We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is centrally located, with shops and eateries within walking distance.
Great facilities and garden view. Joined a free Yoga session conducted at the hotel. Ms Hoa and her colleagues at the reception are a great help as she helped with my local tour and transport bookings. Thank you!

Stayed here in February during the Tet period. Breakfast was fairly standard, but the egg station was a highlight—freshly made and really satisfying. The noodle station was a nice touch too, with a different local noodle dish offered each day. The yogurt and crème brûlée were especially delicious!
Many thanks to Ms. Moon at the reception, who truly made our day. Despite it being the second day of Tet (Vietnam’s ***** New Year), she went the extra mile to help arrange our transport to Da Nang—something we really appreciated during such a busy festive period.
One of the unexpected highlights of our stay was being able to catch lots of fireworks right from our hotel room window during the eve and first day of Tet—it was absolutely amazing. Who says Hoi An isn’t interesting during festive seasons? Right across the street from the hotel is a temple, which is an attraction in itself. Entry is free, and it’s well worth a visit—we actually went twice: once on the first day of Tet and again before checking out.
It added a lovely cultural touch to our stay.
For late-night cravings, the hotel is about a 10–15 minute walk to Maruthi Pizza, which serves surprisingly good pizzas and Indian food. For daily necessities or snacks, there are two mini marts conveniently located—one right beside the hotel and another diagonally opposite.
There are also many tailors in the vicinity, which is perfect if you’re looking to get custom-made clothing. Hoi An Old Town is within walking distance as well—about 20 to 30 minutes on foot—and the stroll is enjoyable, with scenic views and museums along the way.

Spent four nights with a friend, location is great, right outside of the old town, walkable distance to everything without being right in the middle of the chaos and crowds.
The window is on the corridor, not on the outside, so you can say there's no window, the one in the bathroom also can't open and there's no ventilation in the bathroom so the room tends to be quite warm and humid, hints of mold are starting to form on the walls.
It's pretty spacious and your towels will be changed everyday, there's also new bottled water everyday for you.
Sound insolation is pretty bed, be aware if you're a light sleeper, I kept my ear plugs in all nights.
They kept our luggage for hours before check in.
Only 15 min walk away from the bus stop of the public bus to Da Nang (cheapest transportation option between the two cities).

The location of Signature Hoi An was great! A stone throw to the night life and amidst coffee joints, spas and massage places!
It was really beautiful to step into! The place looks as how it was shown in their pictures. It was well maintained, and inviting. Most of all, i feel the staff made everyone feel welcomed. Their service was personal and i couldnt ask for a more pleasant experience.
I would like to commend a couple of staff there.
Huy who gave us a lot of recommendations to places to eat/ massage at. And most of all Liz who helped us in our last minute change of dates in accommodation due to last minute flight changes. And with her help, it made our stay possible with them. She helped us to arrange for our driver to Ba Na hills the next day and to our next accommodation. And throughout the day, went above and beyond to keep in contact with us, to make sure our stay was pleasant.
The rooms were clean, had a awesome bathtub and shower, spacious and functional. Its only a pity we couldnt stay longer.
What drew me in abt the accommodation was the pool! Though i wish the gym was abit bigger.
Definitely recommend our friends there!

Service was exceptional. The personnel goes above & beyond for you.
Hotel is located on a ~7 minute walk from the old town, but they also have bikes at the hotel (for free).
They also have great referrals to get a custom suit, as a lot of people come to hoi an to get a suit made.
One thing I didn’t like was the mattress, which was very hard and didn’t make it easy to sleep, but that could be a personal preference.
Taking everything into account, I would recommend this hotel if you’re looking to get a suit, visit old town/marble mountains etc. (and like hard mattresses)

It was very pleasant to stay at Vooc and a nice escape from the busy cities. The reception was very friendly and accommodating. The room was small, but nice with a balcony. It was raining most of the time, so we couldn’t use the pool; instead, we enjoyed nice cafes nearby and walks to the old town (about a 30-minute walk). Thank you for hosting us!

My stay at the Mulberry Collection Silk was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the hospitality was excellent; the staff were very welcoming and the arrival experience, including the welcome drinks, was a lovely touch. However, I found the room itself to be average. While not 'dirty,' the cleanliness felt a bit inconsistent, leaving me with a neutral impression of the accommodations. It is a nice property, but compared to other stays, it fell into the average category for me.”

AAnnieTee“Stayed here for 3 nights. The location was excellent, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff were polite and check-in was smooth. The room was comfortable overall; however, I personally prefer firmer pillows, as the ones provided were on the softer side. During our first night, there was a false alarm in the middle of the night, which was a bit disruptive. WiFi was stable and fast throughout the stay. Overall, it offers good value for money and I would consider staying again.

MMichael BrightThe signature by M heritage hotel is a hidden gem that we absolutely loved. If could rate it a 10 I would. The staff is the key to the best hotel in Danang. From the moment we checked in we felt comfortable and relaxed. The friendliness and hospitality we received we were exceptional. Nick was very kind and gave us wonderful recommendations for local coffee shops and restaurants. I am sorry But I lost track of the names of the beautiful young ladies who greeted us every morning with smiles and interesting places to explore. They all made our stay a great experience that I have already shared with numerous people in Danang. The hotel is very clean and our room was serviced daily with fresh sheets and towels and free water. Nick even helped me with a scooter and did everything needed to have it delivered. I actually feel like the team is family. Th room was quiet from other rooms and the street. Several nice sitting areas with WiFi to relax in it on each floor. The free breakfast included in the nightly rate was very good with good service the hotel is in a nice quiet safe neighborhood with good restaurants and coffee shops. I highly encourage everyone to try this hotel.

MMurray FamilyWe stayed at Mandila Beach Hotel during our visit to Da Nang and overall had a pleasant experience.
The location is very convenient. There are many restaurants within walking distance and a small convenience store right next to the hotel, which made it very easy to buy snacks and essentials.
When we arrived, we received a refreshing welcome drink and the staff kindly helped us with our luggage, which was a nice touch after a long day of travel.
The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but since we mostly used the hotel just for sleeping after exploring the city, it wasn't a big issue for us. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of options to choose from each morning.
One thing to note is that although we selected two children when booking, we had to pay an additional fee for one child at check-in. We also lost our room card during our stay and had to pay a fee for a replacement.
The hotel also has a restaurant and swimming pool on the 19th floor, which offers a great spot to relax.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a great location and a good base for exploring Da Nang.

River banks also have food stalls and many variety of local food.
Room was on 35 floor and facing the ocean and mountain (can't see sun rise due to weather conditions though)
Services were good and room was clean and spacious. Happy!

YyingyingLocation: The view of this hotel is good, but the transport is not convenient with only 2 shuttle bus to centre everyday. It is also impossible for you to ride bicycle to centre due to the long distance. CNY should be the peak period of this hotel, cant understand why the hotel can not provide more buses.. And motorbike rental is also not available nearby.
Service: The staff sent our luggage till the 3rd call to the receiption, and we waited more one hour for our luggage and also have to change our plan that day. Although the manager come up to our room to apology and also compensate us one plate of fruit in the evening, however, the dragon fruit is not fresh, you can smell the sourness from the dragon fruit.
Dining: Understand that there are many tourists come from Korea, but I am visiting Vietnam, not Jeju island, you can see Korean wordings anywher in this hotel, even you can see kimchi & Sea**** soup for your breakfast. And they are aslo quite noisy in the rooftop swimming pool & restaurant,you can't even hear your companions. The hotel also did not remind these tourist to lower down.
Facility: A bit old, You can see that the washbasin is rusty. And the aircon is also noisy.
Definitely wont recommend this hotel to my friends.

YYatesNice wee spot, breakfast don’t expect too much although one fella was a great omelette maker props to him - good amenities albeit a tad fatigued , could do with a freshen up . On the whole a big recommend for the budget.

RRuan Ming Jun (The Good King)The hotel looks good at first glance – the view is beautiful, the room is spacious and nicely decorated. On the surface, it feels like a quality stay.
But that’s where the positives end. The amenities inside the room are very basic, and honestly feel cheap compared to the standard of the room. Considering the price (which is not cheap at all), the overall impression is underwhelming.
Breakfast was a complete disaster – poor quality, lack of variety, and far below the standard expected from a hotel of this level. It left a really bad taste for the rest of the stay.
On top of that, the front desk staff were not friendly. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt like I was inconveniencing them every time I approached. Hospitality is supposed to be about warmth and service, but this hotel failed badly in that regard.
Verdict: Beautiful view and spacious room cannot make up for the poor service, terrible breakfast, and disappointing amenities. Definitely not worth the price. I would not stay here again.
