Hotel berhampiran Koliseum Oakland, Oakland

Hotel is super nice BUT parking expensive. I parked at a meter at night and woke up at 7:58 to put two hours in meter!! Had to leave at 10:00 for airport!! Bed was comfy but hotel parking costs an arm and a leg!!!I would not stay here with a car again!!!

和家人一起旅遊。這個酒店的優點是：床很舒適，房間寬大，鄰近湖，風景不錯，地理位置還行，開車 10分鐘左右有一個奧特萊斯，就是聖誕節後人爆滿，買東西等待時間較長。 缺點是：房間燈光太暗，暖氣開始不熱，第一天凍的夠嗆，第二天酒店工程人員來調修才好。馬桶也不是特別好用。其他還行。 服務：我們去的當晚，Luis和白人女士服務好，特別是Luis，為顧客着想，還有那晚的一位非洲裔女士和第二天早上的非洲裔女士服務都特別好。另一位服務員服務一般，有時不大友好，希望提高。 酒店離舊金山開車半小時左右，導航的挺清楚的，高德不錯！

The hotel itself was fine. But I was very disappointed to learn that parking at the hotel was an additional $50/night. Also - when checking in they charge you a mandatory $27 'convenience fee'. This entitles you to a $7 credit at the snack bar - where a bag of M&Ms cost $6. And this is just a regular size bag, not shareable, and a $10 credit at the restaurant if you spend $30. I will not go back because it really felt like I was being nicked and dimed.

We were at an event at the Oakland Marriott City Center and switched to Courtyard Oakland Downtown (where we only had to cross the street) after the experience at Jack London Inn (not recommended) which although only a 10 minute walk away changes a lot. Spacious room for four, friendly staff, laundry available, breakfast available. Metro very close that takes you to the airport, San Francisco, Berkley ... ... ... Thank you

バートの駅からほんの少し歩いただけでホテルに到着できます。パブリックトランスポート使用で荷物の持ち運びに不安な方にいいロケーションだと思います。またバス停もすごく近いです。すごく嬉しかったのが、4階にある洗濯機、ドライヤーが無料で洗剤まで無料だったこと！洗濯物が溜まっていたのですごく助かりました。 WIFIの接続がちょっと独特で会員にならないと1日につき＄14ドルくらいフロントデスクでチャージされてしまうので、会員登録を早めにして＄14の取り消しをフロントデスクで早急にすることをおすすめします。これをチェックアウト時にするとかなり時間かかります… チェックイン時に車できていないにも関わらず、パーキング代が請求されていたり、ネット代の取り消しをしたのに、チェックアウト時に取り消しされていなかったり多少問題もありましたが、それ位階はとても快適に過ごせました。また宿泊したいホテルです。車のパーキングは1日＄50くらいと高額なので覚悟はした方が良いです。フロントデスクに伝えてからホテルの指示に従ってパーキングをすると多少は安くなるようです。

They replaced a broken fridge not fast but they did. Same hustle with a clogged sink. Room service is promised every other day, OK, on requests they finally managed it after 4 nights... They claimed that our prepaid amount was not paid and forced me to contact Trip dot com for clarification. Kind of strange. Our room came with street view which means a freeway + train line, see pic. With closed windows the noise was no issue for us, AC is working fine. For useful hints on the area ask the pretty nice janitor;)

Doesn’t have any inside windows but if you from any windows actually very green many food spots and many stores nearby are walking distance and BART which is a form of transportation is very close by I really like everything about this room very cozy very clean and the customer service is fantastic here every time

第一次入住嚇了一跳，酒店門口居然有條火車軌道，火車嗚嗚地從門前開過。 後來睡了兩晚後發現，還好，不怎麼影響夜間睡眠，雖然我是睡眠很困難、對睡眠要求很苛刻的人。 住了幾天後，發現這家酒店真的挺好：交通特別方便，輪渡碼頭就在酒店斜對面、步行距離五分鐘，擺渡到舊金山市中心25分鐘。步行到輕軌（BART）也就十多分鐘。去奧克蘭市中心也是步行距離，Chinatown也在那。公交線路也很多。真的很方便！ 酒店後面就是星巴克，喝咖啡也方便。 然後，最美的是酒店靠近海邊、碼頭，早上出去散步真的感覺很好、很美。 服務也不錯、房間挺大的。 我前後一共住了十多天，感覺越住越舒服。

在奧克蘭的市內，距離甲骨文球場不遠，周圍滿是塗鴉。 🚗 交通：方便， 🍃環境：一般，設施老舊 🔔服務：還可以吧，早餐太簡單了。適合過路歇腳
