PPengguna TetamuSuch a lovely place! Love the fire pit near the reception. I stayed around Christmas and the whole property was in a Christmas mood, felt really cosy. Staff was friendly. Rooms were big and clean. Really convenient that there was free parking available! Restaurant was also good.

嘟嘟嘟是一隻可愛小兔兔在snowbowl滑雪前來住一晚，家庭客很多，房間有微波爐，適合滑雪度假住。房間好像統一都是含早的，味道不錯，已經預訂了第二次。

CCourtneyThe room itself was very modern, neat and tidy. They provided bottled water for the coffee machine but not enough creamer/coffee pods to last me through the morning. Food is good but very, very expensive. Service at the bars/restaurants is slow, and again, very expensive. The odds at the ****** suck. As in, don't plan on being able to play slots for long,bc payouts/bonuses are lowsy. I encountered 3 other couples/people riding the elevator at the same time as me (Fri and Sat), and both sports bars were low energy for a weekend. Which made me think this hotel isn't doing well.

CCruzn56chevyWe stay at Tru hotels often and love them for what we need. This stay was nice, clean, and modern. Breakfast was good and fresh for a free hotel breakfast.
I didn’t give this stay all 5s because charging guests to park their car feels like an unnecessary money grab. We already paid more to stay at this hotel, even though there were less expensive options in the area.

PPengguna TetamuThe accommodation was simple but very clean. Slightly off the main road so quiet in my room. Good bathroom. Furniture a bit dated. Bed v comfortable. A/c works well. Fridge and microwave v useful. Laundry on site cheap.
Easy walking distance to rail station and down town
Area felt safe.
Staff helpful when asked things.

PPengguna TetamuI did not know that the entire hotel was pet-friendly or I would not have stayed there due to my allergies. It was not clearly posted online. I did not know there was a $150 hotel deposit when I arrived. I had already paid the room before I got there. The location was a bit overwhelming as the hotel is behind a gas station, bar, and fast food drive through. The hotel was partially under construction and part of the parking lot was closed. This made it challenging for customers to find parking. The room itself was clean, new and spacious. I did not know breakfast was not included even though there was coffee in the lobby.

JJuliet redulaThe place was located close to the downtown. It’s clean and we like that the rooms do not have carpet. Only thing we would like to comment was the breakfast, it was just coffee, juice, oatmeal and toast. We were hoping for at least eggs and/or sausage.

PPengguna TetamuThe service was great. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has a bar on the east side that appeals to some really loud and obnoxious people. They were drunk and yelling in the street all night long. We slept very little for the entire stay. On top of that, the hot water went out during the first night, and th temperature was in the teens. The staff did give us a credit for that, but it didn't help enough to make me want to return there ever again.

The happiest thing for us as a group of three is that the manager assigned a room (with 2 beds) that includes a smaller room (with 1 bed) so that the three of us can have one's own bed. This is better than 3 people on 2 beds as all the other hotels/motels would treat us. The air conditioner, though, is noisy because of the age. Since the temperature is not hot in early August, we can do without air conditioning.
