สะมากๆๆๆๆ คุณป้าเจ้าของเหมือนจะเป็นเจ้าของบ้านดูแลดีมาก ความสะอาดให้ 10ล้านเลยครับ ผ้าห่มดีหอมอุ่น เตียงนอนดีมากๆ นำแก้วน้ำมาวางบนเตียงแล้วกระโดดเล่นบนเตียง แก้วน้ำยังไม่ล้มเลย แถมใกล้ ไนท์มาเก็ตมากๆด้วย สะดวก ใกล้มินิมาร์ท ดีมากกกกกกก

Have one handsome service staff member (I forgot his name) who spoke English very well and explained everything clearly. By the way all staff provided excellent service and had a friendly .The room was comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast offered many choices and was delicious.

Kemudahan hotel ini sangat baharu. Biliknya juga sangat luas. Dari hotel, boleh berjalan kaki ke beberapa tarikan pelancong. Pilihan sarapan pagi sangat banyak. Suasana restoran dan servisnya juga super hebat. Masalah yang timbul semasa penginapan telah diselesaikan dengan bantuan Ctrip.

We stayed at Mandila Beach Hotel during our visit to Da Nang and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is very convenient. There are many restaurants within walking distance and a small convenience store right next to the hotel, which made it very easy to buy snacks and essentials. When we arrived, we received a refreshing welcome drink and the staff kindly helped us with our luggage, which was a nice touch after a long day of travel. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but since we mostly used the hotel just for sleeping after exploring the city, it wasn't a big issue for us. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of options to choose from each morning. One thing to note is that although we selected two children when booking, we had to pay an additional fee for one child at check-in. We also lost our room card during our stay and had to pay a fee for a replacement. The hotel also has a restaurant and swimming pool on the 19th floor, which offers a great spot to relax. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a great location and a good base for exploring Da Nang.

Все отлично) Хозяйка потрясная, очень милая и всегда на связи. В апартаментах чистенько, мебель новая, белье и полотенца без каких либо пятен. Месторасположение близко к пляжу. Тихо очень и спокойно, никто под окнами не кричит и соседей не слышно. Я очень рекомендую 🙌

Stayed for one night here initially with plans on coming back for a second stay. Overall the facilities here are better quality and function than at those other smaller hotels along the beach *****. Water pressure was very strong and the rooms are spacious, as was the lobby. Very grand and majestic. The hotel is slightly older compared to what is in the neighborhood but still classy and elegant. I want to highlight that there is room for Improvement on the housekeeping and maintenance. Particularly the ventilation. The room had a dusty air con smell, very typical in hotels above 15-20 years. Could literally see the dust in on the false concave ceiling area. But this place is less than 10 Years old so the smell should not be there yet. Breakfast spread was great, but again fell short of the 5 star standard that Melia is known for in other developed countries. Also the service, it’s more of 4 star rather than a 5 star. I say this because in the Melia at yangon, Myanmar, they offered turn down service and sweets and they kept calling to ensure i was comfortable. I stayed also in the Melia Hue and I think my comment there was largely similar in concept.

Tempat ini sangat bersih dan kakitangan perkhidmatan sangat prihatin dan memenuhi semua permintaan kami walaupun bahasanya agak mencabar. Pemandangan dari bilik saya sangat indah. Kami benar-benar menikmati penginapan kami di sana. Terima kasih khas kepada Cik Thinh, yang menjemput kami dari lapangan terbang dan juga atas bantuannya kerana mengambil ubat anak saudara saya dari bilik kami selepas kami mendaftar keluar. Kami hanya menyedari ubat itu hilang apabila kami tiba di lapangan terbang. Dia mengatur untuk mengangkut saya kembali ke hotel dan kembali semula ke lapangan terbang. Terima kasih banyak-banyak. Service: The staff being friendly, attentive, and helpful. Facilities: The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-designed. The rooftop pool and spa are favorably. Food: The breakfast buffet gets high marks for being excellent and with a wide variety. Overall, The hotel offers a great combination of friendly service, a convenient location, and comfortable facilities. If you're looking for a relaxing beach vacation in Da Nang, this hotel could be a good option for you!

The hotel looks good at first glance – the view is beautiful, the room is spacious and nicely decorated. On the surface, it feels like a quality stay. But that’s where the positives end. The amenities inside the room are very basic, and honestly feel cheap compared to the standard of the room. Considering the price (which is not cheap at all), the overall impression is underwhelming. Breakfast was a complete disaster – poor quality, lack of variety, and far below the standard expected from a hotel of this level. It left a really bad taste for the rest of the stay. On top of that, the front desk staff were not friendly. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt like I was inconveniencing them every time I approached. Hospitality is supposed to be about warmth and service, but this hotel failed badly in that regard. Verdict: Beautiful view and spacious room cannot make up for the poor service, terrible breakfast, and disappointing amenities. Definitely not worth the price. I would not stay here again.

this place was very lovely and clean, especially for how cheap it was unfortunately during the heat we found it was impossible to walk to the old town or the beach, but we just got taxis which only cost about 50.000 dong so not a deal issue the only issue i had is that when we wanted to do laundry there was no one around at the reception desk, and the only contact number we'd been given if we needed anything was the number for that desk all in all, a very enjoyable stay, and we just had to do laundry somewhere else thanks to our hosts!!
