Hotel berhampiran Arboretum John A. Finch, Spokane

酒店整體是個很漂亮的城堡式建築，坐落在一個小高台上，晚上看周圍的夜景非常漂亮。酒店工作人員熱情，早餐豐富。房間面積很不錯，乾淨整潔。大堂裏還有一台老式遊戲機，孩子很喜歡玩。

Room was nice and clean. Friendly staff. Location was Great! Walking distance to River Park, mall/shopping and restaurants. Overall, great experience!

Tony was a wonderful front-end for us, family if 4 who drove a long way from Livingston, MT and we were exhausted after such a long travel. She upgraded us without even showing i was a premiere marriot bonvoy. I think she provided such a warm welcome for us that was a perfect advertisment for a city, spokane, that eas otherwise just thought as an intermediate step on the way to seattle. Wr are thinking about coming back. L

房間很乾凈，酒店提供免費的早餐，花樣不是很多，雞蛋培根早餐香腸，三明治麵包，酸奶，水果，果汁，但是營養充足，任食管夠。24小時免費提供咖啡和茶水，還提供打印服務，頭5頁紙免費。樓道裏有免費的冰塊機。除了住宿之外，這些附加的早餐飲水服務非常實用。室內的平板電視可以看衛星電視，雖然節目不少，但是廣告很多。不如自己帶一根HDMI線，連上電腦自己上網找視頻觀看。衛生間很乾凈，熱水充足。總之，住得相當舒適。住過若干城市的Best Western, 印象都不錯。

Stayed here after a late flight before heading west. It was comfortable. The only issue is, it's right across the street from the hospital, so the helicopter is flying in and out all night.

Love this hotel. It is no frills, but they accept dogs, have a great staff, it is clean and is in a great part of town. There is not a ton of parking, but they do have some spots inside their area.

Quite close to the Spokane Airport. Helpful free shuttle btw Airport and hotel.

The front desk staff here is exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay very pleasant. The room is spacious enough, with everything in good working order.

Good for family stay. Had stayed for the night so didn’t get chance to use the pool. The facility seems to be amazing, will try next time in

This hotel is not in the best location a lot of undesirables and drug ******* in the area  The front door looked like someone had tried to kick it down at some point  No large towels were provided only hand towel size . Lots of hairs in bed Toilet did not flush properly  Bed was comfortable, fridge and microwave provided were both clean  Wifi worked ok and lady on reception was nice .
