PPengguna TetamuI had a very pleasant stay at the Hilton Washington. The bed is very comfortable with high-quality bedding, which made for a great night’s sleep. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The gym is spacious and well equipped; although some of the equipment is a bit outdated, it still works well and gets the job done. Overall, a very nice hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

PPengguna TetamuOur recent stay at the Residence Inn Washington, DC National Mall was fantastic for our group of 6! The One Bedroom Two Queen Suite with Sofa Bed provided plenty of space for everyone to stay comfortably. The suite was perfectly sized with two queen beds in the separate bedroom and a queen-sized sofa bed in the living area. The spacious layout allowed all six of us to move around comfortably without feeling cramped, especially with the separate living and sleeping areas. Location: 5/5 - Prime spot near the National Mall Cleanliness: 5/5 - Everything was spotless and well-maintained Service: 5/5 - Staff was accommodating Facilities: 5/5 - All amenities exceeded expectations The suite proved to be an ideal choice for our group of 6. The queen-sized beds, including the sofa bed, provided comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone. The living area offered enough space for us to gather and socialize, making it a perfect base for our DC adventure. For anyone traveling with a group of 6, I can confidently say this suite configuration works great, offering both comfort and convenience in an excellent location.

PPengguna TetamuGood hotel. The location was ideal for us, a walk away from a lot of the tourist attractions. There was a lot of homeless and I wouldnt have liked to have been out late We choose the hotel because of the outdoor pool. We managed to get in it but it is very small (6 people is a squish). Comfy bed. The breakfast was good. There were queues but the signs tell you when the quieter times are - so we were fine. I would stay again

TThisanThe room didn't have a bathtub. The room was big and seemed clean. I wish they'd give us more stuff. There wasn't even a bottle of water (wonder if that's how it is everywhere in the US?) The lights were kinda dim at night, and it could use some more. The breakfast was yummy! I love that there were convenient stores like Walgreens and CVS very close by, and they're open until 11 pm.

PPengguna TetamuI did not have the pleasure of using the facilities however, I must commend the staff for always being helpful and friendly throughout my stay. I would recommend that the staff be advised on a contingency plan or when there are power cuts in the area to mitigate any discomfort and inconvenience experienced by guests. Unfortunately during my stay at the hotel, the power went out from 4am till the time I checked out at 2pm. It would have been a nice gesture to offer bottled water, discounted rates, coupons or some type of assistance to the guests who were at the hotel to ameliorate the unpleasant situation of being without power for such a long time. Other than that, I think the hotel is in a good location and is easily accessible depending on your needs in DC.

TTrip saverThey provided us with a handicap room without informing us upon checking in. As the rooms had all the required facilities like hand rails etc. the mattress is also sinking especially on the left side not the Marriott standard. We had prepaid the room for 4 pax but only provide 3 pax bath towels, request the 4th pax bath towel after checking in, need to request again after we came back late night for the shower. The location is nearby the metro station.

VVC TravelsI’m pleased to say that everything was good and met expectations. Very well located. The friendly and accommodating staff were very helpful and genuinely dedicated. Well equipped fitness. Pricey breakfast and not too big, but certainly tasty. The room was clean, modern and elegantly decorated. There is a smart TV. Multiple charging outlets were available. There was a mini fridge and amenities were available upon request. Very handy information sheet provided upon check-in. I was able to store my luggage for some time before my departure. I was charged incorrectly, but this was promptly corrected. This is hotel is one of the few that can truly serve as an example to others.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaCoffee was not served until 7:30 AM, which as a hotel next to one of the main travel hubs in a downtown location where people are going to work is a little crazy. There was also nowhere to get coffee/breakfast near by other than the hotel. Front desk also sent us to the wrong room at first which caused us to go back downstairs. They are minor inconveniences, but added to the annoyance of our trip.
