Hotel berhampiran Jeti Second Avenue, Pantai Myrtle

Fire alarm went off around 230am. The intercom was saying evacuate. My family took stairs to evacuate but It was a false alarm, scared my 7 year old so bad because he thought it was a fire because we had a bad house fire in the past. I could not get back to sleep. No apologies at checkout

We booked through trip.com which I found out later was Singapore company cause my 1st charge refused it. They do not update you but we contacted Vacasa and they send us everything we needed to get in room and gate for garage. It is a different company that manages hotel For our room at least and don’t bother with them they are just rude. The room was very nice and clean. Plenty of space with 3 bedrooms we have stayed in many rooms at the Camelot and this was my favorite. Can’t wait to go back.

The temperature controlled two rooms which was very uncomfortable and inconvenient. The unit made very loud noises at 2:00 am and would not shut off. I had to turn the power off at the source to turn the unit off to allow me to sleep in peace. The following morning went to the manager and was told he couldn’t switch my room because the hotel was sold out. That same afternoon I contacted the manager again to advise the unit was making the LOUD noise again and the room was very cold. This time he changed the room. In the new room experienced the same issue. I unit controlled both rooms making my room temperature 63 which was very uncomfortable, I had to tumors on the oven to warm the room to a comfortable temperature. This trip was very stressful and the manager didn’t try to accommodate until I threatened to call corporate. Poor customer service and bad heating/cooling set up. This needs to be fixed because everyone was complaining about the temperature in their rooms. I won’t return here again.

Apatah lagi lokasi hotel, pantainya bersebelahan dengan laut, dan hotel itu sendiri mempunyai beberapa kolam renang dengan gaya yang berbeza, sesuai untuk kanak-kanak. Hotel ini tidak jauh dari kawasan komersial, dan terdapat banyak restoran makanan segera di sekitar. Ia adalah kira-kira lima minit pemanduan dari outlet, yang agak sesuai untuk percutian santai dan perjalanan ibu bapa-anak. Terdapat banyak tempat letak kereta di hotel, diedarkan di beberapa lokasi berbeza, tetapi kerana kadar penghunian yang tinggi pada hujung minggu, masih agak sukar untuk mencari tempat letak kereta. Tetamu yang tiba pada waktu malam hanya boleh singgah di hotel dan bergerak ke tempat letak kereta pada keesokan harinya. Atendan hotel juga akan menghubungi anda untuk mengalihkan kereta. Sarapan termasuk dalam kadar harga bilik dan dihidangkan pada pukul 7-10. Ia lebih baik daripada jangkaan. Pelbagainya sangat kaya dan rasanya sangat bersahaja. Ia pada asasnya boleh memenuhi keperluan orang di negara yang berbeza. Suite dengan pemandangan laut yang kami diami berada di tingkat 15. Gambar menunjukkan pemandangan dari balkoni. Bangunan bertentangan juga merupakan bilik tetamu rumahnya. Keadaan kebersihan keseluruhan dan konfigurasi perkakasan adalah baik. Akan memilih ini lain kali.

It was good stay, the building was smaller than the two next to it but the pool size was bigger than them. Grande beach picked bigger pool than more people while the other resorts picked more people with smaller pool.

I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful this 3 bd 2 bath condo was. Maintenance and housekeeping were very responsive when we needed new batteries for the smoke detector and a trash pickup. I took away one star because I felt like the shower floor wasn’t cleaned to my satisfaction and there wasn’t anywhere to place soap and shampoo inside the shower. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

My check in person was nice and helpful but the other lady on other side of desk was really loud and kept yelling the same thing over and over made it hard to hear anything. The things she was yelling were not appropriate. Rest of the staff I come across during stay were exceptional. Room needed some work not fully cleaned. One of my members said it felt like something was crawling onbthem and biting them in the bed. Under night stand and parts of floor was dirty, hair clogged in drain .Light switch in bathroom was broken. But location is great. Amenities were great.

today my id was expired and I had already booked my room for next night. my boyfriend was kicked out of my room with less than an hours notice and locked out of room, with not even all of our belongings while I was at work!!! no one at this hotel had the decency to inform me of their decision that they wouldn't except my expired ID and I needed to leave ASAP. and I had to get my refund from 3rd party sales Trips.com which said this booking would not be offering any refunds!! still waiting to hear back from them on refund!I will never go back there and would never recommend them to anyone after the rude people I had to deal with today!!!

This was a last minute 4th of July vacation, we liked easy access to the ocean front. We rented 2 rooms according to the layout of the rooms, accommodating up to 6 people. To say the least, the layout of the rooms were extremely misleading-- online description of the room did not match. Second, the cleanliness of the rooms were non-existent--sticky floors, left over dirty clothes under the bed, and sandy carpet. Third, the bed lacked comfort and bed spread full of visible stains. Finally, the door to room 327 does not work-- we had to Jerry rigged it (front desk said they'd send maintenance for assistance, but never came). Also, the building elevator needs attention-- install sensor to prevent from closing too early especially when people are loading and unloading. The bright side, however, were there brand new refrigerators, stove (semi functioning), A/C, amazing water pressure, and kitchen tools. Overall, we do not see ourselves coming back or recommending this site to my family or friends.

The first room I booked was an oceanfront king. When I arrived I was placed in a small room on the 2nd floor by the pool. It smelled like it was just bombed for roaches. The bathroom was the size of a walk in closet with the shower directly behind the door. I was starting to get discouraged about this trip at first but I went up front to ask for another room higher up. The guy at the front desk was very understanding and moved me to the 7th floor with a room with 2 beds. The elevator there made me pray for my life every time I used it but once I reached my room I was highly satisfied with the change. The room was twice the size of the original king room I booked. Bathroom was still kinda small but cleaner. The view was amazing compared to looking at everyone in the pool and the room didnt smell of raid. This place could use some updates and definitely has potential.
