Hotel berhampiran Jambatan MacArthur Causeway, Miami

Fantastic location, but an older mid rise location that is worn around the edges. Breakfast was OK, but very busy and tough to find even a seat as hotel was full. We stayed there for the location.

Close to the Miami airport and has free shuttle service. Room is large with microwave,glasss top stove, coffee machine and large fridge , king size comfy bed and sofa. Nice swimming pool by the ponds The only problem is poor wifi and breakfast just okay.

Saya dan dua anak lelaki saya menginap di hotel yang berdekatan dengan lapangan terbang dan mempunyai perkhidmatan ulang-alik. Bilik itu bagus dan katilnya selesa. Kolam renang tidak digunakan oleh kami atau sesiapa semasa penginapan kami tetapi hotel ini menyebabkan banyak teduh di kawasan itu, ditambah dengan hujan di dalam dan di luar. Kakitangan penerimaan membantu dan perkhidmatan bilik adalah baik, walaupun beberapa kakitangan bercakap bahasa Sepanyol dan bukan bahasa Inggeris. Saya akan tinggal di sini lagi jika saya perlu tinggal berhampiran lapangan terbang. Mudah untuk memesan Uber untuk bergerak dan tidak memerlukan kos terlalu tinggi untuk menjadi kawasan popular.

I always thought Hilton is a very high end hotel. I was totally disappointed upon arriving at this property. It looks very outdated and rundown. Toilet is way too low in the washroom. I didn't know gratuity of 15% is automatically included when I made a purchase at the lobby Herb N' Kitchen. That caught me by surprise. Free shuttle between hotel and airport is the biggest factor for me to book this hotel.

It is very convenient to stay this hotel as the train, metro, Greyhound Flixbus, all around it, only 4minuts walking from Hotel to the above points, the restaurant has served very good meals, the breakfast is also good. We will stay at this hotel in the Future again.

Please do NOT take breakfast, limit options & taste bad. The cleaner din vacuum the floor & the bed is soft ,not suitable for people who has back problems. There is a shuttle bus from and to the airport but it is always late & passed me by. Gate 7

Review: I arrived at 7:00 AM and found no staff, no reception, and no check-in instructions. My wife and I had to wait outside until another guest happened to come out and let us in. Inside, I met someone who I thought was staff, but he was just another guest. He tried to help me contact the hotel, but no one — not even other guests — could reach the manager. There is no real lobby, just a yard. I waited three hours outside until someone finally responded. Then I was told I couldn’t check in until 3:00 PM unless I paid $100 extra. That’s way more than most hotels charge for early check-in which is about 20$. I asked for a refund so I could leave — they refused. With no choice, I left my luggage with the housekeeper (the only helpful person) and had to walk around the city with my wife for six hours before coming back. When I finally checked in, I just got a text message with a door code — no person, no welcome. The room had lots of bugs, and both of us got bitten badly overnight. There were even cockroaches in the kitchen. This is not a real hotel. It’s overpriced, poorly managed, and has no customer service. Avoid if you care about basic hospitality.

This hotel was basic, but it was in the best location ever located for the cruise and for the basketball. It was only a few streets away from where you could get coffee and breakfast.So it was a good hotel. Incredibly expensive but that's miami.

I wanted a hotel that would be close to airport in order to catch an early flight the next day and reasonably priced. I had just arrived back from cruise so I wouldn’t be able to check-in until 4pm. However, I explained my situation and they were able to accommodate me with an early check-in. However, there was an additional charge but I didn’t mind. Cruises arrived around 8 am so I was happy with getting a room to relax. Staff was very nice and professional. Front desk, bartenders and cleaning staff. I would definitely recommend this location.
