had stayed for the night so didn’t get chance to use the pool. The facility seems to be amazing, will try next time in

This hotel is not in the best location a lot of undesirables and drug ******* in the area  The front door looked like someone had tried to kick it down at some point  No large towels were provided only hand towel size . Lots of hairs in bed Toilet did not flush properly  Bed was comfortable, fridge and microwave provided were both clean  Wifi worked ok and lady on reception was nice .
