Huy - the front desk guy is always friendly and able to assist, he is helping us to find the best room, introducing all characteristics of the hotel as well as the interested spots inside the city, by helping for the tickets to Coconuts Boat anLand with transportation, it enriches us to know this city more. Congratulations for the hotel to have excellent staffs like Huy and others, I highly recommend The Signature to you 😀

Kemudahan hotel ini sangat baharu. Biliknya juga sangat luas. Dari hotel, boleh berjalan kaki ke beberapa tarikan pelancong. Pilihan sarapan pagi sangat banyak. Suasana restoran dan servisnya juga super hebat. Masalah yang timbul semasa penginapan telah diselesaikan dengan bantuan Ctrip.

MMurray FamilyWe stayed at Mandila Beach Hotel during our visit to Da Nang and overall had a pleasant experience.
The location is very convenient. There are many restaurants within walking distance and a small convenience store right next to the hotel, which made it very easy to buy snacks and essentials.
When we arrived, we received a refreshing welcome drink and the staff kindly helped us with our luggage, which was a nice touch after a long day of travel.
The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but since we mostly used the hotel just for sleeping after exploring the city, it wasn't a big issue for us. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of options to choose from each morning.
One thing to note is that although we selected two children when booking, we had to pay an additional fee for one child at check-in. We also lost our room card during our stay and had to pay a fee for a replacement.
The hotel also has a restaurant and swimming pool on the 19th floor, which offers a great spot to relax.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a great location and a good base for exploring Da Nang.

Starbucks within the hotel and Highlands just next door.
River banks also have food stalls and many variety of local food.
Room was on 35 floor and facing the ocean and mountain (can't see sun rise due to weather conditions though)
Services were good and room was clean and spacious. Happy!

Saya mempunyai penginapan yang indah di Whyndham Danang Golden Hotel dari 26/12/23-30/12/23. Tempat ini sangat bersih dan kakitangan perkhidmatan sangat prihatin dan memenuhi semua permintaan kami walaupun bahasanya agak mencabar. Pemandangan dari bilik saya sangat indah. Kami benar-benar menikmati penginapan kami di sana. Terima kasih khas kepada Cik Thinh, yang menjemput kami dari lapangan terbang dan juga atas bantuannya kerana mengambil ubat anak saudara saya dari bilik kami selepas kami mendaftar keluar. Kami hanya menyedari ubat itu hilang apabila kami tiba di lapangan terbang. Dia mengatur untuk mengangkut saya kembali ke hotel dan kembali semula ke lapangan terbang. Terima kasih banyak-banyak. Kami amat menghargai bantuan dan pemahaman anda. Tahniah kepada anda dan kakitangan yang lain juga..

RRuan Ming Jun (The Good King)The hotel looks good at first glance – the view is beautiful, the room is spacious and nicely decorated. On the surface, it feels like a quality stay.
But that’s where the positives end. The amenities inside the room are very basic, and honestly feel cheap compared to the standard of the room. Considering the price (which is not cheap at all), the overall impression is underwhelming.
Breakfast was a complete disaster – poor quality, lack of variety, and far below the standard expected from a hotel of this level. It left a really bad taste for the rest of the stay.
On top of that, the front desk staff were not friendly. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt like I was inconveniencing them every time I approached. Hospitality is supposed to be about warmth and service, but this hotel failed badly in that regard.
Verdict: Beautiful view and spacious room cannot make up for the poor service, terrible breakfast, and disappointing amenities. Definitely not worth the price. I would not stay here again.

PPengguna TetamuThe reception staff was great, friendly and helpful. We have been communicating in English with some otherwise Google translator was in use 😀 breakfast - buffet, not bad. The location is just a few minutes walk from the nice beach, shops and restaurants on the main street just 2 min away from the hotel. 20 min walk from the Dragon Bridge. The only thing I would point to was the room's cleanliness. Otherwise it was OK.
