สะมากๆๆๆๆ คุณป้าเจ้าของเหมือนจะเป็นเจ้าของบ้านดูแลดีมาก ความสะอาดให้ 10ล้านเลยครับ ผ้าห่มดีหอมอุ่น เตียงนอนดีมากๆ นำแก้วน้ำมาวางบนเตียงแล้วกระโดดเล่นบนเตียง แก้วน้ำยังไม่ล้มเลย แถมใกล้ ไนท์มาเก็ตมากๆด้วย สะดวก ใกล้มินิมาร์ท ดีมากกกกกกก

Have one handsome service staff member (I forgot his name) who spoke English very well and explained everything clearly. By the way all staff provided excellent service and had a friendly .The room was comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast offered many choices and was delicious.

Kemudahan hotel ini sangat baharu. Biliknya juga sangat luas. Dari hotel, boleh berjalan kaki ke beberapa tarikan pelancong. Pilihan sarapan pagi sangat banyak. Suasana restoran dan servisnya juga super hebat. Masalah yang timbul semasa penginapan telah diselesaikan dengan bantuan Ctrip.

Located right across the beach. Many eateries, mart and laundry nearby. Room was quite spacious and clean. Swimming pool overlooking an amazing ocean view. Varied wide spread of breakfast buffet, food was tasty. Staff were friendly and kind. Concierge men were very helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately, upon checking out, we were shocked to be charged us USD7 without any explanation. Only when we queried, the receptionist mentioned it was for a ”broken shampoo bottle”, which we were very sure we left the room in tip top condition. We further asked for proof of the broken bottle, only then they sent someone to retrieve the bottle and brought it to the reception counter. The bottle was intact, not broken as claimed. However, the receptionist said the housekeeper claimed there was a ”crack” at the bottom of the bottle, which none of us including the receptionist could find the alleged ”crack”. the receptionist tried so hard to prove there was a crack but we insisted on ”where was the crack?' because we couldnt see any obvious crack and nothing leaked out out the bottle - it looked more like a light scratch. In the end, the receptionist told us to write a case report to the housekeeping to resolve the matter. We were disappointed that this matter was not handled professionally and we felt accused for an alleged crack. We were amazed at how meticulous and sharp the housekeepers were for noticing a light scratch at the bottom of the bottle and the bottom of shampoo bottle was the 1st thing they inspected. Plus, we didnt use their shampoo - we brought our own shampoo.

Все отлично) Хозяйка потрясная, очень милая и всегда на связи. В апартаментах чистенько, мебель новая, белье и полотенца без каких либо пятен. Месторасположение близко к пляжу. Тихо очень и спокойно, никто под окнами не кричит и соседей не слышно. Я очень рекомендую 🙌

Stayed for one night here initially with plans on coming back for a second stay. Overall the facilities here are better quality and function than at those other smaller hotels along the beach *****. Water pressure was very strong and the rooms are spacious, as was the lobby. Very grand and majestic. The hotel is slightly older compared to what is in the neighborhood but still classy and elegant. I want to highlight that there is room for Improvement on the housekeeping and maintenance. Particularly the ventilation. The room had a dusty air con smell, very typical in hotels above 15-20 years. Could literally see the dust in on the false concave ceiling area. But this place is less than 10 Years old so the smell should not be there yet. Breakfast spread was great, but again fell short of the 5 star standard that Melia is known for in other developed countries. Also the service, it’s more of 4 star rather than a 5 star. I say this because in the Melia at yangon, Myanmar, they offered turn down service and sweets and they kept calling to ensure i was comfortable. I stayed also in the Melia Hue and I think my comment there was largely similar in concept.

Tempat ini sangat bersih dan kakitangan perkhidmatan sangat prihatin dan memenuhi semua permintaan kami walaupun bahasanya agak mencabar. Pemandangan dari bilik saya sangat indah. Kami benar-benar menikmati penginapan kami di sana. Terima kasih khas kepada Cik Thinh, yang menjemput kami dari lapangan terbang dan juga atas bantuannya kerana mengambil ubat anak saudara saya dari bilik kami selepas kami mendaftar keluar. Kami hanya menyedari ubat itu hilang apabila kami tiba di lapangan terbang. Dia mengatur untuk mengangkut saya kembali ke hotel dan kembali semula ke lapangan terbang. Terima kasih banyak-banyak. Service: The staff being friendly, attentive, and helpful. Facilities: The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-designed. The rooftop pool and spa are favorably. Food: The breakfast buffet gets high marks for being excellent and with a wide variety. Overall, The hotel offers a great combination of friendly service, a convenient location, and comfortable facilities. If you're looking for a relaxing beach vacation in Da Nang, this hotel could be a good option for you!

The hotel looks good at first glance – the view is beautiful, the room is spacious and nicely decorated. On the surface, it feels like a quality stay. But that’s where the positives end. The amenities inside the room are very basic, and honestly feel cheap compared to the standard of the room. Considering the price (which is not cheap at all), the overall impression is underwhelming. Breakfast was a complete disaster – poor quality, lack of variety, and far below the standard expected from a hotel of this level. It left a really bad taste for the rest of the stay. On top of that, the front desk staff were not friendly. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt like I was inconveniencing them every time I approached. Hospitality is supposed to be about warmth and service, but this hotel failed badly in that regard. Verdict: Beautiful view and spacious room cannot make up for the poor service, terrible breakfast, and disappointing amenities. Definitely not worth the price. I would not stay here again.

Endroit paisible et calme avec piscine agréable à 3kms de la vieille ville. Les hôtes sont gentils mais si vous avez besoin de rien . Le petit déjeuner ( si on peut appeler cela ainsi ? ) une catastrophe. Vous aurez 2 œufs et un morceau de pain . 😩. Je l’ai pris durant 2 jours puis j’ai arrêté. Aucun intérêt. Je me suis fait mon café à la bouilloire et quelques gâteaux secs dans ma chambre plus copieux
